Hello,I’m using Creo Parametric 10.0.9.0 with a student license.My license expired a few days ago, so I reissued it from the official website.The PDF said to download Creo 12, so I downloaded Creo 12.When I opened setup.exe and tried to enter the code, an error occurred and I couldn’t proceed any further.I’ve deleted the old license from my PC’s folder.If anyone knows a solution, I’d really appreciate your help.

I've got to step 4. Once I paste the product code I see the success message but within the license source it shows an error symbol and says invalid format or file and doesn't let me click next. creo 12.0

Could somebody help. I am a Student and i tried to Install Creo 11 and it worked. The only Problem is that when i try to creat the Licens File via the Programm exe. It says “License invalid file or format”.I have the new Surface Pro 11 14” with the Snapdragon Elite plus. So Windows 11 ARM64Do somebody have an answer  ?

I am using Mathcad Prime version 12. Whenever i try to activate my license, I get this error: One or more errors occurred. (Server Error)

I am trying to install the student education version of Creo 12 to my own PC. I followed all the steps and uninstall the old versions. The problem is the .dat license file is not created in the folder C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing. It always gives me an error

But, in the installation progress (fill license), too long processing. I want to ask, is the license code for each version of Creo different? because I want to try Creo 7 versionThankyou

Hello all,I am running into an issue with the student version of Creo, where it only works on the Wifi I installed it on. If I install it at my house it works fine, but when I get to campus (or vice versa) I get the following error before the program closes.Is there any way to fix this?

I need to move a Wild Fire 5.0 Student license to a new hostid. I was instructed to follow these steps: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS20911These didn’t work.I reached out to the PTC technical support and they instructed me to post on the community forum to request a new license file for the Student version. Years ago, I purchase a WF 5.0 Student license. I tied the license to a USB network adapter, so I could move it to a new computer without having to request another license. This process was performed by a forum moderator.Recently, my network adapter failed.I requested the current process for moving a license to a new network card. Hi, use creo 10 student since 2024.every year the license expires.i install new.this year i became a license file for creo 9.it works, but all my older files created with creo 10 are not able to open.same with the config files. i tried to get a license for creo 10 with the productcode, but error occured.how can i get the right license?or do i have to wait until the license expires next year? many thanks Michael

The product code was activated successfully, but the file status doesn't allow me to continue. I've attached a screenshot. What should I do? Please help.

can i delete the ptcsh0 folder that i get when unzipping MED-100WIN-CD-470_10-0-9-0_Win64 or will that cause problems? Because it contains very heavy files

Hi, I can't seem to install Creo 12 because when I get to the "Licenses" step, after applying the license and entering my credentials, having done this on 2 clean installs meaning I delete all of it's contents and restart the process, I am prompted with an error!" instead of a "success!"

hello, when i tried to open creo nothing happened, neither as admin, in the taskbar or as a shortcut. Waiting didn't help either and nothing was visible in the task manager either. the wheel next to the mouse pointer opened briefly but then disappeared again shortly afterwards.now i have completely uninstalled creo and wanted to install it again, but now the setup.exe file cannot be opened after extracting it. the wheel next to the mouse pointer appears briefly again, but then disappears again immediately.If you run it twice in quick succession as an administrator, an error message appears that the program must first be closed. setup.exe does not work even after restarting several times.my setup: win 11 laptop with enough power to run creo 7 because i recently designed with creo but from one day to the next creo would not start anymore

Whenever i'm goin' to active license it get error every time if anyhow got success then don't further proceed and crash the window site.....

Hi everyoneBasically I'm trying to log data into an SQL server, I get the correct tag value and tag name, but with the time I'm not able to see it correctly in SQL In SQL I have the column Time as data type: timestampand the data that logs is in hexadecimal, so is not what I wantI've actually use data type datetime2 as well in sql but then I get an error in Kepware (Error Data Logger Plug-in Unable to query recordset on Log Group 'loggroup'. Reason: Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string)You can see it in the snapshots  does anyone know how can I actually submit the time in the SQL server? or like what datatype should be in Kepware and SQL? please help  

Hello Community,I am facing multiple issues while trying to install and configure KInstallation Failure:When I try to install after uninstalling, the installation fails with Error 1638: Another version of this product is already installed.I tried uninstalling completely, but it seems some remnants are preventing reinstallation.Password/User Issue:I forgot the pas.I tried looking in UserInfo5.xml and other configuration files, but the options to reset the password are missing or invalid.Right-clicking on OPC UA Config in the taskbar shows errors related to XML or missing configuration.Current Goal:I want to completely uninstall and reinstall it fresh.I also want to reset the password so I can access OPC UA configuration.Has anyone faced similar issues? Could you please guide me on:How to fully remove k and all related files/registry entries.How to reset the password safely without losing configuration.Any tips to avoid Error 1638 during reinstall.Thank you in advance for your help.
