Creo Elements Direct

If i create a part(.pkg) i get a geo resolution of 1.0E-6 mm.But when i import a part to creo, for example in .step, always get a geo reolution arround 1.6E-2 mm.The company that i work for as a module that allows me to compare the active part to the database, and returns me the part with more similarity. But this only work if a the part has a geo resolution of 1.0E-6 mm.Is any way to work arround this? i want to use this module with imported parts, but i cant becouse i have a geo res of 1.6E-2 mm. Creo Elements Direct 20.2.1.0

I have Creo Elements 20.2.1.0Its possible to save my projects in 3D PDF? I dont see any save mode to this format.

Hi, How can I check the date code in Creo 8.0.8.0 software?In previous versions, when we open "About Creo," it would show both the version and the date code. However, in Creo 8.0.8.0, it only shows the version(see attached image). Please suggest where we can find the date code.

Is it a PTC error that in the download of version 20.7.1.0 inside the .zip file there is version 20.7.0.0?? in the zip file 20_7_0_1 there is the executable 20.7.0.0in the zip file 20_7_1_0 there is the executable 20.7.0.0 Did they just make a mistake in the name of the file since the dimensions are different?

Hello everyone, My colleague has a problem with Creo Elements Direct Modeling 20.7.0.0.When he tries to drag a .mi drawing from the fileexplorer into Annotation he get's a notification that says "checking the data" and the program freezes.He is the only one in our team that is experiencing this problem. Opening drawings by using "file - open" does work.The computer has had a fresh windows 11 installation but the problem still occures.We work with just the basic version of Creo. So no modelmanager or whatsoever.  Is there anyone that knows how to fix this? My sincerely.

Hi, Is there any option to restore drawing in my workspace, I checked out the drawing from the server and this overwrote the latest in my local folder (there isn't any warning for that!!!)?

I have installed Task Manager on top of Model Manager, and everything seems to be working fine. I am a beginner in this area. I have assigned 3 tasks to the Task Manager, and I would like to know how I can see if these tasks have been completed. For example, where might it have saved the step conversion job once it is completed? Thanks.

Hi everyone, I have a question. I have attached a DWG file below. When I open it in AutoCAD, I can see the view and annotations. However, when I open it in Creo, the annotations and drawing view are not showing. Does anyone have a solution for this? What settings and configurations are needed to open a DWG file in Creo?   The DWG file is a 2013 version of AutoCAD.   this is in AutoCad and this is in Creo

Specifically, when attempting to insert a section view while editing a drawing, I receive the following error message: "The selected view belongs to a read-only part or assembly," which prevents me from proceeding with further edits or operations on this view.I have attached a screenshot of the issue (please refer to the attachment) for your reference.I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists:Verified whether the part is set to read-only mode.Restarted the software and reloaded the drawing.Tried loading different parts, but the issue remains the same.Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Is there a way to reorder the sequence of locations within a network? Pushing them up or down in the primary defined sequence you might need to reconsider in the course of your design?Additionally, I would like to know if it's possible to remove a location within a routed wire/cable without it being deleted in the network itself.

After use tool Isometric in Modify tab, I create rectangle and have error like that. Please help me how to do to be normal.

Is there a way to embed a font in an *mi file created by Annotation? I'm afraid that my customer can't display a drawing correctly if he has not that font in his Windows computer. Related question: is it possible to do the same (embed fonts) when exporting to DWG or PDF file format? I'm using Modeling 20.5 on Windows 10

I have installed the Creo Elements Direct Manager Server. All functions are working properly. However, despite having a license, the web interface is giving an error. I believe it's using a Jetty server. There might be something missing or incorrect. I would appreciate any help on this matter.
