On Jan. 21, 2022, Werner_E provided the solution for creating color-coded mesh surface plots using Mathcad Prime 6.0 for two functions [f1(x) and f2(x)] I had defined [Solved: Re: Generating a hemispherical dome surface plot u... - PTC Community]. Assuming that these instructions could be utilized to create similar plots with any other monotonic function, I defined and inserted two new functions [f3(x) and f4(x)- -see below] in the equation S = CreateSlices(f1, 0, a, 5): f3 = e–cx/a        f4 = 1 – x/a, both over 0 ≤ x ≤ a, with a = 300, c = 4.61 Evidently my simplistic assumption was incorrect- -the Insert 3D Plot command failed to generate the anticipated five-color slice hemispherical domes whose height ranges between 0 and 1.0. Where did I go wrong?

How to take out some part of the number defined through evaluation definition and use it further for calculation.For e.g. I have set of 3 number clubbed and 24 such sets separated by comma and space and would like to use 7 set for calculation purpose later in worksheet. Hello,I have noticed that the CPU utilization of ThingWorx server is rapidly increasing with the number of users accessing the ThingWorx Runtime sessions. Although the CPU resources utilized by the system is comparatively smaller %.What are the options using which we can reduces this % CPU usage. Hello,I am using Tree Grid Advanced Widget, and defined some columns by grid config service. when I run that Mashup the mashup displays weird results like column names and width are changed their position when I run each time.Eg: column header should be display like in this order.Name   Number    Date    Statusinstead of this it will display sometimes likeName Date Status  Number or Number Status Date Name with irregular widths, etc.. If anybody have faced this issue please help me out Thanks

Hello, I have tried using a collection widget instead of using a grid , as I want to add a delete icon button which is when clicked a popup window should open. I have added the delete icon button in my base mashup , which is repeated in the collection mashup , but on clicking it , the popup window is not displayed.I have added the mashup parameters to connect the infotable data with the other columns.How to configure delete icon button so as to open a popup window.

I am trying to make a plot of the dependent variable digital data (zeros and ones) in a column of a matrix vs another column (independent variable - x axis) that has units of degrees.  If I add volts units to the dependent variable it plots fine but as soon as I eliminate the units then the error "The values in the axes placeholders must be real numbers or expressions. Make sure the values are of the same type in both placeholders" is returned.The plot with the errors has the Y variable as a column of the matrix that is unitless.  The one that works has been fudged by adding units to that column.

Hello all, I have created a predictive model with a binary goal variable (true/ false). Further I have created a mashup where the predicted results are illustrated. Now I want to implement automated notifications. But the notification should be only send to a person, if a trend in the predictions is recognizable (for example, according to the rule: if a "1" is predicted 20 times in a row, an automatic message should be sent to person X).I have two questions:1. Is it possible to create automated notifications? If so, how I can I implement them?2. I paid for the PTC Mathcad Prime 7 Student Edition & eLearning Bundle and I have a macbook pro. I finished downloading PTC Mathcad Prime 7 Student Edition and when I tried to save file pim_installmgr_mathcad_7.exe it says "You can’t open the application “pim_installmgr_mathcad_7.exe” because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on macOS." I am not sure what this means but I took it as I can't download it because I have a macbook pro. I hope not, but if this is the case how can I open a refund case?

I have a stored procedure that contains an insert statement using "NEXT VALUE FOR" to use a sequence. The stored procedure works fine in SSMS, but fails to execute when executed from a DB Thing. My DB Service is a SQL Query and uses "EXECUTE". If I remove "NEXT VALUE FOR" from my stored procedure and just hard code a value it all works.   Is there some trick to get my stored procedure to be able to use the "NEXT VALUE FOR"?   Re:  post

So we implemented custom Publishing actions per cs211115 and initial tests were great. Combining search results and batch publishing is awesome. 3/4 of the way down they talk about "For example, if you want to hide the new Publish Tools default visibility value for All Members and give the access permissions only to the manager, modify the followings" and go on to suggest modifications to the roleaccessprefs.xml which we had done: <uic name="list_Rep" order="4010" enabled="true" defaultAll="false" defaultManager="true" defaultGuest="false" managerEnabled="true" guestEnabled="false"/>    </global> My assumption was that admins and Product Managers would see this actions in search and folders pages. Normal members would not see the action. I have test user setup and actions still appeared. They suddenly, they were missing and then back again. I cannot make heads or tails of this. Am I missing something here? Is there a caching issue going on
