Hi,Recently upgraded from Mathcad Prime 5 to Mathcad Prime 8, but when I try so solve an equation containing units in Prime 8 it converts them all to variables and I can't get the answer as it now contains undefined variables. Doing the exact same thing in Mathcad Prime 5 and it keeps the conversion and gives me the correct answer. Am I doing something wrong. and is there any way to fix this?
Hello everyone,I'm working on the program in CREO.And Iwould like to know if we can add a OR in a IF function, IF=="....."OR"....."Like in a function if i want to add 2 thingsIn my case it's about 2 texts value (Attached)
We want to go Model Based Definition which also means having the drawings just display the dimensions and other annotations. But then from time to time, people create dimensions in die drawings. How to check for them? How to find them using ModelCHECK?It seems there was a check for this in the last century, but not in the version 8 or 9 of Creo Parametric...?Does anybody have an idea how to make ModelCHECK list/warn of dimensions created in the drawing? Best Regards
Hello All, I just use Mathcad prime 8. I've got an issue where trying to plot in the graph and then get a notification (there are too many range variables) as shown in the snapshot below. Could you please help how to solve this issue. Appreciate your help. Thanks,Aries
I am trying to activate the 30-day trail on Mathcad prime 8.0.0.0 and I receive an issue of " License service appears to be busy. Please try again." while trying to acquire a license.
Can someone point me to a good explanation or youtube on how to change dimension schemes in Creo 9?For example, if it want to locate a crank-pin on the face of a cylindrical model, I would want the dimensions to by the diameter of the pin and the radial distance from the axis of the cylinder, not the dimensions to two planes. It looks like there is some simple way to step the dimension set through the choices which will work. I is there a group of training videos here that I can access to learn some of these improvements? If so, where are they? Yes, I know this is a simple question, but.....

Hello,I want to save the AFX configuration folder on a network drive, so any user have the same configuration.I would also like to store the library centrally. How do I have to do it?We use Creo 9.Thank you for your help!
HiI have this worksheet.I want to simplify the last equation that they will use r, for example, the last equation needs to see like this: how can I do that?
The problem is shown as this. I want to get the time domain response resp(t) after sig(t) goes through the transfer function H(s).In matlab, it is easy to realize the time domain analysis using the code:num=[3];den=[1,2,3];[u,t]=gensig('square',20);lsim(num,den,u,t); How can I realize it in Mathcad Prime? Thank you.
Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to round up the number with the function CEIL / FLOOR at hundreds.I only can round at the unity.Exemple I have 5900/6 = 983.333...I would like to set this value to 1000thank you for reading.
Anyone can guide me get the right JLink API to return the name of the symbol? (Please refer to the attachment for details.) Thank you!

I am using Creo Parametric Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.6.0Hello,I would like to know is in Creo 8 available a function: "Feature Operation" in the "Model" tab? This function was available in Creo 2, but I cannot find it in Creo 8 interface.
Hello Experts, Can you please help me to get a code for identify suppressed parts and delete them from assembly? i am using visual studio 2017 for VB API. I am struggling since a long for this. your help will really make me move forward and would really be appreciated for your inputs. Thank you in advanced!!
I am struggling to modify an existing assembly constraint between two parts in Creo 2.0—by using the Assemble option in the Model dashboard. But how can I modify a constraint once I've created it? I have browsed some online resources on creating constraints, but these seem to mention options that I don't see in my Creo version. Even deleting a constraint seems a mystery to me forcing me to, at this point, simply delete entire parts and start over. I miss SolidWorks 😕
I have a function like this. And I want to get the solution when t>2.21. if I use SOLVE only, it get the answer shown in blue arrow. How can I get the answer in red arrow? Thanks.

Professor Tetsuro Tokoro (@ttokoro) is a member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ), and he has dedicated much of his time to teaching and studying electric circuit design for his college students at Japan’s National Institute of Technology (KOSEN), Gifu College. A true man of math, ttokoro finds helping community members solve their problems to be very fun. He seeks out math-based brain teasers and shares them with the Mathcad community to gain the insights of his kind and very intelligent fellow Mathcad users. These include resistor meshes (including in 3D), perfect squared squares, and a puzzle where you must identify the minimum radius on a circle with n number of points where all distances between points must be an integer. Sometimes, he looks for problems on rosettacode.org to solve. According to ttokoro, many of these problems are unique and won’t be found in a textbook (and many math textbooks in use were written before math software came to

Hello everyone, I want to K matrix elements as inputs on my curve formula so I can get output of my K values. MathCAD says that "this value must be real.", when I write K as an x variable's value. Can you help me about this topic?

I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.1.0Our manufacturing team wants, part geometry should be color coded based on how accurately they have to produce it. We have finalized 15 colors, put them in a .dmt file and put that file in the library at ~ \\Common Files\graphic-library\adv_materials\Custom folder in all our systems.Issue is, this newly created color library is not consistent. When we apply those colors in a Manufacturing/ Mold cavity part, save and reopen it, colors get changed randomly.
Hello i Have a problem with dimensions cosmetic thread. I made thread M4, but in drawing annotation show diameter symbol. If possible change so that show Thread symbol?
