Hello,I am trying to import a .dgn file (Microstation), import is very quick, .pvz is created (but inside does not have any viewable .ol files, only one .pvs file) but when I assign it to model - there is nothing in the scene, nothing displays.  Exported .dgn comes from this software and according to vendor it's version (v8) is on Supported CAD for Vuforia Studio:Bentley MicroStation DGNThe following table lists the MicroStation DGN file versions that ArcGIS Pro supports:.SoftwareFormat versionDirect readExported MicroStation 955YesV8MicroStation SE5YesV8MicroStation/J7YesV8MicroStation V88YesV8Microstation V8i8YesV8Microstation Connect Edition V1010YesV8   I also tried Vuforia Studio logs - no errors/warning during file conversion. Hello everyone. I'm trying to manually configure my Vuforia Studio application according to PTC installation manual in the following link: Vuforia Studio Help (ptc.com). The problem is that I didn't get any Experience Service URL. How can I get one? Is there any default URL to put in or do I need to manually create?  

Hello,   I designed an experience with 218 widgets, and was using a Thingmark. Then I switched to a spatial target. Unfortunately, when you open the experience, you are suddenly viewing it from the left side instead of the front. There isn't an option to rotate the spatial target, or change its position vertically.   Since the spatial target defines both the initial perspective and the position relative to ground level, I think the ability to rotate and move in the vertical axis should be possible. I know some other requested features are complex, but I think this would be a fairly quick programming fix for the PTC development team. I'd love to see it in the next version. 🙂   Please share kudos, or respond if you would like to see this feature added.   Thanks! Wes

I have frequently found that I need to use more than one target type in the process of developing experiences, either to compare tracking stability, or to cover parallel use cases (e.g. develop similar experience for either on-site use [area target] or "virtual" use [spatial target]).   Currently, it can be tricky to swap out target types in an existing experience, because of the lack of ability to control placement of the target in some instances. It would be very helpful to be able to translate and rotate spatial and area target widgets for cases like this.   For example, suppose I want to develop an area target experience, but I know I won't be able to scan the area for another week. Ideally I should be able to develop the rest of the experience during that week, and then add the area target when it's available. However, if I do this, when I place the area target I can't control its location or orientation, so the rest of my widgets are almost guaranteed to be placed incor

Hello, I would like to start an enhancement request: Giving Vuforia View microphone access. There have already been a number of inquiries on the subject, which shows its relevance (see link list below). Microphone access is important because of following features:Using voice commands makes usage similar to Hololens. Crossover platform compatibility is available, why not use it?Typing on digital tablet keyboard is slowing processes down. Using dictation function is much more effective and enhances productivity.Taking photos is possible, but not videos. Trying to record videos makes Vuforia View crash, maybe because of access restriction of microphone.Dictation function is great for work task reports. Having a good documentation of your work done with AR support is key to quality and improvements. Hello Community, I am installing experience service on windows. I installed vuforia experience service .exe file from PTC portal. I selected PostgreSQL as the database type and entered PostgreSQL connection information. But here, I am not able to understand where to use configuration parameters to configure the database that will be used by the Experience Service? How should I do this? Where should I use these configuration parameters? Is there need to configure database?Please tell me if anyone know about this. Here I attach SS of document please check this.

Hello, we're not yet a customer of Vuforia Studio but are interested in using it for viewing processing instructions for parts in AR. These instructions differ for every part and are going to be created in the PMI module of Siemens NX and could be exported as a STEP AP 242 file.So what we would like to know is whether it is possible to import the PMI data and generate an AR scene with little manual work needed. Thanks!

Hi folks.I'm creating an augmented reality experience for Hololens 2, but some components are getting broken, here are two images for exemplification. An image of a 3D panel with a button and an image of a 3D video. The buttons are also not displaying the text I have entered.Has anyone had this same problem?? Or can anyone help me on how to prevent these component breaks from happening.

Hello, how can I show live data of a machine-linked AR experience just using MQTT protocol without Thingworx integration?

Hi Community, We have a use case using Vuforia Studio in which we need to place a digital model onto a truck, to see if it fits. After the user walks away from the thingmark, there is a noticeable hop, when the user returns to the thingmark and the camera picks it up. This is not precise enough for our use case. we need to place the AR model of the tipping container (marked in red) (approx. 4-5m long) onto a new truck to see where to mount the side panels, tool boxes etc. What is the best and proven way to place it with precision through a thingmark?  We are using a Ipad Pro with lidar, the persist map and extended tracking options of the 3D container don't seem to improve the tracking. Best wishes, Alex

Hi, I got some issue that's why I am not able install "creo". I needed "creo installation" for working on quadcopter project. As mentioned in guide, I needed to install this for quadcopter project. In that project, I want to update attribute that's why I needed "creo". So, without "creo installation", is there any option to do this? If anyone knows please help me. Thank you. 

Hi folks--   I have an E57 point cloud scan from a customer, and I'm trying to make an area target from it. I run it through the Area Target Generator app, which reports success and no warnings/errors, and it generates a bunch of files in the target folder.   Unfortunately, I am running into the issue described here: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Vuforia-Studio/Matterport-Integration-with-ATG/m-p/792640. Specifically, it doesn't generate the file *_authoring.glb, and Vuforia Studio won't use the target without that file.What I've tried: The solution in that article, trying to extract it from the 3dt file. I've opened it as a zip file, and see many "cube_*" and "point_*" files inside, and a couple of JSON files, but no GLB file Updated the Area Target Generator app to the latest version. No improvement I tried opening some of the other area target files as ZIP archives to see if it's lurking somewhere else, but didn't find the authoring GLB file The scan is quite large (
