Dear all, I create a user into an organization and add it as an orgadmin.but now, this user needs to change the types and attributes, so I would like to add him as a site admin. But I can't because he was created into an organization context and not into the full site. any tip to do that?

I am trying to query the property history of a thing by date but as soon as i pass query parameters it stops working correctly, dropping rows or properties without rhyme or reason when querying without parameters works alright as seen in the images attached it also ignores the max items parameter. Any way to solve it without having to write a cumbersome service to bypass it? 

I had a PC failure and now need to reinstall MATHCAD 14 (yes, old version, I know). I installed the software with no problem, but when I go to retrieve the license code over the internet, I continually receive a server error, with some gibberish language in a dialog box about a header being wrong or something. I just need to get the software license so I can get back to work. I have all of the product codes and CDs, and have been a MathCad user since version 8. Please help - this is quite frustrating. So it seems if the name differences are only in the digits, twx9.3.0 failed to distinguish during import.

Hi Developers, I create a mashup as shown the below and assumed it'll be used on iPad. we can easily select items in collection widget by using mouse/tracpad though, it's hard to select items by touching fingers or apple pencil. it seems that tap action is normal though, the state of items are not checned to "selected". however, we can easily change items to "Unselected" by using fingers/apple pencil. only tap actions for "selected" is hard. May I let me know what is the reason for this ?

I'm currently trying to figure out a strange situation that seems to not have a clean solution in Thingworx.In short, I am looking to simulate multiple power meters which will likely have a voltage and current property so kilowatt hours can be calculated. However, this will not always be the case, so I don't want to always have these averages stored. Currently, have a Thing Template called "Power_Meter_Demo". It has the property "current" and "voltage". In addition, I have a Power_Meter_Rolling_Average Thing Shape which has properties "currentAverage", "rollingWindowSize", "currentWindowTotal", and "totalKilowattHours", which are all to be derived from the "current" and "voltage" properties off of the thingTemplate.What I would like to do is have a subscription on data change where these values are updated, that way they can be displayed live. It does allow me to create a subscription for data change events on the template, which is decent. The main issue becomes that if

In Derived Tag, Expression was given, and an Tag is also mentioned in Trigger, but the issue is Derived Tag is running it's Expression only on KepServerEx Reinitialization. Even though the Tag mentioned in Trigger data is get's changed every second but the Derived Tag Expression is not getting calculated.End Goal: Run Derived Tags Only on Data Change of Another Tag. As per below picture, the Mashup is center aligned, when there mashup is selected in the Contained mashup.   When a Mashup is selected in Name widget property of the Contained mashup, total Mashup/Container goes to left top. Hi All, I am exploring jlink asynchronous method and I see in the jlink user guide that the syntax to start a noninteractive, nongraphical creo parametric session is as follows - pfcAsyncConnection.pfcAsyncConnection.AsyncConnection_Start("pro -g:no_graphics -i:rpc_input",<text_dir>);where pro is the command to start Creo Parametric.I am not sure what I should put as 'pro' command. I have tried giving the path to parametric.exe in the Creo installation directory in C drive  as value of 'pro'. It worked if I give the relative path, but doesn't work for absolute path since mine has spaces in it and it doesn't get processed properly.Is there a way to establish a session without providing the path to parametric.exe? If it is mandatory, then is there way to process the absolute path which has spaces? Since I am planning to develop a rest service from where I will call the API to start a session, I can't use the relative path and if possible would like to completely avoi

I am using Creo Parametric Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.5.0Creo Drawing BOM Table Help. I would like to add a Column for "Supplied By" but this column I would like to leave as a manually entered Text field because It will be constantly changing from one project to another and I do not want it related back or driven from the parts and or assembly's parameters. I would like the Column to be prefilled out for all items in the Table with a Dash "-" in the BOM and then I can manually overwrite it as needed based on the project and it would only affect the drawing table for that current drawing.Or any other option to do this is much appreciated. there will only be a handful of items that will need the column overridden but would like Dashes "-" shown by default So I avoid having to type in every row and prefer not to leave a blank cell.Thanks

I'm running a query to get latest iteration/version but I would like to specify either the Product Name or the folder name (Cabinet Name). However, when I add a reportable item in criteria, Cabinet Name is greyed out. How can I get the product or folder name criteria in my query?

Hi, A third part product send a rest rest call to Thingworx with the following formatting: "equipment/instance/{id}/state"I need a solution (inside or outside tomcat) to transform the Rest call to something that Thingworx will accept, e.g. /Things/MyThingName/Services/getState?id={id}" Is there an easy way to do this? I am unable to open the user interface of cosmetic thread. Whenever I click on the cosmetic thread tab it takes me to some intudfs folder having two folders inside (External and Internal) containing .gph files. I'm not sure if it is some kind of bug or do I have to modify some parameter in config. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. 

I am trying to display the information about a factory production line. I want to have machines working in parallel arrayed vertically in columns and these columns working serially arrayed horizontally. In the image attached the first row are four machines working in parallel and the second row is  a machine working serially with these four. This is almost what I want but I need the rows to be columns since that is the layout the factory workers are used to. How could I do it, with or without a collection? I need the mashup to fit any production line so it needs to be created dynamically.
