I have one CAD worker running a machine separate to the Windchill server and have had no issues with it. I wanted to create another temporary one, also on a separate machine, to run for a while as we are putting a lot of new files onto the server that need representations created. I cannot figure out what is causing my issue of Fails to Start. I have gone through multiple times and checked that everything is setup the same on the temp worker as it is on the production worker. I even removed the production worker and tried just the temp, to see if there was a conflict between them. Temp still threw the error so I recreated the production worker in "Worker Agent Administration" and it connected perfectly and started working on jobs right away. Every post I have found keeps pointing back to looking at logs on the worker machine, but there are none being created. Where else are there logs on the server that possibly could point to what I have wrong? Permission wise, I have Everyo

Just started using CREO Parametric 10.0.0..... and notice that there is no option to set a standard tapped hole to have a thread depth through the entire length of the hole. For example, in part modeling making a hole-set references - set Standard type - set to thru-all depth setting- add tapping - go to Shape tab - the only option for thread depth is a blind specified value. No Thru Thread option.

Hi all, I've been working with the Reference Lines feature on the Line Charts recently and while I can label them, I was wondering if it's possible to format and apply different styles to each line to help tell them apart at a glance? In my use case, the label's being used to show the value that the line is plotted at, so it'd be helpful if I could apply different colours, etc. to each line to give a little more info to them.  I can't see anything in the style properties, but not sure if there's any CSS wizardry or something I'm missing that might help? 

Hello Community. For a long time now I have noticed that when using a data table as a data source for a grid, there are some columns that show up in the grid even though you perhaps use a data shape in your service result that do not include these columns. Example: Is there any way of hiding/removing these without adding them to the data shape or having to loop over each row and removing field? Thanks,Jens

Hello, I have one device that uses the Modbus protocol. and Thingworx Kepware server connects that Modbus device and sends data to thingworx. And I have displayed device data in a mashup. In that mashup, I have added an on/off button. when I press the off button on mashup then my device will off  How can I achieve this using Thingworx, and the Thingworx Kepware server?  

I am trying to find specific assigned activities in a workflow process so that I can programmatically close them (with a vote if possible) and keep them in the tasks completed tables, rather than have them disappear.  I can go from activity to process, but cannot see anything to go in reverse from process to activity... and I can see the WorkflowHelper/Service that can list WorkItems but do not know the relation of these to the assigned activities.  Is there a basic cheat sheet in the help guider anywhere that I can read and begin to try things without always begging for help from the community? 

Hello,The question is related to finding of solutions of the below equation:   Solution with solve:   Solution with root:   From the graph we see that the graph cuts the x-axis only in 2 points. Where can we see the other 2  solutions (which are the imaginary solutions) with the root solution on the graph that solve gives above? Or can't we seen on the graph these 2 imaginary solutions of f(x) with the root function/solution?How to find with root function the imaginary solution of the function f(x)?Mathcad Prime 8 file attached.Thank you.

Hi, The situation is that I have an assembly of 5000 entities and I am trying to convert it to .obj file but the only way I can find is by selecting the entities individually. Is there a way or command that selects the entire assembly? Thanks, regards.

A few days ago, I was able to use the Unicode character map to insert a subscript into a graph label.  I was surprised I could do that, but it worked as noted in the attached png file.  Today, when I opened the same Mathcad 15 file, the subscript was lost and a blank box appeared where it should be.  See the attached images.  This is the ...2.png file. Does anyone have an explanation for this?

I have created a mapkey to open a .prt and import to .stp(refer config2.pro). I succeed on that one. But I also have several .prts to convert to .stp. so I copy the mapkey, pasted various instances and replaced the .prt names(config3). but it didnt work. later i found some tools from here Repeatable Mapkey Generator – 4K Side and that one works.how did that work mine gives error?
