Hello,I am trying to store multiple json files data by iterating with different inputs in one infotable and but that infotable is showing only one json file data which was iterated last input. How to do that?ThanksKSM 

Hi, I am trying to update Kepware Tag through API call from IOT Gateway setup. Refering the document in http://127.0.0.1:39320/iotgateway/I am using this API http://127.0.0.1:39320/iotgateway/writeto update a tag. During sketching I often run into this constraint and I would like to disable it, the problem is, this one is not in the list of constraints in the options menu. A google search has not been fruitful.  I do not want the points of a box I am sketching to snap onto other references, I know I can right click to disable it but would prefer to not have to deal with this constraint at all. Any tips would be appreciated. 

Hello, I'm trying to retrieve some files (cad docs, pvz etc.) from windchill via the following flow (or something similar) The connector is properly configured and I set the Identifier as indicated in the documentation. The point is that the flow is always stuck at the first point while not giving any error.Any advice, guide or specific documentation to achieve my target? Many thanks

Hi guys, I'm trying to do a simple calculation of the middle third rule. What I want to achieve is shown in the spreadsheet but the issue is that if the condition ex/L+ey/B<1/6 is met only then I want the program to calculate the pressure otherwise just get a message like "N/A". Can the result be either a scalar or a text? I tried to put be a scalar with "N/A" for each of its elements but got an error message again, it seems that it accepts only numerical values Any help will be much appreciated! cheers,Eleni

I have an MatchCAD Prime issues. Plotting the equation in MatchCAD Prime 7.0 is not working. There is notification like this "Plotting failed. Replace complex values and NaN by real numbers".

Once I installed the creo program, but apparently I made a mistake with the installation because it shows me the issue that the creo agent is not correctly installed. Please give me a solution for this issue.

Hi everyone,  I am currently working on Thingworx manufacturing apps, and I have this problem.   I would like to structure the home page (Console Page), so as to "hide" icons from certain users.   For example, I would like the Trending and Troubleshooting and Configuration and Setup icons to be visible only by the administrator user. At this point, if a control engineer accesses the Thingworx App, the two icons should not be visible.   Thanks for the support.

Is there any option to edit the Built in Mashups in the Manufacturing APPS. Duplicating the Mashups and re- binding them is a very pain point and time taking process.Isn't there any other option to edit this these inbuilt options !ThanksShashi.

I had mathcad 5.0 working perfectly on my computer. I tried to install mathcad 6.0 and it got stuck at 1% and said there was a conflicting installation. I uninstalled 5.0 and I still got stuck at 1% when trying to install 6.0. Now when I try to re-install 5.0, it also gets stuck at 1%. I deleted the program files\PTC folder and checked appdata for other PTC folders. I'm not sure what's blocking the installation. It also says that .net framework and the other program it needs to install are already installed. The error it gives is something like 'please check logs'. The logs say Error 1622 after trying to do something with the PTC file.

In an assembly, one part was swapped out with another. The old part was deleted. The assembly model is still looking for the old part even though it cannot be found in the model tree. The message is:     If the model 1027_4000 and its instance 1027_4001 are recreated, the assembly is "happy". (Still do not see it in the model tree.) Clear memory and rename it ZZ1027_4000 and the error returns.   How can I find: Component id 429 in my assembly. Thanks, Dale

Hello, I'm using thingworx flow to get some pvz files from windchill ad upload them into vuforia experience service repository. The process works, but using these pvz into vuforia studio seems to not load the metadata automatically (as instead using thingworx repository does). How to solve this issue?Can I extract the metadata of the gathered pvz and upload it as a separate file? How to do this into thingworx flow?Many thanks

I sometimes create parts that are supposed to simulate the actual part but cost a fraction to produce. Ie the machined part should have the correct mass, center of gravity and ideally same, or similar responses as the purchased component. It will then be used for harsh mechanical testing, instead of potentially destroying an expensive component.This is a tedious trial and error process but is there a way of having Creo doing at least some of the work for me? Such as if I design a representative shape and I know that it should have a specific mass, I would extrude a hole (or several holes) to match the correct mass. Can I make Creo vary for example the depth of such a hole until the correct mass is met?Next will be to have Creo change the position of such a hole to meet the correct center of gravity.

Hi all,I am facing an odd issue on my console. There was a mashup for which we used a label widget and did the bindings. Later we deleted the label widget but the service was still there. When we checked the console, we got an error for the label widget. To debug the issue, have removed all the services and all the widgets, but still, the issue exists in the console. After the new upgrade to the ThingWorx 9.3  from the 8.5 version. We exported the project from 8.5 and imported it to the 9.3 version. The problem that we are facing is mashup UI screens are loading slow compared to TWX 8.5and fonts are getting toggling in different styles when I try to navigate from one screen to other. Chrome browser performance snapshot of 8.5 version. 9.3 snapshot: Please find the below screenshot.  (Fonts toggled to bold when user navigate from one page to other page) It looks font issue causing because of the slowness.  Question is, How to resolve the slowness and font load issue?

When we went from TWX 8.3.3 to 8.5, one of the many things that broke was the ability to set MINIMUM height of many widgets to 20 px.  We were forced to set them to 34 px.  For this reason, we chose not to update our mashups to the "NEW" widgets.  Then you fixed it so we could set the height to what "we" deemed good for our own apps. Thank you for that.   Today, I started designing a new app for a new customer.  I decided to use all NEW widgets, and not the deprecated ones, because you fixed all of the silly design things, right?.  Nope.  There is still a lot left to be desired.  I don't have time to go into all of the problems.  So I'm going to focus on three things:  Widget Height settings, including borders, Padding settings that can't be modified, and a mind-boggling forced Focus Overlay on input widgets that can't be modified.   The focus of this is the height settings of many widgets.  Although I can now set the widget h
