Having trouble here understanding why the red box shows up with the "These array dimensions do not match." error message.

Hello I am trying to install mathcad for a company that I work for. The provided license only works for mathcad up to version 10 and the current express installation manager only allows me to install mathcad 11. I have installed 11 and tried the license and it does not work. I have found multiple community posts on how to install these version but they all use the same express installation method and it just seems to pull the then current available version. How do I specify the installation version?

Hello All, I have a mathcad project where the output is required to have in a matrice form which I am unable to. The function will work like the following, for each value of beta it will give a column of outputs and thus for the number of varibale beta, it will generate corresponding number of columns. I am assisting a client with computer migration for their firm.  While migrating 9 users/devices to new Dell Precision Workstations with Windows 11 Pro, 8GB GPU, 32GB RAM, I7 CPU, I have encountered an issue with 2 workstations that have this same issue.  I have activated the device licenses successfully and no matter how many uninstalls/reinstalls, removal of PTC folders etc, the software for only these two brand new devices fails to launch in a usable program window.What is interesting is if I click around on random areas of the white program box I can get some program menus to respond and appear above the white screen (See last pic)Any advice would be appreciated.Thank you

Hi!Is there a way to implement MathCad Prime Advanced Controls to execute WRITEPRN function on button press using Version 10 Advanced Controls? This is so that WRITE or APPEND will only be performed upon the user clicking on the button. Thanks!

Not sure if this has been updated in the newer versions of MathCad, but is there any way to preserve internal hyperlinks when printing to PDF while also maintaining the formatting? I have a 70+ page report that has a lot of specific formatting that I worked hard on and would like to keep. When I save as a PDF directly, none of the links work but the formatting is perfect. When I safe as a Rich Text Document, the internal links work but the formatting is gone. Is there a way to keep both the formatting and the links? Currently using MathCad Prime 9.0.0.0

Hi,I just want a simple range in matchad but it seems really difficult All I want is a range from 5 to 45 in 0.1 steps. The typical definition doesn't work. Is there an easy way to do this? I tried the typical 5, 0.1 .. 45 but i get an error even though the mathcad support docs show that this should be allowed....

There seems to be an error regarding logical statements in Prime 10.0.1. See below.The expected output of all statements is 1. It seems to only be a problem when using units. Is there a fix to this? Thanks

Dear all, I've seen that for the users of Prime 9 with a valid license, the Prime 11 upgrade is available. I'd like instead to have both versions (to be used not at the same time obviously!). Is it possible? If yes with what procedure? Thanks Best Regards

Currently, I am defining these variables individually in a table format.  I'd like to start defining the data for each member and its associated information ( Length, force, moment..) shown  then pull the information from the table to define each variable as i am currently doing. I tried to output the calculation result. The ideal result would be like: "ps = k tp + b "according to the "IF processing". The "tp" here actually relates to the time, but right now I just want the result to be like the form I mentioned above. In other word, I think and hope the "tp" is just a symbol in my ideal output result.So I tried to set it as a  "key word" or "constant" by setting the labels but found nothing helpful. Hi,With reference to topicwhen I double click a Mathcad file, the default language will be launched. I would have to launch Mathcad first with the special shortcut (that includes the command line option "/culture:en-US", for English) and then open the file.Is there another way?
