Mathcad Installation

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.0.0I did not receive any product code after purchasing 3 licenses.Here are the errors that I facedMissing product code

My old laptop is being replaced and with a newer version.Earlier - few years ago - it was possible to re-activate my Mathcad 14 license on the replacement laptop at that time.Now activation online seems not be possible.I have Mathcad 14 files and older versions files which I revisit once in a while.How to migrate my license from the old to the new laptop ?

I have a subscription for a MathCAD 10 Student Edition. I got a new computer and couldn't figure out how to download the software and transfer the license over to my new computer. I downloaded the latest MathCAD 11 and activated a trial version of it. Can I transfer my existing license to my new computer?

No files to download when in the software download/installation section

when selecting the correct mathcad download i log in enter my details and product code, this then brings me to a page saying that there are no products entiltled to updates, this screen does not follow the step by step guide i was sent and i cannot download the software, i tried scheduling a meeting at 8am this moring and the person never turned up for the meeting. I am hoping this can be resolved quickly as i need this application for college. Many thanks

My computer factory reset and I have a student license for MATHCAD Prime. How do I re-download MATHCAD? When I go to the Mathcad quick installation guide and I go here: https://support.ptc.com/appserver/lm/mathcad/download/index.jsp and I enter my product key nothing pops up for me to download. Hi   reference topic: Solved: reloading Mathcad in new windows 11 computer - PTC Community I'm upgrading machines to win 11 and trying to re-install prime 3.0 on those machines with a new correct licence file. Installs but cant apply licence.   Machines with Mathcad already on when upgraded to 11 work fine.   Any feedback welcome.  We have perpetual licence.

I have tried several times to have the link emailed to me to download the free version of Mathcad but I am not receiving the email. I have checked the spam folders and there is no email.

Good AfternoonI installed version 11 as a trial version but unfortunately the files I'm trying to open are an old version 14 Could you send me a link to a later version that would open these? I had trouble getting the link for version 11 in the email address.Much appreciated ThanksRick

I want to make use of the 30 days trial. After installation the license wizard requires the product code. Where can I find that?

I have a copy of Mathcad 14 (with the original disk and receipts).  My computer died and I had to move it to a new computer.  During the install, it goes to log into PTC to get the license (after entering the product code), but returns errors saying I don't have permission.  I've got the license file from the old computer, but since it is tied to that computer, it doesn't work on the new one.  I've gotten no response from PTC when asking for help. FWIW, it's on a brand new Win 11 computer.

I have been using Mathcad 14 for many years. After upgrading to a new PC, I tried to reinstall Mathcad 14, but the licensing process failed. The website returned the following message:The remote server returned an error: 403 Forbidden.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Trying to transfer license from 1 system to another.. Webpage when trying to get license, etc said i don't have enough permissions / access denied. So i can't manage my own license i payed for.

Topic reference from hereSame problem here. I purchased a license for Mathcad 11 Prime Student Edition, upgraded my account, but the download page says that I am not entitled to download software. As I purchased a license, I request immediate access to download. With the license came an activation code, but without the software I am unable to activate. 

Hi there, I just bought the student license for Mathcad Prime but when i go to the installation pag,e there comes up a problem like i dont have any available product. I put in the activation code from the mail I got from PTC/Clevebridge but nothing happens. Any Ideas ? Thanks,

I am trying to upgrade my PTC account so that I can download MathCAD, but am receiving an internal error message when I submit the upgrade request with my customer number and site number or sales order number.

I've saved the file on Mathcad Prime yesterday and today it's unable to be open. Unfortunately no restore file has been saved. Are you able to help with restoring the file?
