I didnt realize I can only have one device with it installed and need to remove it from my PC and put it on my laptop I already tried uninstalling and that didnt work.

unable to activate license

I have a product key for the student version of MathCad Prime. I attempted to set up the license on my laptop but selected the wrong Laptop host ID. I need assistance changing the Laptop host ID associated with my license so that I can access it on my laptop. I have both the incorrect and correct host ID as well as my product key. Please reach out asap as I need access to the software for my class. Thanks

I am using Mathcad Release N/A and DatecodeN/AMathcad launches but does not now show an active window. There is no icon on the taskbar but we can see it running in the background via task manager. This software was working no issues a few days prior, what we have tried is the following : Remove/reinstall, restart, shutdown, updated all drivers, applied windows updates.Can you please help us get this software working? thanks

Have a valid Mathcad 11.0.0.0 license. Now I want move from one notebook to the other. How can I manage the move. Unfortunately my product code is not accepted.

Hi my current workflow involves input a few variables on the first page of mathcad worksheet, then jump to the last page to see the output results after lengthy calculations. I have to tweak the inputs so that the output can meet or at least is close to certain value range. This is not efficient, so I am thinking if the worksheet can take in multiple sets (say, about 100) of input, read one set at a time, do the evaluation, then write the output result somewhere/in some file; then it will jump to the next iteration.I do not want to rewrite the input as vectors, because this will require rewrite all formulas using vectorize operators. Thank you . 

I am looking for Mathcad files that deal with synchronous electric motors (non-salient poles and salient-poles).These files should include fundamental mathematical equations for the motors and the calculation of their characteristic curves. A few years ago, I had access to this type of file, created by Mr. Roman Miksiewicz of the Silesian University of Technology (Poland).Unfortunately, the files I have do not cover synchronous motors. If you have such files, could you please provide them to me as Mathcad "xmcd" files, as I do not have Mathcad Prime?I am a retired engineer and volunteer my time helping students with their studies. Thank you in advance. Richard

I just changed my laptop. Why is it so hard to reinstall MathCAD Express? The download link in the mailbox doesn't work anymore, and when I sign up for a new trial nobody sends me any email. If you could provide me a download link I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.0.0Hi, I have a question on: how to use a "solve" function inside a for loop or how to use it for solving variables from arrays or using the solve function inside a solve block? In the solve block, I can use Find or root functions but these methods don't give sometimes the exact solution to the equation on hand. And "solve" works the best for my case. I am using Mathcad Prime Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.1.0Error -15: Cannot connect to license serverI installed FlexNet Admin on a virtual machine and configured it as a PTC licensing server. The license file has been configured, and all required ports have been verified as open.When launching Mathcad Prime and attempting to connect to the license server, the application reports that the license was added successfully. However, when I check the license settings, the server is not actually listed. If I attempt to add the license server manually, I receive the error:-15: Cannot connect to license serverI followed the PTC troubleshooting guide for Error -15 but was unable to resolve the issue:https://www.ptc.com/en/support/creo-admin-troubleshooter/error-code/error-15Any guidance or suggestions to help resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I use Python to extract data from Mathcad Prime files, based on the previous post below. One thing I noticed is that our Python tool will crash when you have a new line in a text region. Getting rid of the new line in the text region gets rid of the crashing issue. When I go into the Mathcad .zip file with all of the XML data, I do not see any difference between two files - one with text with a new line and one  with no new line. Where would I find the new line data in the text region? I will update the Python code to catch new lines, but I dont even see where the new lines are in the text region.    Mathcad Prime 9.0 Scripting with XML Data - PTC Community

I am using Mathcad V15.  I have started playing with using controls in some of my sheets to limit certain variables to having only certain inputs.  In my one sheet, I added a list box control for a variable, and the only choices the user could select would be "B", "C", or "D".  When I finished my sheet, I set the variable to selection "C", saved and then closed.  When I reopened the sheet, the selection of "C" for the variable was cleared.  Is there a reason why the sheet did not retain the selection for the control?  Is there a setting somewhere that I can change that will allow the selection to remain?  Thank you!

I activate Mathcad Prime 10, using a License Key supplied by my employer (Wageningen University) where I work as lecturer, but after few days this key doesn't work anymore. When i try to use it again I receive the notification that I achieved the maximum number of licenses.The ICT supplied me other license keys, but the result is always the same: few days and I go back to the express version.
