Hello Sirs: For the 2nd argument(ProUIDialogStyle) of  ProUIDialogDialogstyleSet(), there are 7 kinds of option for setting. I tried it with Article - CS276513, but didn't see obvious difference, would like to ask does any Sir has this function usage experience and please give me some instruction or suggestion. Hello,   I'm new to Creo I've been trying to figure our how to rename files when using Creo Distributed Batch 7.0.2.0   The files have part numbers with a "ABC-00-1234" format but the file names for exported PDF's and STEP files come out as "abc-00-1234".   Is there a ToolKit command I can use to:   1.  Make the first 3 letters in the part number capital. 2.  Add "_rev" and the file revision parameter of the end of the file name.   In the end, I want the file names to be displayed as "ABC-00-1234_revA".     Thank you,   Eddie

I'm starting with synchronous J-Link application. I'm able to link & launch the sample applications, but not able to debug. The J-Link documentation does not explain much about it. Even on web, I see posts suggesting about debug messages, but that it not very efficient way. Any recommendations on the IDE to use and how to attach the debugger for the same?

I am using Creo Parametric 2.0 M080Hello Team,We have developed a toolkit (.dll) file (few years back) to create a PDD file(.XML) by extracting sketch information.Now, we would want to upgrade them to enhance its functionalities to fetch dimension and constraint information.To debug the existing source code from visual studio, we couldn't able launch the debugging environment in Creo by running the visual studio by manually keeping breakpoints in the code. Few tips from toolkit documentation didn't helped us.Debugging mode decouples the toolkit in the list of auxiliary applications adding it to more difficulty. on the other hand, if we start creo parametric program from start menu, toolkit is loaded in runtime and available in the session.We also have few queries about the way, how functions are implemented in Creo Parametric.? we would like to connect with developers of this program, as more questions would arise as a part of conversationHere are the errors that I faced The breakpoint

I want to use toolkit to link a components list which corresponding .prt files are located in WindChill. Once user choose one component from the list for assembly, after retrieving the model, I want to let it in the Component Placement status like below picture. Hello,   I am trying to free up some disc space on my PC and am trying to figure out if I am able to delete any of the files within the Temp folder on my C drive. There are a number of .cab files that I can not really find out what they are for. Am I able to delete those without causing any issues or is there anything else I can delete to free up space? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Hi,   The toolkit get resource(TEXT_DIR) only once when a start Auxiliary Applications for one.So another toolkit app can not get a resource(UI files, msg_file, etc..) they need to start or use it.   Because "Second-TKAPP" starts after "First-TKAPP", only the resource of "First-TKAPP" is obtained, not the resource "Second-TKAPP".   As the toolkits are launched in different locations, is there a way to get their respective resources?   Thanks,Warm Regards,SeonHo Cha.

Hello   I want to create a UDF to automate engravings. The engraving consists in the Extrude of a text value, having a hole and 2 planes as references. I was able to create the UDF, and automate the engraving, but I want to be able to have the text as a variable that I can change when running the UDF. Ex: IN1, IN2. IN3.... HiAs in the image below, we want to change the line style of a specific feature. After completing the collection of features, the line style is changed through macros. have Creo Parametric 7.0.2 Educational version on Win10 with Visual Studio 2019 (16.10.3). I wanted to try VB API and have set-up everything as per vbug - I have registered the COM as admin and the PRO_COMM_MSG_EXE is set as system-level variable to a working path.   When loading VB examples from the installation folder I found that I had to remove pfcls from references and add a fresh reference as per vbug to "Creo Parametric Type Library for Creo Parametric". This new reference was bound as pfc (Interop.pfc in object browser). I changed few imports in the vb examples to replace (string) pfcls with the new reference pfc.   Everything looked well apart from - IpfcAsyncConnection, CCpfcAsyncConnection or anything with word Async is just not included in the COM above. I tried searching for connection method in case AsyncConnection got deprecated but no luck. I also tried referencing the dll manually from Creo 6 on the same machine but I can't see in (com) object browser anythin

Hello,   I am new to Creo parametric. I am getting "Startup of Application failed" dialog popup when I try to run a jlink application through Auxiliary Applications option under Tools menu. This jlink application is calling some cloud Rest APIs. If I remove these Webservice calls, then the jlink app runs fine.   Is there any option to call external REST services from Creo Parametric? Or any option to trigger separate program which in turn can call these web services?   Thanks, Apoorva

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 5.0 (connected) 5.0 5.0.6.0DLL was unlocked on Creo 5.0.0 does not work on Creo 7.0. Get error message as "Creo tool kit application "" was not unlocked before distribution to your site.". Hi,   Create the Table UI using the C++ Toolkit.The rows in the table display the components of the active assembly in a level structure.Each row displays the name and information of the component.   Now we need to display the visual element of the component corresponding to the selected row.How can I display a visual element (Thumbnail or Image) of a selected component?   If you have any good ideas, please share them.
