Hi, We are using Thingworx 9.1.14-b1128 version and I am trying to move data from data table to stream through subscription whenever shift changes will happen but service execution is not happening properly and getting error like this,moveToStream ERROR at line: 55 JavaException: com.thingworx.common.exceptions.InvalidRequestException: Not authorized for ServiceInvoke on AddStreamEntries in AAL.Production.Summary.StreamKindly guide me what kind of permission need to provide for this.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.2.0For an assembly I have a closed box filled with liquid. I can calculate the volume by creating a quilt and create a measure or analysis. If i add a component in the Iiquid the volume should be recalculated. Is this possible? I would like to avoid boolean operations cause i think this might slow my system. I tried adding a search function to create a query for the components inside the part, but this generates a layer and does not update if I add another part at a later stage.Do anyone have a suitable method for solving this?Here are the errors that I facedNone

Hello, I want to read data from Modbus PLC, so in the Kepwar device tag, there is a string data type. how to use that. my use case is to read the Device name from Modbus PLC and that data push to thingworx, I have connected kepware and thingworx but I want to know how string and other data type work, other than Word data tyepe 

Wondering if Windchill allows users to tag their non-CAD files (i.e. Word, PDF, Excel, PPT, etc.) when they upload files with metadata (i.e. test report, test plan, user needs, name of product, a review this may be applicable for, or any pertinent info that user deems necessary).  We are using WC 11, but will be migrating to 12 soon.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hey Community, I've got this wacky issue effecting imported images using the Image Tab(Attached is a 6in x 6in image being scaled by 1in=1mm and 1in=25.4mm) I've tested this and have reproduced it in:Creo 4 M150 (Current Software at my company)Creo 7.0.8.0 (Customer version)Creo 8.0.7.0 (Planned update to this version) It seems whenever a .drw is created without a model connected to it the units used for image scaling default to 1in=1mm. (Also effects resolution of the image) If you then create a new drawing of a .prt with "use template" in the new drawing dialogue box it carries this scaling over to the new drawing with no way to change it. Thus any image that comes in so tiny that a DXF has to be used instead of images on any print that was created using this method. If you create a new drawing of a .prt with "empty with format" in the new drawing dialogue box it changes the scale to 1in=25.4mm or Unit Conversion Factor for the unit specified the .DTL. (

Hi there,I am looking for a way to save a draft group to a file and importing it later to another drawing. Background:I try to define a drawing note according to ISO 22081. Works fine so far.I use a draft group, which consists of a common drawing note and a geometric tolerance dimension Please let me know how to export and import the draft group or if there is a better way to get the ISO 22081 note to a drawing.   

When using Partslink and defining some attributes as required, we are unable to load legacy data that might be missing some of this data.  Is there a setting we change that allows the part data to be loaded (via importable spreadsheet) if it is missing required information?  The premise here is to get the legacy data in but prevent new parts from being created without the required data. Thanks!

Hello I need to make an equation sheet of all these formulas I am using for a project for my Professor.  Mathcad is so nice to do this procedure. However, Mathcad 3.1 Prime wants to calculate it.  I don't need it to calculate it. I just need to show a list of formulas without calculations and without having a variable undefined. if someone could help me with I would be greatly appreciated.  You can see in the picture below to see what I am talking about.

Is Monaco Editor is available in ThingWorx? Is there any Matric Document and extension file available for the Monaco? If not what are the other Editors that we can install for more user friendly to code in TWX which are supported.   Thanks.

How is it possible to remove from an assembly the weight of a part without changing part parameters and without changing part density? I mean just to remove the part mass from an assembly total mass

Hello, I'm learning Mathcad and have been working on a problem using the software and had an idea of autogenerating a drawing using whatever variables I am given. To do so, I am using the XY plot graph function. I have created the plot and created some lines using my variable to get a general shape, but each line is infinite. I can't seem to figure out how to make each line a line segment that has an actual start and end. I have attached my Mathcad file which has all of the different variables and the plot, as well as some CAD drawings in there that show what my auto-generated drawing is attempting to look like. End goal is to have different loads being shown as arrows as well applying force to the wall structure.The plot is at the very bottom after all my calculations because I have still been messing with it. We want to manage several LoRA devices on Thingworx. There are gateways that read data from these devices. The goal is to manage these devices on thingworx and routing messages to their destination. We want to create thing entities for these devices and read data into its properties. How can we provision these sensors on thingworx ? Is there any tutorial that show how to connect these sensors to thingworx ?  

Hello Community, I am using ProParameterWithUnitsCreate, on Creo 9.0.2.0,to add a parameter to a model. However, everything I have tried to make it work has failed.  The code I am using is below:{...ProParamvalueSet(&testVal, p_value, new_value_type); err= ProParameterWithUnitsCreate(&target_item, test, &testVal, NULL, &testInit);...}target_item is a valid ProModelItem, test is a valid wchar_t*, testval is a valid ProParamValue, and testInit is an unitialized ProParameter. I have followed TestParams.c file to check if I did anything wrong, but it appears I have not.  I have also looked at this article, Article - CS383949 - Creo Parametric Toolkit API ProParameterWithUnitsCreate() fails with error PRO_TK_BAD_INPUTS on specific machine (ptc.com), but it is unclear to me what registry file I am supposed to change the unicode_encoding to True on. Does anyone have any idea as to why, with valid inputs, I am receiving the PRO_
