How can I get the coordinates of a selected part in "Vuforia Studio"?I tried the following, but could not get the correct coordinates.   tml3dRenderer.GetObject('model-1-/3').GetWidget().GetLocation().position.x    Specifically, no matter which part was selected, all X, Y, and Z coordinates were always zero.  

Hello all, This seems simple enough and I'm fairly certain I was able to do it back in Wildfire 4 but I could be wrong. In the image below, I want to move the ,03 outside the part (as indicated by the red arrow) by lengthening the horizontal portion of the leader. I found the setting "leader_elbow_length" but there's no "variable" option. Thanks,

Hello everyone, I have a new question for you that should be straightforward. I'm wondering how write a program to add additional rows to a matrix, where the values of the elements are calculated according to a formula using existing data within the matrix. The attached Excel file includes a tab with input for the ReadExcel function, as well as a tab showing the desired output by a writexcel function. Essentially, the matrix is a list of node point IDs with force vectors due to six load cases. Each node ID will have the same number of load cases and the input will be always sorted by LoadCase column. I would like to add new rows for each node ID, namely 7 OPEPOS and 8 OPENEG, using a specific formula which pulls its input from the existing data within the matrix. Input for the readexcel function:Desired output by the writexcel function:Rows 8, 9, 16 and 17 should be added by the formulas:FR is the force resultant.Just as a note, I have currently MathCAD Prime 8 and unfor

Hello,  We are testing out the EnableTimer for a timer and it doesn't seem to work. According to this article, DisableTimer or EnableTimer allow manual enablement reflected by property Enabled. We tried executing in the Thing itself and calling it by a separate service. Neither seem to work. Is there something we're missing or there a bug with this service? Just to note... According to this article, it says that having "Automatically Enable Timer on Startup" disabled, every time after saving the Thing, Enabled property will be set to false. This says it's for Thingworx platform 6.0 and we're running ThingWorx 9.0.2 but just wanted to add it here incase it's relevant.  Thank you for the help!  

I am looking to streamline a workflow for transformation of surfaces using two CSYS features to move and reorient a quilt. Doing it manually using the transform options in the Warp tool or the Legacy surface move command is quite tedious and requires calculating linear transforms using the two bases.   My best workaround is to export the quilt relative to one CSYS and then import it back into the model using the desired CSYS as the origin, not ideal since it lacks associativity. Is anyone aware of a method supporting a single transform operation to move and reorient a quilt/surface from one orthonormal basis (Csys) to a new one? I can keep it all within Creo without the export but it requires doing the matrix algebra for rotational transforms outside of Creo, which is slow and tedious to do it manually. Getting the new origin can be obtained by using a measure of the transform between the two csys but the rotational info is not explicit in that measure.   ObjectiveTransformed

I have a long workshheet with a few  red or black two colour plots. When I save as PDF some of the red traces show as black. I have been very careful with Plot positions and spacing.  I have tried saving from the Math tab and the Document tab. Is there some official guidance?

Hi I have Service that accepts parameter and returns an Infotable. Results of this Service (All Data) is bound to Grid Advanced Data. I also have second Grid Advanced that Data is bound to the first grid's SelectedRows so just I can see the value of SelectedRows. I start Mashup, provide parameter value and execute Service - let's say it returns 5 results and displays them in first grid. I select any row(s) and I can see second grid populated with my selection - so far so good. Now, I change input parameter to my Service and execute it again so it returns different Infotable - let's say same 5 items as before and 5 new ones. When I click on new row items on the first grid, SelectedRows does not get updated. When I select any row that was returned from my service initially (first 5 items) SelectedRows is being updated. Visually I can select any of the 10 rows in the grid but SelectedRows value  is not being updated accordingly. I provided IDFieldName = ID which is the

When trying to apply draft on surface styled parts, or can say class A surfaces, Creo is not allowing to apply drafts. What could be the reason. Here I am considering plastic parts which have a wall thickness.I think, drafts can only be applied on surfaces which have 90 deg relationship to the reference plane or surface which we are considering the parting line.

When assemblies are updated from Inventor in Illustrate, parts are positioned incorrectly. Apparently, the transformation is taken from a deleted part. This problem does not occur with PVZ files from Creo.Do any of you have experience with Inventor and Illustrate?

I tried to install kepware edge on an EC2 instance. But the error message shows 'command not found'. I tried multiple variations of the command by just using the filename, or the file name with location, but the error persists. The command for getting the CLI which is this command+ '--help' also shows the same error.   Are there some other steps to install Kepware Edge on an EC2 instance (I have already installed default-jdk and lsb)?
