I am playing around with this on my server and I am running into this issue. The major draw to using security labels is that we can restrict access to objects, even the administrators. This seems to be telling me that I need to include site administrators to the group that is allowed to see content with these restrictive labels. Bummer. I get publishing and I am ok with that. I can also see using wcadmin and not the group since wcadmin should not be used ever to access data as a normal user.    This was odd to stumble into this since the user that I am logged in as is part of the unrestricted principal members but not wcadmin. I just don't see how the extra check for the principal for the site mattered.

Hello, I created baseline for an assembly model in Windchill;Later, I opened this baseline version assembly model in Creo.And I add some 3D parts to this baseline version assembly.My question is: how can I save this modified 3D assembly to a new baseline?Does any one know how to do this, Or some alternate solution

Hi Community, I am following  "Windchill Workgroup Manager™ Installation Guide Windchill 11.1 M020" to Install and configure WGM. I have installed WGM successfully and now need to register Windchill Server as mentioned in guide section 4. After validating windchill server url it shows option for all the workspace available. Next I click "Ok" but no authentication option comes. Kindly let me know what are the next step or am I missing some where in the documentation. Attaching screenshot of steps followed for registering windchill server.  Regards,Sid  

This is a new installation for test and development, connected to our Windchill dev/test system which is configured SSL/HTTPS with CA signed certificates. We set up a Thingworx Platform server (MSSQL) SSL with self-signed certs installed Thingworx Flow, and then we installed Thingworx Navigate with fixed authentication and did some setup, generated app keys, did some training and tests etc with the Administrator user. Then we decided the next step should be to configure the Windchill Authentication but after running the Navigate Configurator and setting up the Windchill Authentication successfully the Thingworx Administrator user is gone? We can login to Thingworx Composer/Flow/Navigate as Windchill users, e.g. wcadmin account.

Hi,   So I haven't been able to try WGM connection with Illustrate 7.0 but I did try it with Direct Link and I have the exact same experience as @tmenadue who mentioned in their topic, Extremely slow response time when browsing through the folders.   I'm now upgraded to the latest stable versions of both WC and Creo Illustrate and now only Direct Link is available (gonna try it tomorrow but I don't expect it to behave differently). Can anyone describe their experience with DL and c3di management via DL? When ECN is processed does a change signal come through in some way pointing at the files which need an update (linked files)? Are they searchable and can be open from within Windchill or does it always require of us to search manually inside Creo Illustrate. browsing the folder structure? 

Hello Community,We experienced something wrong with Windchill DTI :A user revised an Excel document (.xlsm) to version B, and tried to open it with Excel, but nothing works : the file opened is still A.20 (the last iteration). At first I suspected an issue with local files, but reproduced the problem with another account and computer with an empty cache.We also tried to revise the document from Excel but it did not change anything : it was still version A in Excel, even if version B was created in Windchill. I don't know if this is in any way related to the problem but in file history one can see changes in the file name and extension, sometimes "*.xlsm" and then "* (1).xls"..... I don't have much more to give as informations, I hope this will be enough... Any idea what can be the cause of such a weird behavior? Thank you in advance!
