i installed mathcad prime 11 in the computer but the version that i have purchased is mathcad prime 12. I would like to request for the installer for mathcad prime 12

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.0.0 How would I solve this equation in mathcad: y’=(A’c*l1+A’c*l2+wcb*y’2/2)/(A’c*2+13*y’) where A’c=5.336in2, l1=26in, l2=18in, wcb=13in and y is in inches Tried using the solve block but getting errors saying variable A'c is undefined. Can solve it without units and entering the variables manually but assuming there is a better way.

How can we selectively suppress specific features within a group instead of suppressing the entire group?

Point 10According to the documentation, I understood that monitoring point values can be accessed using syntax like:flow.P@probe."Point01"and that user-defined XY plot variables should be created using:plot.varnameSo I tried defining an expression like:plot.P_avg = (flow.P@probe."Point 01" + [...] + flow.P@probe."Point 10")/10#plot.P_avg: Average Pressure [Pa]However, I cannot find plot.P_avg as a selectable variable in the XY Plot panel or elsewhere afterwards.Has anyone successfully plotted an average value from multiple monitoring points in Creo Flow Analysis?Am I missing a specific place/context where the expression must be created, or is there another syntax required?Thanks in advance.

Hello Team,We are trying to install\upgrade Creo View Express 13.0 as offline installer.As per the installation guide, if Microsoft WebView2 Runtime is already installed on the machine, the installer should detect it and proceed without downloading or modifying the existing installation. However, this is not happening.We have, Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime version 148 is already installed on the machine. During Creo View Express 13.0 installation, the installer still attempts to download WebView2 Runtime version 146 from the internet.Since the environment does not have internet access, the installation cannot proceed.We tested both x86 and x64 WebView2 Runtime installations.We also tested installation under system context and administrator context.Test Environment is Windows 11 Virtual machine.Need help on,Is the installer specifically checking for version 146 only, or should newer versions (such as 148) also satisfy the prerequisite?Does the installer require a particular WebView2 c

Hi All,I’m facing an appearance‑related issue when importing STEP AP214 files into Creo 11, and I’m looking for guidance or best practices.Workflow and Issue:I export a STEP file (AP214 format) from Fusion 360. When I import this STEP file into Creo 11 as an assembly, all components appear with the default grey appearance. However, when I clear the assembly‑level appearance in Creo, the original part‑level appearances/colors are restored correctly. The same STEP file opens correctly with appearances intact in Autodesk Inventor, without any manual steps.STEP Schema Used:FILE_SCHEMA (('AUTOMOTIVE_DESIGN { 1 0 10303 214 3 1 1 }'));Questions:Is there a way in Creo 11 to retain the original appearances automatically when importing STEP AP214 assemblies? Hello Ladies and Getelman, I am a student of the TU-Wien in engenering. I really like the Cad lessons and have great fun creating parts and assemplys with Creo butrecently my licensestoped working. I tryed activating it again with the installation guide providet by the TU but every time i try to put in the licencing Code It just says Error (Fehler!). I asked my proffesors about this and they just sayed that it looks like they can´t do anything and i should figure out a allternative like working on the projekts from a friends PC. But a have a assiment due the 24. and every student got a differnet one so i would have to make everything again with took an entire semester with 4 weekly hours each and many more at home. I don´t know what i can do, maybe i am just to dumb to install a new license. I would really appriciate a repply with a solution to my problem if there is one. I am using Creo 9.0.8.0 and in the process of obsoleting some parts. I delete a couple of patterns of parts (stacked on a skid), but the quantity dimension is left behind (orphaned?). Is this a bug?   Before deletion (I hadn't saved, so I exited and started over) After deletion Thanks, Dale

for MBD files i’ve made revisions after that i need to clear the notes like {5}, so that is their any way to clear them, i tired by mapkeys or modelcheck but couldn’t get exact way..Pls let me know any possible scenorios Thanks in advance

Hello, typically when using derived parts we know beforehand if we will be using them or not. To do this typically we would make the purchased blank, then use the derive (merge inheritance) feature to show the part was made from said blank beforehand. My question is, if we already have an existing part, is there any way we could create a blank, then change the existing part to be derived from said blank?

We are using Creo parametric 8.0.8.0. The model of laptop has changed to Dell Pro Max16.There are a lot of unknown issues during Creo operations like sudden shut-down of Creo, taking too long to open assemblies compare to old laptops and so on.Dell Pro Max16 is on Creo parametric PTC Creo 10.0 Hardware Support Dell while it is not on PTC Creo 8.0 Hardware Support Dell. Would there be any potential solutions for this?

Dabei sind in einer Variante nur jeweils wenige Teile spezifisch, die meisten kommen in allen Varianten vor. Einige dieser Komponenten werden aber an unterschiedlichen Stellen verbaut.Wir kann das realisiert werden, ohne bei jeder Variante diese Komponenten neu in die Baugruppe laden und verbauen zu müssen?Danke und Gruß,Jörg

how can we convert xmcd files if converter is not working, is this a bug any workarounds?

I'm a SW user with about a year of CREO use now. I'm on CREO Parametric 10.0.4.0. I'm playing with a PCB layout, placing major components on a motherboard. So I've dropped in a PCIe card, and attached it to a PCIe Connector, and I've got power connectors, and other hand-accessible components (buttons, switches, etc). I've constrained them all to the PCB surface, and now I'd like to drag them around and figure out which layout works best for end-user and PCB design team. The only way I seem to be able to do this is to click on a component, and Edit Definition, and then drag the arrows for the unconstrained Degrees of Freedom. That's kind of okay, except that CREO seems to really think the assembly order matters. So if I place the PCIe connector first, I have to drag that around in its DoF, but that hides the PCIe card, and associated cables since those were placed later. And if I move whatever the first component is (in this case a button), every other component disappears so I hav

Are there any users out there that can vouch for the current HSM Modules in relation to 4 axis milling?  Has PTC improved 4 axis much?

I can complete all aspects of processing a model into a machined part except the output file needed for my machine. I have simple 3 axis proto tack SMX controller that needs a .gcd file output. I can only save and view my CL data into an .ncl format. W use Creo 10.0.3.0. Any assistance with post processors? 

I've looked through the community and the internet and haven't found anything on this subject, so hopefully I didn't just miss it somewhere. I have an assembly that someone created an exploded view for, so I don't want to just delete it. But every time I open the assembly, the default view is the exploded view and the first thing I have to do to get any work done is unexplode the model. I've looked through the view manager and the config settings and I can't find any means of changing this default setting. How do I get the assembly to stop doing this?

Hi there,I have used Creo Direct V19 on my old laptop for 4 years without issue (even worked when OS upgraded to Windows 11).On transferring to a new PH ZBook Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 265H (2.20 GHz) Win 11 Creo now has strange clipping on flyover selection where the surface highlights in orange (as normal) but now the whole surface jumps in front of other parts, while before only the visible area would be highlighted.After selecting a surface, the whole part also jumps to render in full in front of other parts.When moving a part dynamically, the part (or assembly) will begin clipping and disappear as its is moved.Switching off hardware acceleration (CPU only) resolves these issues but the frame rate is unusable.The new laptop has the latest drivers installed for the Intel Arc Pro 140T (16GB) and NVIDIA RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell Generation Laptop GPU.Just wondering if anyone else has seen this and found a solution to it?Thank you Cal

I am a long time user of pre-Prime MathCad and have until recently been using MathCad14. I had a quick test drive of Prime when it was first launched and hated it. For reasons beyond my control, I have had to do a fresh re-installation of Windows 11 Pro. I have reinstalled MathCad but now I am unable to register its licence (“Error 403 - Forbidden”).Can anyone confirm if I should be able to continue using my old MathCad? Or has the licensing for this been discontinued? 

I think that the cross-hatching is somewhat convoluted, not sufficiently documented and not at all clear as to designed workflow in the practical world. However for this post I found a bug that causes extremely slow Hatch dialog performance in Creo drawings that does not appear to be documented anywhere. This post is intended to clearly describe the behavior, the root cause, and the fix.I am primarily using Creo Parametric 11.0.6.0 Solution Summary: Option A ) via UI Open Hatch Gallery Clear all Pins and Favorites Close and reopen the Hatch dialog Option B ) file explorer Close Creo Navigate to: %PTC_WF_ROOT%\.Settings\ Delete or Rename: web_favorites.xml → web_favorites_backup.xml You may also be able to change the contents of the file, since it is xml, automatically using a script, but I did not get this far, and probably wont go this route for now. Restart Creo Hopefully this helps others avoid days of unnecessary debugging.  I will likely submit a support
