Error in Licence Pocessing

I have been a paid subscriber to Mathcad since the late 1990’s. As a former a beta tester and advisor on new features, my interest and commitment to Mathcad is substantial. However, I am concerned about the future of Prime when I see more discussions on it not working rather than use.Yes some old problems are addressed with each new release. But installation and operation issues are starting to out number Topics on using the software to solve engineering and science problems. Even just upgrading to the new version or obtaining the new license keeps changing, adding to the frustration.For many of us, Mathcad is our only reason to use PTC’s products. Please do not make it a reason to be the last.

I've filled out the form multiple times, but I still haven't received the download link. I tried updating my profile, but I haven't received the required fields in the email. I only have the license files. I'd prefer the Express version, not Prime.

Transfer Mathcad license from an existing Host ID to a new Host ID for commercial license. I am trying to generate a license for a new host ID. I am getting the following error on the website: Your web account does not hold the following required privileges to access the application: License Management Reporting for read-only access. License Management Licensing for configuration and license file generation access.

I’m trying to express the solution in mmHg as a unit for pressure. Is there any way to do this? 

Hello,I just started using MathCAD Prime 3.0 and stumbled upon a problem. I can't find a solution to that online.I have a question about this screenshot:Why appending a result to a variable makes the operation impossible (1st and 2nd columns)?Why showing the value of a variable makes the next operation impossible (1st and 3rd columns)?Thank you. I’m using MathCAD Prime 9.0.0.0 and I’m running into a units error…All of the R units should be K/W, but I’m getting crazy units especially on Rmid. I attached my program as well as lecture notes that show how to do this. Look on page 44-45. Thanks,    Brent

I am trying to compute the equivalent annual percentage rate (APR) for a series of variable deposits with variable returns.Using the “find” function results in the error message “No solution was found...”. I tried opening up the TOL value, that didn’t help. So I tried the “minerr” function next and a different error message is displayed “Indexed assignment...”, My questions are:Which of the two errors is relevant? i installed mathcad prime 11 in the computer but the version that i have purchased is mathcad prime 12. I would like to request for the installer for mathcad prime 12

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.0.0 How would I solve this equation in mathcad: y’=(A’c*l1+A’c*l2+wcb*y’2/2)/(A’c*2+13*y’) where A’c=5.336in2, l1=26in, l2=18in, wcb=13in and y is in inches Tried using the solve block but getting errors saying variable A'c is undefined. Can solve it without units and entering the variables manually but assuming there is a better way.

Have a good day, community. I have a problem with solving a vector-type equation. The issue is that the solution only returns the last result, ignoring the previous calculations. Could someone please help me? I’m uploading the file in Mathcad Prime V.10. 

Hello Ladies and Getelman, I am a student of the TU-Wien in engenering. I really like the Cad lessons and have great fun creating parts and assemplys with Creo butrecently my licensestoped working. I tryed activating it again with the installation guide providet by the TU but every time i try to put in the licencing Code It just says Error (Fehler!). I asked my proffesors about this and they just sayed that it looks like they can´t do anything and i should figure out a allternative like working on the projekts from a friends PC. But a have a assiment due the 24. and every student got a differnet one so i would have to make everything again with took an entire semester with 4 weekly hours each and many more at home. I don´t know what i can do, maybe i am just to dumb to install a new license. I would really appriciate a repply with a solution to my problem if there is one. how can we convert xmcd files if converter is not working, is this a bug any workarounds?

I am a long time user of pre-Prime MathCad and have until recently been using MathCad14. I had a quick test drive of Prime when it was first launched and hated it. For reasons beyond my control, I have had to do a fresh re-installation of Windows 11 Pro. I have reinstalled MathCad but now I am unable to register its licence (“Error 403 - Forbidden”).Can anyone confirm if I should be able to continue using my old MathCad? Or has the licensing for this been discontinued? 

Hello,  Moving to Mathcad Prime 9 from V15, and noticed there are no rules or guidelines to align the different regions of the document. Any suggestions/tips/tricks to align the regions other by eyeballing them?
