I need to put a mashup on a drop down list, i need to select differents mashups on this panel, and see the information in the mashup screen to view different data

Does anyone have a solution to view a Creo Schematic as a "Drawing" with Thingworx Navigate? I have the .rsd file related to the WTPart has a content link and I have a CAD object as owner to drive the schematic part number into the BOM. When the schematic is checked in a pdf is generated and attached as secondary content "attachment" to the ecad object. See images below. In our manufacturing facility we haven't had a good adoption of creo view. The view a drawing app with the PDF opening in the browser is preferred. This is fine for the OOTB where creo and solidworks drawings have pdf's as part of the representation but I'm having difficulty presenting the schematic with the same application in thingworx. I've had some issues with modifying one particular user in Thingworx Composer, I couldn't update the password, profile picture, etc, however, I was able to update two other users without any issue. I got the following error messages: Unable To Update Entity: xyz was modified on 2021-09-30T10:38:10.255Z Transaction has been marked as a failure for request /Thingworx/Users/xyz Unable to process import: Unable to update user: xyz I am using Thingworx Navigate 9.1

Reposting here ..  Hello, We have following platform configured in the Production Environment. Platform 1 - We have Thingworx Navigate apps configured using Windchill Auth ( ptc-identity-provider-authenticator).  Platform 2 We have another 25000 users platform configured using Active Directory Configuration. We are able to automate user provisioning here.   We have an issue with Platform #1 where we need to assign users manually to various twx apps group on this platform.    Is there a way we can leverage platform #2 configuration for platform #1?   thanks, Preeti

We have Navigate connected and authenticating to Windchill. Since Navigate is case sensitive for user ids, all of our ids in Windchill are lowercase. There is a feature where if the user uses uppercase, Thingworx will create a new account but still let them login.  How can we disable this (auto account creation)? I cannot seem to find an article or doc on this.

Hi, I'm trying to apply the master mashups came with navigate apps in custom mashup developed for custom tasks made in navigate. I have applied the masters mashup with custom mashup but its not working as expected. It is not showing the title of app on top of it. when the apps that have already came with navigate is opened it shows the title but not with my custom mashup. Please help me with this

I searched for navigate 9.1 Install guide via Reference Files Search.   Customer has purchased only one license. Since Administrator user is consuming one license ,unable to allocate license for customer. Is there a license exclusion list/group to avoid consuming license by Administrator ?.What is the process?

Hi PTC Community:   I faced a problem when I tried to establish the connectivity between My Thingworx and SAP, I already followed the available HandsOn tutorial for the configurations  IR is OK, SAP Endpoint OK but connectivity not OK Then trying to map services in API mapping, I got :  And for IR LOGS :   Any suggestions or solutions ?   Thanks

Good afternoon, I have a question about the ThingWorx server installation with SSL. If I choose wthout SSL option(only http) it works, but with SSL, in the end of the installation, I get a error:"A Problem occurred during installation that may cause an unsuccessful installation foundation installation failed" I tried to configure the JAVA_HOME environment variable and to open the 8443 but unsuccessful.
