Hello greetings I’m in Sweden and I need to obtain thingworx certification. How can I access the training courses and cost please? The last time I tried some link, I faced challenges contacting the sales team. Can someone guides me through? 

I was following Getting Started with Creo Parametric Toolkit but something failed and I don´t know how to solve it.I tried to open make_install.sln through Visual Studio 2022 and build the solution, but an error occurred.It says "Cannot open include file: 'stdio.h'". I searched info about that bug and tried many things like uninstall VS, install other libraries. However, nothing works.I also built "Hello World" in VS to check if "stdio.h" is avalaible, and nothing failed.I will really appreciate if someone could help me.Thanks!

I am a teaching assistant for a class using Creo 10 and one of my students emailed me with a picture of this asking how to fix it as he has been trying to download it for a few days. I only know so much but I was wondering if anyone knows the fix to this?

We are having an issue with our PTC Creo 3.0. When you launch it, it gives an error about an unresponsive script. The link for the script is to LinkedIn. Is there anything that can be done about this? Sometimes it can cause the program to hang, so it is a bit of a pain.

Hello! I want to finish my project at home, on my laptop (HP 255 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC), where I need a few seperate modeled components. I made some of them in my school and some at home. Now I am facing a problem where the dimentions should fit to the ones of the other component but in the assembly they are much bigger. Can anyone help? 

I got a student license dated May 2024 for Creo 9.1 which is shown as valid when installing version 11 but when starting the program got error -21: do I can renew he license or I have to retrieve the older version? (just to avoid mess with uninstalling the newest and installing the older). Thanks

Hi team, I have login account to your product since last year, however, I cannot install MathCAD prime 10 successfully. I tried this last year when I was doing my semester in New Zealand. But now I have reloated to Australia to complete my studies and really wanting to install it.  I saw on your website MathCAD student version prime 10 for $63 per year and I am install this or even get this 30 day trial. I am hoping someone can help me. Thank you Antony  

When i try to install licensing, occurs a fail that says "Invalid file or format"

Attempting to renew license for a lab of computers in K12 setting. Unable to renew license as it is about to expire in 15 days. Error during PTC License Renewal says Customer not verified.

Hello, Creo seems to have problems accepting the license. I have done digging here already and found the code BE110908EDSTUDENTEDK12. This has not worked and give the incorrect file type or location error. Not sure what the problem is so any help works.Thank you in advance!

Hello everyone,I’m seeking help with an issue I’m encountering with KEPServer. Our facility holds a KEPServer license for the Manufacturing Suite, Sixnet Ethernet, Advanced Tags, and Scanivalve modules. These licenses were originally linked to an older computer running Windows XP, likely with KEPWARE version 5.3 or 5.4. As part of a recent system upgrade and expansion, I transferred these licenses to a new machine running Windows 10 and KEPWARE version 6. The license transfer seemed to go smoothly without any issues.However, I’ve noticed that the OPC Quick Client sessions work for a while and then time out, becoming unresponsive after that. Interestingly, I’m still able to read and write tags from our LabVIEW control programs and other process control software. This problem only started after transferring the licenses to the new system, as I didn’t experience this issue on the old machine. Has anyone here experienced something similar?Please note, I am not using trial versions or free

Dear ptc community, (Second request as I didn't get reaction from the first) I tried to convert old mathcad file but the following error as shown in the screenshot below popped up ( I have a Mathcad prime 7 installed)  I also have enabled the .Net Framewor....on my windows, but I still have the same error after that as well. I really need the files for my PhD project. Can someone help me with this issue please. I attached the file so that someone can help me converting the file. Thank you Tadele

Hi,I´m trying to do a chamfer on my object but when I select the edge to modify it becomes green but i don´t get the option to modify the parameters of the chamfer.Does anyone know why this is? 

Hello Ive been tried to download the educational version of creo for students. But each time i download it i get the free trail of creo and not the educational version. I dont know how to fix it as ive tried multiple things. Maybe one of you know how to fix this?
