Hi all, i worked with the release 1.09 - no Problem on Windows 10. Today, i update and i couldn´t install the software. I deinstall all Thingworx - Software. I install Thingworx Studio completly new, but it doensn´t run. Hello all,     How do you relate a sequence to a toggle button with the capability of being played in Thingworx viewer, I have added a toggle button that is visible in Thingworx viewer however the sequence is not working.Thank you in advance-Timothy

Just wondering if anyone else has an issue with not being able to see a Preview of projects in Studio? I upgraded this morning to Version 1.10 and the Preview function is no longer working?Thanks,Brian

In ThingView app, with the release of new renderer, the sequences (in View app) will play only if the PVI(sequence) file is inside the PVZ file. For the Experiences published in 1.8 or earlier releases, we would recommend to republish with Studio 1.9 or 1.10 releases.Note: In ThingWorx View 1.10 version, you can also revert to using previous renderer by configuring ThingWorx View Settings in the app settings.

Hi folks--Has anyone found a way with Thingworx Studio to have a "hinge" animation that works correctly? What I mean by that is, I want to rotate a part around another part or around an edge, the typical example being a door or hatch opening on a hinge.I can build a beautiful animation of this in Creo Illustrate, and it looks fine in Creo View. But when I pull the same PVZ into Thingworx Studio, the hinge movement gets all weird. In Thingworx, the door or hatch begins in the correct location, and ends up in the correct location, but the rotation isn't right, so the door appears to detach from the hinge, do its rotation in mid-air, and then re-attach when it's done rotating.I've tried a bunch of things, but nothing seems to work. It's difficult to troubleshoot, because as I mentioned, the animation looks correct in Illustrate and Creo View, but still doesn't work right in Thingworx.If anyone has been able to make this work, how did you do it? Hi Team,My Thingworx studio pilot program has stopped working. Hello Some errors are occurred when I access a project by thingworx view app.   The errors are not only access speed but also connecting to server.   I checked Thingworx Composer Logs.   This is a list of errors.   Do you have any solution for this problem?   Thanks.

Thingworx Studio 1.9.1 0 .1.13.1148My experience should display live data from a connected thing from our thingworx server. I encountered several issues with the value binding and auto-refresh feature.I managed to enable the auto refresh not by binding the property, but by binding the service method GetPropertyValues.Then the property change triggered by hand with a value change in the Thingworx Composer was propagated and the value in the preview window was updated correctly.However the issue remains with the published experience in Thingworx View app on IOS.does not work in preview & and published experiencethis works in preview but not in published experienceAny suggestion is very apprecciated

Hello,   I faced some problem when I publish my project. Sometime the log showed this. Sometime it showed this. And most time, it just showed these three lines. The result is the same. But I have tried the link.   Anyone can resolve my problem?   P.S. I'm in Shanghai. Is it due to the Great Firewall of China?   Thanks very much.

I am having an issue with an api call in Thingworx Studio. Using the preview option, everything works great. Whenever I opened the experience(after publishing) using the iPhone View App for Thingworx, the API call does not work. Is there some setting I am not configuring correctly? I know that on localhost it is my own machine that is hosting it so I just have to make sure firewall doesn't block it. How does that work with the Experience servers? I believe that the experience server isn't allowing my http request to go through. I am using the $http method to get data from the openweather api. I can post code if necessary, though I dont believe that will solve anything currently.

I have a published expierence I want to delete. I tried to write over it but it just adds experiences to the same mark.

Team - I am looking for the various CAD file formats (such as Catia, Cadd5, NX, JT etc.) supported by Thingworx Studio. Can we directly use these 3rd party CAD file formats in Thingworx Studio or do we need to import these into "Creo Illustrate" and generate PVZ / PVI to import into Thingworx Studio. What we have done:Step 1: We built a model with UG and edited the material (as shown in Fig.1), then saved it as an STP file.                                Fig.1Step 2: We imported the STP file in ThingWorx Studio and published it.Step 3: We use the View App to scan the "thing mark" and demonstrate the AR scene (as shown in Fig.2).                          Fig.2The problems is:As shown in Fig.1, we have already specified a kind of white material, however, the rendered AR scene does NOT reflect the change. Instead, it is always shown in gray. Could you be kindly help us to identify the problem? Thank you.

Hi,I am operating on Windows 10, 64 bit and using Chrome to download the setup.exe file. After the download I try to run setup.exe and I get an error. Here is a screen shot:I checked the install log and found this error: URLDownloadToCacheFile failed with HRESULT '-2146697208'Does anyone know of a solution for this?

Hi everyone,I'm creating expériences using pvz and pvi files to generate animations. No issue during the creation process. I can declare the pvz model and pvi sequence without any issue but as soon as i save the project, the reference to the sequence is getting lost and i cannot select it in the scolldown menu anymore. I have to remove the model and recreate it from scratch, then bind again my toggle buttons actions on the model.Any help is greatly appreciated,

HiI'm making a demo project by thingworx studio.I wanna change a background color of '2D' widget.When I use a 'value-display' widget, the background color is white and font color is black.Also, I want to change a color of button widget(2D).Is it possible? if it is possible, please let me know how to do.Thanks.

Hi everyone,I've created a couple of expériences that works well when seen on Android version of Thingorx View. But we get error messages when accessed from an IOS device.Of course we uninstalled the Thingworx View app and reinstalled it on the devices, we tried on at least 4 different devices (IPhone, Ipad, ....) but we still get the same issue. The message is refering to the Thingmark number on which the experience is linked.PS : we tried to republish them with the latest version of the Studio (1.9) but no change.Any help is greatly appreciated;

Hi All,I just got the email that ThingWorx Studio 1.9 has been released and now ThingWorx View is supported for Windows Surface Pro 4. Problem is, how do I get it installed?  I've searched the Microsoft Store and I can't see it.  Am I just too early, or is there something else that I'm missing.Thanks,Allan
