I'm getting an error when running tasks in CREO: ERROR CODE:3 (SUBCODE7). I've already contacted NVIDIA; we've updated the driver, rolled back to older versions, and tweaked the graphics card settings, but the error keeps coming back. The card is a Quadro P400.

After opening the STEP file and confirming the import as an assembly, some of the imported components is not correctly recognized: the square icon, which indicates that the component's constraints or degrees of freedom have been correctly identified, does not appear in the Component Tree. By opening the Edit Constraint Definition dialog and simply clicking OK, without making any changes, the system immediately updates the component status and the square icon appears in the Component Tree. This behavior demonstrates that the recognition of constraints (or degrees of freedom) is not performed automatically during the import process, but only after a manual user action. We therefore request that, once a STEP file import is completed, the software automatically recognize and update the constraints for all imported components, eliminating the need to manually confirm each individual component.

About Mathcad 14. I have just installed it to a new PC with Windows X11. When I try to run it, it asks me to run the license assistant. Hi everyone,I am working on a cabling harness design in Creo Parametric. I successfully created a main bundle using the "Along Path" option. Now, I need to create a Branch Bundle that splits off to the right from this main thick bundle.When I select Bundle > Create > Branch, the Menu Manager asks me to "Select 2 items." and forces the selection filter strictly to "Location".However, when I try to select the required locations, it does not allow me to complete the selection or choose the second point correctly to define the branching direction along the network. The network paths for both the main trunk and the branches are already defined, and the wires are routed.Could someone please guide me on the exact selection sequence or share what might be blocking the second item selection in this step?

Hello! I have been trying to get the free version of Mathcad, but I run into a problem. I had the free 30-day trial on my previous laptop, and now Im looking for the free, express version. I downloaded from the Download .NET 8.0 page the .NET Desktop Runtime 8.0.28 and restarted my laptop, but when I press Download again, it takes me to the same page with .NET again. 

Hello! I ha previously downloaded the mathcad trial, then used the free, limited version. I have since then changed my laptop and am trying to download it again on my new one. I filled out the form for the trial/free version, but I have not received any email back (this was a few days ago). I also tried to download the program from the "download" shortcut, but after I restart my laptop and press download again, it keeps taking me back to the same page with the downloading links. I tried .NET Desktop Runtime 8.0.28 and .NET Runtime 8.0.28, both the x64.

We just recently switch from Creo 9 (because of end of life) to Creo 12 and are having major problems when importing sheets from other Creo drawings into a new Creo drawing.  Continue to get random errors, but the most common error is "Unable to merge. Target drawing contains incompatible elements. Please contact Technical Support." Never had any problems with Creo 9.  I can open a Creo 9 drawing in Creo 9 and import sheets without any issue.  Open the same drawing in Creo 12 and try to imports sheets and after 2 or 3 sheets it starts throwing error messages and will not import any more sheets. Anyone else have this issue? Contacted PTC support over a month ago and still no answer. Thanks

I'm using Creo 10 to compare two versions of a supplier assembly by placing both into a top-level compare assembly:BATMAN0000.ASM— baseline BATMAN0000_30JUN26.ASM — updated supplier version (they use Creo 4)Issues I'm seeing: The dated sub-assembly is significantly offset and rotated — the two do not overlap at all, even when using a Default constraint. Status bar reads: "Place using a component interface." Notification Centre showing multiple errors: Regeneration Failed Circular References Reference Model Failed Model is Disconnected "WARNING: Cannot update placement of component" Both sub-assemblies have an ASM_DEF_CSYS defined, but the placement still fails to align them correctly.My questions:Is this likely a coordinate system origin mismatch from the supplier? How do I force correct CSYS-to-CSYS alignment between the two versions? I am working with Family tables and repeat regions, i know that adding the [.1] i can changes my family tables decimals but it seems like i can´t access to that panel to update them.Are there any solution for this??? or am i missing something??? 

ProblemWhen adding a decal to a surface, the decal is showing its transformation box, but no image is visible.Things that were tried:added the same decal to another surface on another part. added a different decal to the part that turns the decal invisible. creating a new figure from the base model.All of the above showed that it was the part within my sBoM that seemed to be the problem.SolutionA solution I found for my particular instance was the fact that I had 2 copies of the same part overlapping. Hiding one of the parts, revealed the decal. Both parts were named differently and were apart of an assembly. Which is why I didn’t catch it immediately. I’m aware that another solution to this problem is openGL drivers, due to older workstations and their graphics cards not playing nice, but only when decals are not showing up on all parts.I’m writing this up because I haven’t found this solution on the forum. I hope it can help someone in the future.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 12.4 and Datecode12.4.3.0 I am building a parametric model derived from an anatomical scan of the lower leg to generate a custom orthosis, with the goal of regenerating the model when the input scan changes. To define a specific point on a curve within this model, I am using a feasibility study in the BMX (Behavioral Modeling) module. The study runs successfully and returns a feasible solution, but the checkbox to save the study as a feature in the model tree remains grayed out and cannot be selected. I have successfully saved a similar feasibility study as a model tree feature in the same model previously, using the same approach, so I do not believe this is a configuration issue. The behavior appears to be specific to this study. Creo Parametric 10.0The legacy model is in units of inches with relative accuracy; the new model is mm with absolute accuracy. The accuracies of the models are not “matched” the absolute accuracy of the new model is tighter than the legacy model relative value.I have a legacy model that was created using relative accuracy to develop a surface using a boundary blend feature. In order to match this geometry in a new design I have created this same boundary blend in Creo 10 but the topology on the interior of the quilts is not congruent when comparing models. In the new model I used copy->paste special to copy from the legacy model to the new model all of the curves used to create the boundary blend surface feature.Does anyone have any insight into this behavior? I have double checked that the boundary blend has been replicated using the same selections/constraints as the legacy model. Hi, We have a new installation of Creo and Windchill., and I am setting up the system before rolling it out to our users. I want to be able to use IFX in a multi-user collaborative environment where everyone uses the same setup, thus having the same options. I also want to store the data in Windchill.. I have configured IFX to use catalogs of the fasteners we want to use, and I have created the dat and prt files to accompany this. The dat files contain all the instances that we need, and also adds specific parameters to the files on creation of the prt instance. All of this works perfectly when in a stand alone environment on my PC. (Thanks to Oliver of B&W for his help on this) The problem occurs when I try and enable the 'Windchill' options in the IFX options. I have uploaded the catalogs and data files to Windchill, and pointed the options to these folders:When I start IFX, it creates the folder ‘PATH_ABS_WINDCHILL_DOWNLOAD’ and populates the sub-folders correctly

Hey there, Issue: when sketching an arc, creo will not show the expected curve, only its end points. (Same for circles, then just its center point)The line becomes visible when zooming out (sometimes quite a bit), but I can not work with that – I need to see my lines. As far as I know that behaviour is to be expected for small sized sketches and/or far zoom-ins.
