I am using Creo Parametric - Release 4.0 (connected) Release 4.0 and DatecodeM010 In the drawing, after segmenting the table in the repeated area, you can manually select a separate table and you can get the selected table through ProSelbufferSelectionsGet. How can I get each segment of the table after iterating through the table with code. I am using Creo Parametric Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.3.0Assembly is not getting deleted and assembly is getting displaced from the given constraints even though we have assigned the constraint. Kindly look into this ASAP
I'm trying to make a section view of a component placed in the middle of an assembly, but I have a problem. When I create the relative view on the drawing, all the hidden edges/components placed after the section plane are showed but thay should't have been visible (also components/edges placed after the sectioned area).I have already set on the "view display options" of the "Drawing View" panel: - Display style: No Hidden - Tangent edges display style: Dimmed (I tryied also with "None") - Hidden line removal for xhatches: Yes any help, please?
Hi, There are hidden external geometry copy data as pictured. That hidden feature leaves the view blank. Is it possible to prevent the hidden state of external features from appearing in the view of the drawing other than a simplified representation? Thanks, Warm Regards. SeonHo Cha.

Hello,Is it possible to display in a repeat region components which are "suppressed by program" in the assembly ? Thanks

Creo ReleaseLink is new with Creo Parametric 8.0.6.0 and 9.0.1.0. It allows models from later versions to be opened and used in previous versions. I'm curious if anyone has tried it yet, and also how it behaves with Windchill.
Model CHECK in regenerate mode works perfectly fine when following option is clicked: But when I try to use the stoplight (which is shown below) to regenerate model, the Model CHECK regenerate window does not pop up. Its also does not pop up when the Auto regenerate is triggered caused by a change from the feature tree. Even though the following message shows up "TESTPART regeneration completed successfully" Is there any way I can trigger Model CHECK in regenerate mode by "stoplight" option and "change in feature tree" option as well ?

Hello all! I am glad to be a part of the PTC community as I am still new, and this is my first topic, so thank you in advance! I have been using Creo 6 for the last years and recently we updated to Creo 8. However I had to review my installation because I need the CMA module (Creo Mold Analysis) for an assignment. I installed IntelMPI and according to the PTC manual used the cmd panel to install the CMA component hydra_service.exe However for some reason unknown to me I still cannot see the module through the "Applications" panel. According to the Creo Parametric 8.0.5.0 instructions this is all that should be done, but I am probably still missing a step? Or the model should have a feature so this option is shown? Shouldn't be a problem with the license too. Tried reinstalling the whole package, but the problem still persists. P.S. Didn't find a relevant topic, so I created this one, hope that this is the right place.
I have a client who with creo 7 cannot change from relative to absolute precision.I tried to activate the enable_assolute_accuracy entry for it but it is no longer valid.Do you know if there is a new entry, or how to change a model from relative to absolute? It seems that the menu in the properties makes me change only the values but not change the method.HelloThanks
Hi, One thing that has annoyed me for many years now is that when I perform a simulation using Creo simulate within Creo, I can open the simulation results window, but I have to close that window in order to continue working in Creo. Is there a specific reason why? Is there maybe a configuration/setting that allows this "function"? Often when for example doing a static load analysis I'd like to keep the Simulation results window open to consult it on changes that I have to make before simulating it again.
To make this shape in sheet metal, this is possible to create it in one feature? To create a UDF and a tooling to be use in sheet metal manufacturing. I want to be able to use 1 UDF, Because the punch make it in one stroke. I understand what I have done, but if someone have to create another part when I not at the office, it may be a bit confuse with the two UDF. At first, I have created this, hoping that it will form the two side in the same time. But it was forming only what was passing through. To create the other side, I have to create a family table of my first form to make some hole where the initial form will be in my sheet.
All my UDF are defined in inch, that are also tooling on my punching machine, Because some of my client work in millimeter, we draw model in inch and millimeter, and all my UDF work well in both. When I use a UDF made in inch, it scale correctly in millimeter. Yesterday, I have created my first UDF in Creo 9.0, but this morning, I want to add my UDF in a model in Millimeter, it does not scale correctly. But I have change the unit to inch on my model, and then the UDF work correctly. I will continue to create my model in inch, but I will prefer work in the same unit as my client. Simpler when I have to make a revision. I have also try to manually make the form without UDF, and it does the same thing. I use Punch Forming function. Someone know why I have this problem with my forming?
Does anyone know how to delete a measurement that you have saved in creo?I measured 2 surfaces using the measure tool analysis and now I can't figure out how to delete it.
Hi Folks,How do you check bundling for PTC products? As a background, we are using FNMEA to track PTC licenses and see lot of feature codes like 10114, 10120, 10124 etc appearing but we are not able to identify the license/ bundle they are a part of?
