You cannot put legends on Plots in Prime!But if you can't, but really want to, then you can!

I am looking for a tool that allows me to access the edit or save history of a file in Mathcad Prime, much like what is found in Creo. I cannot find what I am looking for in Mathcad Prime. Any clues? Regards,/Mark

Hello everyone  I'm very new to Mathcad and I'm trying to learn my way through it so excuse me if my question seems kinda obvious.I've been trying to make Mathcad rewrite an equation for me.Here I want to rewrite the equation in terms of l but I can't figure out how, could someone help with that please?

Instead of the current way:L :=10ftF:= 5000 lbfM=F*L=50,000 ft-lbf It would solve like this:L :=10ftF:= 5000 lbfM=F*L= (5000 lbf)(10ft) = 50,000 ft-lbf It would help checking calculation packages especially if defined variables are coming from a referenced  worksheet file or 50 pages earlier.

And we are all chemists a little or a lot.The word Chemist in Russia has two meanings. Firstly, it is a chemistry teacher at school or university (химик is a man, химичка is a woman), a chemical worker and a scientist. Secondly, a "chemist" is a person who does a little "chemistry". Example. I have to pay tax, but naturally I don’t want to do it. I believe that the state is spending my money incorrectly. I will "cheat" (похимичу - do chemistry) a little and pay less than required by law. Chemist's Day, October 23rd, is also my birthday. Today I turned exactly 73 years old. It is easy to remember - in SI there are 7 basic units of measurement, and in the CGS - three. PS By the way, the word mol (моль) in Russian is both the amount of a substance and an insect that flies in the house and can eat a fur coat. This insect does not like chemistry - naphthalene. Is there a way to position the plot markers automatically based on a variable value instead of manually typing the value?The vertical and horizontal markers, which are shown red & green in the attached image Thanks   

I am using Mathcad Prime 7.0 7.0.0.0Range Variable Evaluation results in Error at Other EquationsHere are the errors that I faced"This variable must be an integer".A range variable is used to evaluate other equations.When the range variable is evaluated, the other equations do not evaluate, for reason that "This variable must be an integer".When the range variable is NOT evaluated, the other equations evaluate, as expected.See attached screen shots of equations, one shows the variable evaluated, the other not evaluated.  By request, sample worksheet added. Question: What am I not understanding about the evaluation, or the NOT evaluation of the range variable?ANDAnother question might ask if the variable can be evaluated as an integer so that subsequent equations will still evaluate.Thanks.MGM

Hello   I am pretty new to mathcad. please help me to solve this .

I am using Mathcad Prime 7.0Attempting to add grid lines to a plot but the information in the help section for 7.0 does not match what I am seeing in the application.According to help I am supposed to click the Axes tab in the Ribbon then click Axes Styles: X GridlinesHowever the only tab in the Ribbon I have is Plot. There is an Axes area under that but there is no option to change styles.Guessing there is something I need to turn on or change to I can see and make changes to the Axes Styles but as yet I have not been able to find what that is.

As per this thread - same issues   Hi everybody, sorry for joining this post so late but I have the same issue as others here. I just started using MathCad and I am a bit overwhelmed. I have a XMCD file but my version of MathCad Prime 7 will only open MCDX files (I can't click on the converter). Would it be possible for someone to help me out and convert the file. It would really help me out. Thanks in advance and sorry for the inconvenience.  

Well, I am back.  I realize that the interest in COVID-19 Mathcad models may have waned; however, I have been tracking the data to estimate when the pandemic might essentially end.  I have also included the MIT model for the risk of indoor transmission.  This work is summarized in my report located here.https://www.dropbox.com/s/cplt4p8224sdnvd/PHYSICS%20OF%20COVID-19%20TRANSMISSION%20WORKING.pdf?dl=0 I did this research of the actual data because of so much misinformation in the news as well as government sources.  All of the data comes from the CDC.  I update and distribute this report weekly to various friends and family.  Since this work was originally inspired by this community, if there is sufficient interest, I will be happy to provide the two MATHCAD files and associated data files. 

While trying to activate the license I came across the following error when attempting to log in... "The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must be followed by LF" Is there any solution for this issue? Please see attachment for error message.

Hello, everyone. My questions are very basic, but I need some help when I first encounter Mathcad.My questions are how to solve Partial derivatives and Indefinite&Definite integrals in Mathcad.I searched that through google, youtube etc. But I failed to solve.In most cases, I encountered an error called "MuPAD_unresponsive" and "This variable is not defined. Please make sure the label is set correctly.". I don't know why these error occurred. So, I would appreciate it if someone could let me know about the above. If you have instructions on how to use these as well as the overall tool, could you show it to me? And if possible,,,, could you make me a simple example file? 

I have functions, which are working fine when I call in the first time. But I get an error "This Value must be an integer" with any subsequent calls for the same functions... What is wrong? please help!

installation issue

Hello All,I am a total newbie and I am trying to read through some previous mathcad solutions and am unsure what this syntax means, does anyone have any idea? Is it saying if mod(j,2)=0 AND mod(j,4)=2,-1,1) then return 0 (screenshot 1)? I have a older version of mathcad so I am also unsure how to write this in my version (screenshot 2).
