The .bom file is created, but it is limited to 2-3 characters, whereas we need more characters in this .bom file. Hello!. Please, help with the following issue: I have defined two matrices and use them in equation where they are being multiplied. By some reason I get only one value instead of an array. If I define the one matrix ("k") as a variable, then the computation goes on, as it should, and I get an array. What I am doing wrong? 

I have a copy of Mathcad 14 (with the original disk and receipts).  My computer died and I had to move it to a new computer.  During the install, it goes to log into PTC to get the license (after entering the product code), but returns errors saying I don't have permission.  I've got the license file from the old computer, but since it is tied to that computer, it doesn't work on the new one.  I've gotten no response from PTC when asking for help. FWIW, it's on a brand new Win 11 computer.

It would be very useful if Mathcad supported a column-based or region-based document layout for engineering calculation sheets. In traditional calcpads or formal calculation reports, calculations are often arranged into clear vertical sections, for example: "Reference / Code clauses / Assumptions""Calculations""Results / Output"At the moment, Mathcad provides a single continuous canvas with free placement of text and math regions. I recently has some symbols in drawings change. Some are missing. Then I noticed that the Dimension Text Symbol Pallet has changed. It seems a little thing but the ability to complete sketch entitiies and return to the select tool, to complete features, to activate the OK button on most pop up windows, etc. all using the middle mouse button is a massive advantage in efficient workflow and productivity - use Solidworks for a bit and you notice the increased mouse travel.   Completing a sketch though is a significant ommision from the list - you still have to directly pick the pick the green tick.   If the middle mouse button also completed a sketch this would complete the set beautifully!

Hi, I created a file in Mathcad Prime 8.0 and I'm sharing with my client who is using Mathcad Prime 7.0. But he's unable to open due to compatibility.Can anyone help me out please on how to create a file that can be opened in Mathcad Prime 7.0 as well.  

I have been using Mathcad 14 for many years. After upgrading to a new PC, I tried to reinstall Mathcad 14, but the licensing process failed. The website returned the following message:The remote server returned an error: 403 Forbidden.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Trying to transfer license from 1 system to another.. Webpage when trying to get license, etc said i don't have enough permissions / access denied. So i can't manage my own license i payed for.

I frequently disconnect and reconnect to our network when i bring my laptop into conference rooms for meetings. Creo often gets stuck with popups on top of popups (unsaved data warning, license lost, and Windchill server unavailable). I am forced to restart because I cannot select the "retry" option on the license lost dialog as its covered by another popup that can't be moved. Is there a way to get around this?

We are actively moving to SharePoint data storage. Can assembly be organized with Parts in multiple folders / Multiple access users working on different parts of an ASSEMBLY. Assembly Regenerate should update the assembly with latest in SharePoint folders.

I went from Creo Elements 20.4 with Workgroup manager 12 to Creo Elements 20.6.2 with workgroup manager 13.0.2.1In the drawing browser, the name of the drawing used to be the Windchill file name, and now it is the Windchill name.Is it possible to change it to the windchill number or file name?I used to use it in a lisp, for example:display (oli::sd-am-inq-drawing-no)But now I get a different value then I used to.Also I can't find how to get the windchill attributes (like PTC_WM_NUMBER) of the drawing in lisp.I tried lot's of things but I can't find it. 

hello all, i am using the simple repeat region method to create a family table in my assembly drawing.because of this i am using filters such as "&fam.inst.param.name == xxxxx" however, in my assembly, i have the same part file copy pasted 4 times (they make a square within my assy) and each instance of the assy has different instances of that part file. ex:assy-1 has part-A, part-B, part-A, part-Bassy-2 has part-C, part-D, part-C, part-Dassy-3 has part-E, part-F, part-E, part-Fassy-4 has part-G, part-H, part-G, part-H so if you notice, they have basically a top/bottom and side/side of the square for each assy instance.when i use the 2-d family table it comes out correct, looking like the example but in table form, but i want to use the simple table because i want to change the top row names. when i apply the filter like always, because the part file is named the same for all instances possible, i end up getting ALL 16 of the part instances for each compone

My mirror features in my sheet metal is not updating when I move my cutout in the sketcher. I noticed that there are plenty of threads mentioning mirrors not working, but what is the solution? is there a config file line that I am missing?

I have installed Creo 12 successfully on 2 machines but on one of the machines I get the errors below and the browser fails to work. Presumably the errors below is because the browser is not working.   Things I have tried already: Removed all config / UI files (Vanilla install) Reinstalled using an install script that worked on the same hardware Deleted the Creo Agent and Platform folders and replaced with folders from a known working install Performed a Windows Control Panel > Apps >PTC Creo 12 Platform Services > Modify > Repair I have Creo 9.0.9.0, Creo 12.4.0.0 and Creo 12.4.2.0 installed. Creo 12.4.2 works fine as far as I can tell other than the internal browser not working, but I do need it to be working.   Any other suggestions? This happened one other time and I had to reimage which I am really trying to avoid.
