Hi I need help from someone with a license that has generative design. The schools closed today and my student edition doesnt have gen design. i created the part already and generated the wheel at school but i forgot to save as tesselation part so i dont have the generated part. i attached the photo of the generated part and the part that i currently see

I never received an email with the Product code. I looked everywhere Junck email, deleted and Inbox. Is there other way to find the product code Please?

Hello is there a 32bit version as PC only has 32bit installed and not 64 bit Thanks  

I sign up for the Educational Creo 11 but i didn't get my email with my University License. Now, when I open the Application, it apparently shows the trial edition.    Can you please help me? Thank you so much!!

How long does it typically take to be able to download the free trial? I've already filled out the form to request access to the free trial (URL link here), but that was 2 days ago and I still haven't received any communication. Furthermore, when I called PTC for support on this issue, they only directed me to community.ptc.com and said they could not transfer me to anyone that I could speak with directly on this. 

I just installed CREO 7 student version and when I made a sheet metal part, and then the drawing, I wanted to insert the bend data table. The bend data table is generated from the bend data that comes from the "integration package" that can be seen within the drawing mode. However, my creo 7 student version does not have that. Does anybody know why? Also, if I switch to CREO 8 or 9, will I get this feature?I have attached a screenshot of where it should show up but it doesn't

I was following Getting Started with Creo Parametric Toolkit but something failed and I don´t know how to solve it.I tried to open make_install.sln through Visual Studio 2022 and build the solution, but an error occurred.It says "Cannot open include file: 'stdio.h'". I searched info about that bug and tried many things like uninstall VS, install other libraries. However, nothing works.I also built "Hello World" in VS to check if "stdio.h" is avalaible, and nothing failed.I will really appreciate if someone could help me.Thanks!

I am a teaching assistant for a class using Creo 10 and one of my students emailed me with a picture of this asking how to fix it as he has been trying to download it for a few days. I only know so much but I was wondering if anyone knows the fix to this?

We are having an issue with our PTC Creo 3.0. When you launch it, it gives an error about an unresponsive script. The link for the script is to LinkedIn. Is there anything that can be done about this? Sometimes it can cause the program to hang, so it is a bit of a pain.

Hello! I want to finish my project at home, on my laptop (HP 255 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC), where I need a few seperate modeled components. I made some of them in my school and some at home. Now I am facing a problem where the dimentions should fit to the ones of the other component but in the assembly they are much bigger. Can anyone help? 

I got a student license dated May 2024 for Creo 9.1 which is shown as valid when installing version 11 but when starting the program got error -21: do I can renew he license or I have to retrieve the older version? (just to avoid mess with uninstalling the newest and installing the older). Thanks

Hi team, I have login account to your product since last year, however, I cannot install MathCAD prime 10 successfully. I tried this last year when I was doing my semester in New Zealand. But now I have reloated to Australia to complete my studies and really wanting to install it.  I saw on your website MathCAD student version prime 10 for $63 per year and I am install this or even get this 30 day trial. I am hoping someone can help me. Thank you Antony
