How can I write a query for the CLI command "im exportissues" for getting a list of all test cases contained in the test session. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Does someone know why "Report/Usage" command is disabled when right-clickin on an element in a diagram.We use PTC WM 9.6. It seems to me that in 8.x, it was allowed. Help mentions only that "Report Usage" for a diagram (itself) does not work but I don't see why it should not work on an element displayed on a diagram.We have to find the element on the browser and then perform the "Report / Usage".. which is a bit annoying. Thank you in advance for your support

WRC 4.2 How do the perspectives work on documents? There is no clear explication in the help or the user guide.   On the one side there are the perspectives WRC Standard and WRC advanced.On the other side there are perspectives on documents. What is meant here? Those from RV&S document views?

Dear community,  we try to use the GIT integration with ILM11.2 with oracle db repository as the integration documents describes this. We like to manage Linux files (source code) with this GIT integration in the configuration management domain of ILM.  Now there appears the following questions:  Where are the data of the GIT repositories stored? Are they also stored in oracle db with ILM server?   Is it possible to use the GIT integration with the ILM client or have we to use the CLI for GIT?   Is there an overview regarding the GIT integration? we are using integrity 10.7 version, and we have an issue with Deploy targets. In Windchill RV&S they are showing as offline, but the servers are up and running and the source code server & MKS agent in deploy servers also running. we tried restart services in source code server, but the issue not resolved. Hello team!Could somebody share a code to get issue revision (major or minor)?delta.getFieldValue("Revision") or delta.getFieldValue.("Major Version ID") returns null if use inside a trigger code.But.... if use computed field this pattern works ok .... Windchill application is hosted on Azure VM using VMs_FQDN:81. We are trying to deploy the application hosted on Azure VM to Azure Application Gateway. We want to expose application for external users so that they can access the application outside the VM. Application URL -- http:/FQDN:81/Windchill/app Configured APP_POOL(VM on which application is hosted), Listeners(Port 80,81), BACKEND_SETTINGS(for Port 80 & 81), Routing Rules(Path Based routing rule-- Heath probe is showing unhealthy.      

I am suddenly facing an issue on running the Windchill Modeler application and facing the FlexNet Licensing error:-96,7. No changes were made to the Host ID or Host name of the server too. 

Is there any customer demo doc for windchill modeler 10 ?

Hello. Not sure if this is the right place to post. I recently downloaded Windchill Modeler 10.0 and have been going through the tutorial. When I got to the simulation section of the tutorial and tried to run the Speed Controller, I got an error message saying that Visual Studio is no longer supported. What is the workaround? Thanks.

I'm currently trying Windchill Modeler 10.0 on Windows but have encountered a problem running SySim. I filled out the contact form on the PTC website for sales to contact me about a separate trial for regular Windchill for SysML modeling, since my university already has a site wide license for other PTC software. But I haven't heard back.  Is such a trial possible? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, we would really like to also reference other work item types besides requirements, requirements collections, test cases and change requests (e.g. Design Items or Information Items) using OSLC. Currently only the mentioned work items are offered as types in the OSLC browser in PTC Modeler for the Polarion integration. Could you please provide instructions how this can be realized? Thank you very much. David

Hello All, I am currently using the following :PTC RV&S v13.2 and Windchill requirements connector 4.2 Scenerio:  Until all the requirements in RV&S are set to in analysis state, the feasibility status field will not be editable. Since a requirement document can have varying levels of requirement states, i have issue particularly for the requirements in the "draft" state.  Issue: When i make an reqIF exchange with partner who will be updating the feasibility comments and feasibility states and when the requriements are sent back in a draft state, the requirements connector tries to update the fields in RV&S but since there is an editability rule, the import ends up in a error.  Is there a way for the requirements connector to ignore the mapping of the draft state requirements ?   

Hi Team, I am trying to install Windchill Modeler in our organization's new VM but when applying the license, the services of Modeler are not starting. Even if it is starting, they are stopping automatically. I am not able to figure out the reason like what is the issue for which the services of Modeler are not working and also the license issue could solve.  I am attaching the error images of both services and license. Can anyone help me out on this.

I am facing issue in installing Windchill Modeler to our project's VM and after attaching the file of License we are not able to start the service. Even if it is starting, it gets stopped automatically.  We were also receiving this FlexNet Licensing error, and to solve this we have followed the below instructions - Open a Command Prompt in Admin modeRun "cd <location of the script>"Run "cscript fix_10-0_license.vbs"On successful execution, start the Service named "PTC Integrity Modeler License Server" or "Artisan License Server"Still I am facing the Error 1067 issue.  

What is the "S".Requirements Validation and s___@LLawton  already called this out and now we are considering using it and the first question as it was with MAPSB is what does those initial stand for? Maybe the commitment to the name RV&S is seen in that there is no "label" for it in this forum. It's called "Windchill" because PTC thinks it's cooler than it actually is 🙂   

Hi All, Is there a way to export the history tab information to a searchable file format?Currently it would be necessary to search the contents of the History tab from project items. One project item contains over 40,000 documents. Scrolling through the entries by hand is simply too time-consuming as, for example, "Documented by" is re-listed every time a new document is created. This entry can therefore be listed several times a day with 40,000 IDs.Unfortunately, the History tab offers no way of filtering the entries, otherwise you could simply hide them.Does anyone have an idea or solution?It is important that it is searchable after export. Preferably in a format such as Excel or similar.

Hi team, I am trying to integrate IBM DNG with Codebeamer using Windchill Modeler and OSLC services and therefore have followed the steps in the link - Adding a new DOORS Next Generation OSLC Server (ptc.com). On the nineth point, where it's asked to enter valid Consumer Key and Consumer Secret values, I am not sure from where I need to get the correct values from IBM DNG.  I know this is not the relevant forum to ask but if anybody has any idea please do let me know.

We came across a strange issue in Windchill RV&S related to Long Text fields.Multiple users reported that the text entered in rich text fields disappear after saving the item. I got a chance to investigate on one of the items with this issue and I had following observations.1. Changes to the field values are visible in history tab but empty on the field.2. When I edit the item and save it without making any changes, all the values are visible again. Steps to Reproduce [I am not lucky to reproduce it yet]:We have an item type with multiple tabs. Users enter values for multiple rich text fields in tab 2, navigate to tab 1 and save it. Now all the values entered for rich text fields in tab 2 are gone and it is empty.The tricky part is this issue is not consistent. Does anyone have come across this issue ?
