Hi,   I´ve have created some library components and there´s one thing that bothers me. Isn't possible to assemble components freely, without the the predefined assemble constraints? Just like we do on Creo?   I realize that doing that we wont be able to change it using emx since no emx udf´s are created, but that would be useful, in my opinion. Is there any trick to do this?   José

Is it just me or is there barley anything on Monday and Tuesday for individual sessions to attend? Seems to be nothing but PTC University Classes?Were as on Wednesday & Thursday there are so many that its hard to pick and choose because they are at the same time?And lastly why did they wait until 2 weeks before the event to open up the session catalog?

I need to put unit behind dual dimensions.  I can manually put the "in" behind the top line but cannot put the "mm" behind the second line.  Any thoughts?

Hello all,I'm in the process of creating a tyre rim using the revolve tool. When I go to revolve the rim cross section into a solid, I seem to be only able to revolve to a certain thickness. At a depth of 5mm which I want, it can only revolve to both sides of the sketch which I don't want. To revolve it to only one side I have to reduce the thickness to under 3mm. Why is this and is there a way to fix it? The first pic below is what I want it to do. Revolve on the inside edge to a depth of 5mm but as you can see it can't do it.The next picture is of what it is capable of doing at 5mm. Revolving on both sides of the sketch. Why can it revolve on both sides to 5mm but not on only one side??Thanks in advance

I tried recording it and nothing got recorded so I am guessing not. Has anyone played a trail file or otherwise deleted a mapkey?Currently I am loading back in a blank mapkey over the top of the old mapkey which effectively deletes it. It still leaves it in the list of mapkeys though.

Moving notes in Creo 3 has become more difficult. You have to get your mouse over the "text box" edges to get the 4-way arrow to show to be able to move the note.Additionally, if you've zoomed out and realize you want to move a "small note, you can't get the 4-way arrow to show because all the drag boxes are showing.Before I post an  PRODUCT IDEA in the land of never again seen posts, anyone have any tips?

Hello world,Look, I ran an analisys where I had to evaluate with different loads. After a month I had to go back and verify the stresses and deflections, the problem is that I do not how to show the load value is for case 1.for last case it is not a problem, I just check edit and I can see the numeric value, but for prevoius cases the only thing that I can see is the stresees, deflections and so on but the load applied for teh calculation,see file attachedDoes anyone knows how to get it?I appreciate any helpthanks

Hello , I'm a new ptc Créo user. I want to import a dxf file and work on as a sketch. When I import my dxf file , ptc créo tell me this : " You tested too many entities in the draft. When the manager of intentions is active, the treatmentof so much of entities is likely to take much time.You can click on selecting to open under windowand to select the entities to be imported"but I need everything in my dxf. Do you know a method to avoid this problem? ( I already change my DXF into DWG just for see and same problem !) ps : sorry , my bad english

Anyone been having this problem?Our company have problem with this ”EXT_COPY_GEOM_FEAT”What happens is when you open a model, even though it is set to hidden, you have to unhide and hide again, so it does not  show.Problem is the same on several computers, with several types of graphics-card and graphics driver versions. It came when we upgraded to Creo 3.0Our software is:PTC Creo 3.0 M040Windchill 10.2 M030

What is the purpose of the MessageFile in the Designate method? And why when I change the xrstring Label in the OTKInstallTest Application, it throws me the pfcXToolkitMsgNotFound exception?

I have tried every combination of selecting measures and a result set but cannot get the graph icon at the top to become enabled so that I can actually compute the measures.  I take it I am missing something obvious.

Has any seen this error? "A problem has been encountered with the browser. Please restart application to access the browser again." Only some users get this error some of the time.Anyone know what may be causing it?Using Creo 2.0 M130 and PDMLink 10.2 M020Thanks in Advance!
