Hello! I was creating one symbol file in which I need information extracted from one of the available notes in drawing but there is no method to define notes in variable text field. Right now, I am using parameters to define values. anybody knows how to define symbol using notes.

Hello Alls,I've got a problem with Creo2.I have an assembly since a long time that manage several product versions (options).This is handled with family tables and geometry copies from skeleton parts.I've made a whole assembly with all instances.However, all parts are not updated even with "verify in family tables".Each time I save whole assy, Creo tell me that parts are not updated...I've send to manufacturing several times wrong parts that has not been updated... 😞I can't understand why parts are not update.For some parameters, it's ok.But for Following skeleton and geometry copy, sometimes not.I also have Creo 9 (aax...) but not sure this will resolve anything...Perhaps a problem in my method ?Thanks for any advice...

Is there a way to maintain hyperlinks in the pdf versions of Mathcad documents?  

I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.2.0When I create an assembly parameter table on a drawing file, such as BOM, there is no & displayed before the parameters, and the table does not respond after importing the assembly. Assembly parameters only take effect when I create an assembly parameter table on the format file and create a drawing file using that format template. I would like to know how to directly create assembly parameters on the drawing file. Thank you.

If I e.g. Define 2 variables (b:=5 & h:=2) and then assign them to a new variable (W:= b*h) and then press =, then the following is displayed: W:= b*h=10However, I would also like to see the formula written out and then the result: W:=b*h=5*2=10 When I do that with symbolic evaluation and keywords, it doesn't look pretty.So is there a way to have formulas written out like above before I see the result?This way you can understand the calculation better. Hi all, i have been trying to create a domed surface from this flat surface. I need to maintain the outside shape & draw the surface up towards the centre about 5mm up ideally with a single arc. The outside profile cannot lift off the datum on which it sits. The flat surface does not have to be used, i just figured there might be some way of pulling/dragging or distorting it using warp or free form surface manipulation but i have not managed to, thus far. I have tried boundary blend too but cannot achieve the flawless surface i require. Any ideas? John

In Creo Illustrate 9.1, is there a way to save the sBOM coordinate and rotation states that I have at the end of a sequence step? It can be something I have to set-up before I create the step. I'm just hoping for this functionality, so that I have some kind of workaround for an issue I'm having - I've already submitted a ticket for the issue.

I was learning to use MathCAD with a trial version. I had a Excel sheet in my Mathcad file with some calculations. Since my trial license has expired, now I am unable to open the excel sheet. Could you please extend my trail version to recover my excel sheet or is there other ways to extract this excel?
