When I try to install it:From Mathcat Express I click on 1)Acquire License2) Select the products to install the license for:3) PTC Mathcad Prime 7.0.0.0I am getting the following answer:You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product typeDo I have to delete Prime Express and load a new Prime 7??????

Hi,I was wondering if the Creo parametric has a change of the phase in multiphase flow for evaporation and condensation? I see there is evaporation and condensation only in the cavitation model. For example, in the inlet boundary condition there are 3 phases water_vapor(v1)=0.4, N2(v2)=0.35 oxygen(v3)=0.25. After passing from heat exchange with heat source 200 W, what is the volume fraction of water_vapor and water_liquid?I can't see any option for change of the phase and phase interaction because of evaporation and condensation of liquid or gas.Thanks

Hello all, There is a hidden Linux file /dev/shm/.tomcat.ptc_p after running Thingworx. The file's attribute is question mark "?". This file is still there even if Tomcat shutdown. And also cannot delete it by root user. It caused backup software failed. jsvc service running mode, tomcat:tomcat user&group created and tomcat user is with nologin. Any method to avoid creating, delete this hidden file, or change file attribute to normal? Thanks.

There's a very simple tutorial for creating a List based on the Things that depend on a certain ThingTemplate.Thingworx Fundamentals 101 -- How To Use a List Widget - YouTubewhich I found through here: http://support.ptc.com/cs/help/thingworx_hc/thingworx_6.0_hc/index.jspx?id=thingworx01&action=showThe video makes sense but is not working for me, I've tried thinking of everything that could make this not work, so just to let you know where I am at:My ThingTemplate has 4 Things that are dependent on it.Inside the Mashup: For the Data of the Template I use 'GetImplementedThings' service to drag 'All Data' onto the List. The 'parameters' tab for 'GetImplementedThings' is empty, not sure if that matters.I chose the 'Display Field' property of the List as 'Name' , so it shouldn't just appear as blanks.I'm just looking for any other requirements I may be missing to make a List work. Otherwise i've followed the steps of that video but only ever get a blank list.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM150Sections have never worked at places where they would cut a spring which is part of an assembly. The section looks fine in 3d, but fails on the drawing. Currently the spring has to be excluded from the section for it to work. Is this a known bug? Will this bug be fixed in Creo 8?

There is no autoselect first row property in treegrid widget. How to enable this functionality.? 

Hi,   We trigger APP sub-process in Arbortext Publishing Engine through activation files. When we place the activation files in local drive, PE sub-process is running properly. But when we place activation files in network share PE couldn't be able to take that Job.   Can we have some suggestions on that.   Note: 1. We are running TOMCAT server as a domain user which has all rights to the network server path 2. We are launching PE Sub-process as a domain user which has all rights to the server path. When input files are placed in network share, PE sub-process is able to take those files and process those files. But the activation files, files given in <input> and <output> tags of activation files are not identified by PE.

Even providing all the inputs the lot will still not plot 

I am trying to convert old Mathcad files from Mathcad 14 to Mathcad Express Prime 8.0. Right now the convert button is greyed out. I believe it's because we don't have Mathcad 15, however we cannot get access to Mathcad 15. Is there any way to get a converter tool to convert our old files to Mathcad Express Prime or even get a copy of Mathcad 15?

Hi, I am running Arbortext 6.0 and trying to get boxing to display in the editor window. I have seen past posts stating that boxing will NOT be displayed. However, in the help center, it shows that it should:Could someone please clarify why boxing doesn't display, or can it be displayed?Many thanks,Ali 

Dear Developers,I'm using ptcs-grid widgets in some mashups which asssumed to be used with iPads.if there are a lot of columns in grids, I expected to be able to see a horizontal scroll bar like the below.however, we cannot see the scroll bar on all iPads.Could you let me know how I can fix this trouble ?I use chrome on both laptop and iPad.the width of all columns are fixed.screen shot of my laptop ( display mode : iPad landscape )

Hello. I was trying to plot some level curves by using contour plot command (see attached file). When I define some variable "C", the plot works fine. But when I assign a range to the "C", the level curves fails to plot. Why the plotting fails? Best regards,Sergey  

I'm drilling a plate with counter bored holes. Generate a .nc file and when I go to post it I get this "Error type 3 detected". The error comes up right after I select a post. The post works on several other files so I don't think that is it. Any thoughts?Josh

Hello community!    I have included a simple video stream into a mashup via the thingworx web frame. Unfortunately, the stream does not scale with the size of the widget, but is integrated in its full resolution (fullHD). The web frame compensates this via scroll bars. So you can't see the full video and the scrollbars doesn't look nice either.Is there any possibility to scale the video for example via custom css? Is it even possible to make this responsive? Also, I have positioned the camera of the stream upside down. Is there any way to rotate the video stream?   I'm looking forward to your answers, because I can't get further. And as I have seen in other threads, here are some pros on the go. 😉   Thanks a lot!   Chris

We are using the FileUpload widget in which the MaximumFileSize property value is set to 2000MB. When the file size goes beyond this a status message is displayed at runtime.In this message an error code is embedded which we want to hide. The status message is as below:ABC is larger than the maximum allowed, 2000MB We want to hide &#44 from this message.If anyone knows how to do it please help. We are using ThingWorx 8.5.4-b222.
