Windchill Navigate

We have Navigate connected and authenticating to Windchill. Since Navigate is case sensitive for user ids, all of our ids in Windchill are lowercase. There is a feature where if the user uses uppercase, Thingworx will create a new account but still let them login.  How can we disable this (auto account creation)? I cannot seem to find an article or doc on this.

Hi, I'm trying to apply the master mashups came with navigate apps in custom mashup developed for custom tasks made in navigate. I have applied the masters mashup with custom mashup but its not working as expected. It is not showing the title of app on top of it. when the apps that have already came with navigate is opened it shows the title but not with my custom mashup. Please help me with this

I searched for navigate 9.1 Install guide via Reference Files Search.   Customer has purchased only one license. Since Administrator user is consuming one license ,unable to allocate license for customer. Is there a license exclusion list/group to avoid consuming license by Administrator ?.What is the process?

I am beginner to Thingworx Platform, using version 9.1 trail foundation Hosted as http://localhost:8080/thingworx -  It's working as expected in browser. Now started working with dotnet sdk 5.8, following SteamSensor application, to communicate thingworx server, Getting error like "Error initializing socket connection. Err = 10061", though disabled certValidation and ConnectedThingClient.disableEncryption().   Kindly let me know the resolution to proceed further.

Hi PTC Community:   I faced a problem when I tried to establish the connectivity between My Thingworx and SAP, I already followed the available HandsOn tutorial for the configurations  IR is OK, SAP Endpoint OK but connectivity not OK Then trying to map services in API mapping, I got :  And for IR LOGS :   Any suggestions or solutions ?   Thanks

Good afternoon, I have a question about the ThingWorx server installation with SSL. If I choose wthout SSL option(only http) it works, but with SSL, in the end of the installation, I get a error:"A Problem occurred during installation that may cause an unsuccessful installation foundation installation failed" I tried to configure the JAVA_HOME environment variable and to open the 8443 but unsuccessful. Any ideas? Regards, Carlos  

Hi, how can i edit small icon in this Mashup?

I wanted to used Thingworx extensions MQTT to published data when properties value change which is binded from the remote/local thing,then my mqtt client can receive the change value. My mqtt client can receive data when I using the 'Set value of property' in the thing 'Properties and Alerts',but no message publish when properties change with the 'Manage Bindings'.How to trigged the publish function when properties change with the binding values.

Hi community, it's possibile to install thingworx flow and connect to navigate 9.1? I need to view both windchill and SAP and Salesforce data on mashups. And Flow would allow me to already have the connectors for the various communications.   Otherwise, Is there a connector with preconfigured services to communicate at least with SAP to navigate?   Thanks

I want to edit the data in the cells of Collection widget on the click of a Button, as similar to the Grid Widget which as an feature Editable. Does Collection widget has some feature like that, or is there any other solution to edit it ?Thanks & Regards,  Shashi Preetham.

I am having an INFOTABLE which I am giving an input to the COLLECTION widget using the service GetDataTableEntires.But all the cells in the COLLECTION widget are showing the same Data Repeatedly (Which is the last entered entry into the Database)Even though trying with Repeater Widget, the same thing is happening. Even the Repeater widget is showing the latest entry data in all the cells. 

Hi, I need to use the collection widget in two tabs of a tab widget.I had placed the collection in both tabs.but when I view the mashup it is displayed only in the default tab and in other tab it is not visible. can anyone please suggest a way to display it in both tabs?

Need a help here, can anyone please tell me how to retrieve workflow workItems for the given userId using OData out of the box API? I am able to filter data based on CreatedOn, but can't see any options to filter based on userId. I am still trying to get my hands dirty with the OData. Appreciate your help here.

Hi Community members,   I was hoping if one of you know, how to display Windchill MPMLink process plans and Operations data, 3D annotation sets in Thingview widget of custom mashup.   For now I can only get JPEG thumbnail image which is not useful, we need to get 3D annotation sets in GUI mashup.   Any suggestions and help highly appreciated.   Thanks, Rahul

Can Windchill 11.1 installed in Microsoft Windows Server 2012, be used with ThingWorx 9.0 Installed in Microsoft Windows Server 2016. My Question is can ThingWorx and Windchill connect irrespective of installed locations( i.e. one in cloud, one in server)

Hi,   I am running into authorization issues when trying to execute ContentLoaderFunctions such as GetJSON, or PostJSON. I have used debug logging and PostText statements to get more troubleshooting information. The Script Logs indicate the following error: Login Authorization Failed   The server could not verify that you are authorized to access this document. The credentials you provided are either invalid (for example, you entered the wrong password) or your password has expired.   Alternately, your browser may be unable to provide the credentials that are required for authorization. Contact your organization’s administrator for more specific information about this error.   I can get everything to work for my account by adding my username and password to the parameters, but this is not a desirable solution in our production environment. Since the users are already authenticated via Windchill, is there a way to use that already established authentication for these
