Hello everyone, I want to use the file upload widget on a tablet. Specifically, users need to upload MULTIPLE images via the "Take Photo or Video" option that opens up the camera app.  But here two issues arise: 1. I have enabled "MultiFilesSelect". Uploading multiple picture via Files and Photo Library works. But when selecting "Take Photo or Video", you can only take one picture.  2. All images uploaded via "Take Photo or Video" are named "image.jpg". So even if I were to put multiple upload widgets, I would have to invoke a service to rename the files multiple times? Can anyone think of a solution? Putting 5 upload widgets in the mashup where each time the user has to also press "upload" is super user-unfriendly.

Hi there, did somebody has tested entirely the change management in Windchill 12.0.2.x? For me exist incredibly many errors for Change Notices. E.g. Setting multiple objects to a target state. The command just don't work. PTC Support wanted to put me off until 12.1... I now requested a bug fix for 12.0.2.x Target state selection which will not be saved during change task creation will hopefully be fixed in 12.0.2.3 (imagine the target states will have changed during save and are moved to a wrong not controlled state...) Revise action which has been hidden in some cases (fixed in 12.0.2.2) Are there any other known issues in the area of change management? Have any community members already done extensive testing in this area? Thank you very much for any response.

Can we use SQl query in JS code of ThingWorx to fetch data directly from PostgreSQL DB? If yes, How to do that ?

I have an array with values and I want to extract the rows, from a different matrix, that correspond to the values of the array. Any ideas on how that is possible? Right now the row extraction command (CRTL+SHIFT+r) will only accept integers. Thank you in advance

While the service is loading Bar chart is showing the word "error" in the place of xaxis values. Once the service passed output to the xaxis values of bar chart, the word "error" is replaced with the xaxis values.    The word error should not be displayed at all. How to fix this ?

HiI can see and work with the transparency icon in part mode but can't do the same in assembly. Any know what is the issue?Even in view manager changing transparency doesn't affect anything.

Hi everyone,It must be an answer for this one, but can't find it... When working on a feature in an assembly, I changed mind and "Cancel" the action, the CREO regenerated automatically all the assembly with more than 6k parts. It must be an option to set to avoid the automatic regeneration. No?I am using CREO 6 in offline mode.Thx,JS

  Error message is "Connection to ThingWorx failed. Platform = 168.131.31.193:80/Thingworx/WS, error = could not initialize a secure socket connection."   In thin situation, What can i do?     And, I want to know whether data is connected to kepware or not. When I see Channel1.Device1._System,  I think data is incoming to kepware but value don't change. And, when I see JNU_ENV_SVR.GW01, all value is 0. I don't know this is connecting to kepserver well.      

I have installed the MathCad 8.0 Prime trial version. However, when I navigate to Input/Output tab, the XMCD, MCD tab is under intensified. I cannot convert files from an older version. The license file states it is a fully functional license. How to enable convertions.

However, the new Windows update has come out and I am afraid it may no longer work if I upgrade, so I would like to ask if it's safe to upgrade to Windows 11 for version 6.0.  Thank you all so much in advance! Hi We are developing injection moulded plastic parts. Often we use the mirror functionality to create e.g. left and right version. Typically around 10% of the features are different between the parts (through holes vs, hole for PT screws). At the end we issue two datasets, one for each side, but the vast majority is identical. For geometry/bodies we know how to handle this, but struggle with model-based definition features. We tried several options, but none is able to mirror such features. Even worse Show Annotations does not show any elements in the mirrored part. What is the best approach to model-based definition features in mirror parts? 

I'm having fatal crashes while using Intelligent Fastener. I've created custom hardware for our department and sometimes it works nice and other times it crashes me out of Creo with a fatal error. I have no idea how to fix this and hope someone hear can help. I get the error at random times.....when I select a hole I want to assemblewhen I select the option to automatically select screw sizewhen I change the screw from inch to metric.Attached are the traceback of the error and the ifx_catalogs

I am creating an app that reads bit values from an opc and calculates an state based on which ones are active. Problem is sometimes they change in pairs at the same time and the subscription that is listening to that runs twice and gives two simultaneous results. Is there any way to make the service wait untils it's finished before running again? It is currently written in java using the thingworx extension library and it's already synchronous. Thank you

I am trying to update DB thing configuration parameters using services (SetConfigurationTable).  JDBD Driver Class name Connection String DB user name DB password   Everything working fine.   But, if i am trying to give some random value to 'JDBD Driver Class name' (Ex. com.yourdatabase.yourDriver) and getting an error "ERROR starting: JDBC Driver Class Not Found: com.yourdatabase.yourDriver".   Also DB thing stopped running. It can be resolved by opening DB thing and Click Save.   How to avoid this issue? How to start Thing programmatically if Thing is not running? - RestartThing() not working How to validate 'JDBD Driver Class name' in Thingworx?

I have a specific question regarding Creo Platform Agent (CPA), as part of fault finding: When I start "Windchill Workgroup Manager" (WWM), on a normal PC in Task Manager I will see WWM, and under that CPA, permanently:But on my PC I do see this except every 2 seconds, CPA disappears for a moment then reappears, like if it is restarted:Also, based on this post, when no PTC software is running, I tried double clicking on creoagent.exe (which I found in C:\Program Files\Common Files\PTC\Creo\Agent). On a normal PC, CPA appears permanently in the Task Manager. But on my PC, it is started only for less than half a second.. Seems like a clue? I have tried uninstalling everything from PTC then installing only the WWM part (which I get through a script my employer handed me). After uninstalling I also tried deleting a lot of PTC leftovers on the disk and in the registry, but it is not easy to cover all of that. My question to you is if you have any tips in fixing
