I have an older Creo license that we use occasionally for isolated tasks. I had an HDD crash and need to reinstall Creo 3.0 but without an active support account, I cannot download the installation file. Is there any way to get this file without an active support account?

Hello! Would you, please, point out why I can't evaluate the symbolic expression of of the r(x,0) function while d(0) is possible to evaluate? Those are identical expressions but by some reason Mathcad evaluates correctly only one of them. It is inconvinient to introduce new function such as d(t) to compute r(x,t). I marked equations by the blue colour. Best regards,Sergey

I was trying to create a basic code in Vb which allows me to connect to Creo Parametric. I followed the first steps so, I added PRO_COMM_MSG_EXE to System variables, I ran as administrator vb_api_register.bat and I added Creo Parametric VB API Type Library for Creo Parametric to my VB.NET project.When I try to compile my code, ToolkitCantModify execption appears. Here is my code so I would appreciate if someone could check it because I don´t know if I did something wrong. Many thanks!

I am using Creo Parametric Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.0.0HelloThe customer raised the issue shown in the video in attachment (in French sorry…).It seems that in the actual production, they open a prt under creo parametric, regenerate it, move it and save it. “Save” indicated that nothing changed and no checkout/checkin necessary.In the new env, if they open the same prt under creo parametric, , regenerate it, move it and save it. The tool ask for a checkout/checkin when we save.I don’t have found properties/preferences or else for that. The computer I have installed matlab 14 on doesn't have access to the internet

I am using Creo Parametric Release 3.0 and DatecodeM050I am trying to show fractional dimensions in inches, not feet-inches. For example, 1' 5-3/4" = 17-3/4".I have tried changing config-pro and I can't seem to find the right option.In the Dimension Properties window, the Nominal Value shows just inches. I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM150After changing the dimension of a feature (for example change length from 25 to 1000), all the font size and position of 3D annotations (include dimensions, 3D symbols, 3D finish, Datum Target, Note etc.) are changed. Hello,We have large harness with about 250 wires. We designed it with using logical data from Creo Schematics.And we have problem with four wires. They are don't shown in model tree and simultaniously don't shown as unrouted. Some segments of them appear in graphics window, I try to remove them but it doesn't work.I attached screenshot from Compare List - these wires have mismathcing but I don't know why.

The file type is not supported. Log file is located at C:/Programdata/PTC/Mathcadprime/Logs/MathcadPrime_Exception_20221114_092717.logI worked on this file last week without any problems. Can you recover this file, so I can open it again. It´s for my finals in shcool.

Hello!   Im from germany, so please don't mind my bad english 🙂 I've got a problem with Creo Parametric 3.0 on Windows 10 (64bit) The last weeks Creo works fine, but today I grabed accidentally my "Platzierung/Placement" button and now all the parameters disappeared. I can't do any new placements now. I already restart the system 2 times and completly reinstalled my Creo Software. The other buttons (Bewegung/move) working fine! The only thing I can do is "Alt +Tab" to make the Placement window visible, but I can't change anythink because when I click on it, it disappears again.   Thanks a lot for your help, and have a nice day!

Is there a work around for fixing the bom index of flexed components within CREO 6? I am unable to fix the index of anything flexed within a large assembly.

I'm trying to set a default text linespace in Annotation (19.0) but it doesn't work the way I try to configure the value. I use the following textstyle configuration. I can change Font and Color but the Linespace does not change.   (oli:sd-set-setting-values :application "Annotation" :style-path "Annotation/General/TextStyle" :style :STANDARD :title "Standard" :values '("Font" "arial" "Color" 16776960 "Linespace" 1.3 ) )  Should this be working this way or should linespacing be set somewhere else?

I have some advanced simulation entities in my model from when I had the license for advanced simulation, which I do not have anymore. But with the advanced simulation entities, creo parametric would not open simulate app at all. Can someone please let me know how to delete the advanced simulation entities from my .prt file so that I can access the simulate app? Thanks.

Whenever I create an animation in PTC Creo Parametric it is always the same size. It does not matter if I do it with rendered shots or not. For example, for my 10 seconds animation it is round about 1.5 Gigabytes.That is a lot. In my opinion Creo must store a lot of unecassary information. Does somebody know how to reduce this size? Why is it always the same size? I am exporting with 25 fps on Creo 8.0.4.0

When I convert a metric part to inch I get 12 decimal places on the drawing. how to I limit the decimal places to 4?
