Hi All, Without DB username and DB Password, can configure a thing. Which means in SQL, Through Windows Authentication i can access DB. I Dont have any access or user credentials with SQL Server authenticaton. Is there any way to configure a THING and establish a connection between thing and DB? 

In thingworx 9.1, where i can see "Users" thing and its services.  

Hi All,   My service sometimes (not always) reports error of "javascript service". the service has "for" statement to analyze data and set result into an infotable, so the loop count is depend on input data. I added a "try catch" statement to output error details but it not work.   I think the error tends to be frequently happened when we input big data ( data count is around 100000). ( not always, sometimes the error happens. )   I dont add memory allocation codes in "for" statement as much as possible since I thought there is restriction on available memory size in each service.   if someone have experienced the same error as me, I'd be happy if you share root causes and on how to solve it.   Thanks and regards.    

I have a widget extension. Its height is non-editable and fixed to 30pixels. I want to increase its height to 180pixels. Is it possible to edit extension and to change non-editable property height to editable one??

In thingworx 8.4. I want to show the explanation of colours of pie chart. On clicking a button on the right side one small page should come like a popup on the corner of the existing mashup. It will be added with a mashup which has the colour indications. On clicking the close button it should disappear. Is that possible?

I have a organization where 20 users logging in currently. Most of the times, the logging to organization getting failed even for correct user credentials. If I delete the browser history, cache, cookies, then it is working fine. What is the solution for this. How to deal this issue when the login users got increased to hundreds and thousands??

Hi community, I've been doing some experiments with the Anomaly Alert module to understand what are its capabilities and limitations.   Dataset In particular, I've tested it with an emulated square signal that changes its characteristics over time against different anomaly alert configuration parameters to see how well the anomaly alert detects those changes. I have an Azure VM with the following hardware configuration: I have installed the following components successfully:   + TWX 9.x+ Analytics Server+ Platform Analytics+ Vuforia Experience Service+ Vuforia Studio+ Kepware   Using a dataset I emulated a remote device with a Pressure signal. I used a timer to stream the pressure signal each 1, 10, 50, and 100 ms.   The pressure signal has the following form:   I created three property transformations from the original pressure signal and all worked as expected:   But sadly, my virtual machine performance drops worryingly when the process is running:     This is only a simple test with three property transformations. Hi @slangley ,   Thanks for the information. I have another question. I had developed mashups using TWX 8.4 and when I migrated to TWX 8.5 saw the message that some of the widgets will be deprecated. I now want to migrate the same mashups to 9.0 in Azure as 8.4 version is no longer supported. Please let me know if it would be backward compatible with Version 9.0.(i.e. whether 8.4 widgets on mashups will work fine on 9.0 without any changes)   Regards Koushal

  My thingworx server(deployed in a virtual machine in Azure) become very slow suddenly because Thingworx apace tomcat high CPU Usage (until 100% in VM). This issue happens several times before and could be solved by restart the Thingworx tomcat services, but until now I didn't know the main reason why this issue happens. I have check thingworx application log, script log until the apache tomcat log but I'm still not found anything about the reason why the CPU suddenly increased. The CPU usage increased even when there is no user log in at that time (if user log in should be appeared in script log because of the logger that I put on the services). I don't have any subscription/scheduler/timer except for one scheduler that will be excecute daily at 00.00 AM, and the issue could happen any time, some time at 5PM, 6AM etc. the period of this issue id also random, sometime it happen 12 days, 7days, 20 days after I restart the Thingworx Apache tomcat.    Below was some detail
