About 10 years I wrote some code that used a couple of lists in a mathcad sheet.  I tried to cut and paste for my new task but it's all just gibberish to me now and my code doesn't work.  Can someone help me figure out how to do this.  The attached sheet has the code and hopefully my intent is clear enough to start with.

Why there is small variance with units and without units results in Prime

I have looked all over for an answer for this, but I have yet to find an answer. Is there a way for me to make a file (.PAT) which CREO reads on opening, so that when a cut section is made only predefined hatch patters are used in the drawing? This is with regards to assembly drawings btw.  I have figured out how to make a .PAT file from which I can choose predefined patterns, but I have not been able to define the file as the default directory.I am currently in CREO 4.0 and we do not used material selection in PTC CREO. So it will not work to assign different hatches to different materials.Thank you for any reply.

Hello,For many years, I'm using Creo (Pro/E) on local HDD.In each folder project, I had a .cmd script that launch Creo 2, 3...)So, local config.pro, appearances were loads for each project, depending on my clients.Now, I can't do this with Creo8.Batch (cmd) files doesn't works anymore.So, what could be a good solution for starting Creo in a specific folder, loading global AND local config.pro and could open local files ?Now, Opening file start-up in "My Documents"...Thanks a lot.

Hi I have a base mashup containing several text fields and value displays and a contained mashup which loads data when the thing name is passed to it. The contained mashup works by its self and on other mashups it is present on.But when used with the collection widget the contained mashup does not load and I get the message (could not load "MASHUP_NAME" reason 0 undefined"  

After upgrading from ThingWorx 9.1 to 9.2.6-b366 the 'Automatically update values when able' only works for administrators. When opening a mashup with as a non-admin user the application log states:- Not authorized for ServiceInvoke on ForwardEvent in PersistentSession- Unable to Invoke Service AddDynamicRemoteSubscription  We verified Article CS346816 - https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS346816 but didn't solve our problem/ Is there any change within 9.2.6 we need to consider?

I'm trying to work through one of the CFA advanced tutorials for multi-component mixing on a model of a mixing nozzle and I'm having trouble with defining the boundary conditions. The tutorial is telling me to first define the total flow as a Specified Volumetric Flux and then define the components as a Specified Value. It appears to me that the Specified Values are a percent of the Specified Volumetric Flux. (See the attached Multicomp_dir) Makes sense to me. The problem is that the Program doesn't work this way. When I set the mixture to Specified Volumetric Flux the program doesn't let you select Specified Value for the components, it only allows Specified Volumetric Flux. (See Multicomp_CFA) So what am I supposed to do? Calculate and enter the Volumetric Flux of each componet at the various boundaries?Also, on the Nozzle_Side_Inlet I expected the Specified Values for the components to add up to 1.0 but they don't. The tutorial says 0.99 for O2 and 0.9 for H2O. Is this a typo?

Hello, I'm currently trying to import my first developed extension with the Eclipse Plugin but I encountered many problems when trying to import my extension. So I wrote a small extension by using Thingworx extension on Eclipse IDE, this extension use an extern library called zip4j (see https://github.com/srikanth-lingala/zip4j), I use this library by adding this in my gradle.build :  Then I created a Thingworx template and added some ThingWorx services... everything seem to work no missing library when using the zip4j functionalities... So I compile my project with gradle with these settings :  Gradle build successfully my ThingWorx extension project, I import my extension with the zip generated in build/distributions.And I encountered this error :THX tells me some JAR are missing in my .JAR generated, when checking the logs, I can read this : 2022-04-04 14:36:03.817+0000 [L: WARN] [O: c.t.p.Project] [I: ] [U: FDL_THX_Student] [S: ] [P: ] [

In Mathcad 15.0, integration is giving me an answer with units when it should be unitless:The last line shows the function gives a unitless result as expected.

Hello Experts, I am trying to get data from Postgress DB and map this generated infotable result to dropdown widget in mashup, but after mapping i could not able to see anything for selection in Value field, display field. Temporary i am binding separately created datashape to dropdown widget, which works, but further i want to update another dropdown depending on selection of first dropdown. Please support.    

Hello, I have a stream with many data values in it, and the key value of the datashape is a field called "ID".  ID is a string, as is the field "id". As it turns out, neither the ID nor the id field will work as the parameter for GetStreamEntry or DeleteStreamEntry. Example, here is a stream entry (showing both the ID and id fields): And yet, when I execute "GetStreamEntry" with either of these as the ID, nothing is returned:   Does anyone have any ideas?  This is driving me crazy! 

I have a sheet metal bin that was initially 26.69" from side to side. I want to reduce that by 7". At 19.90", Bend_Back_1 fails. I found that @ 20.48" and larger the bend back works and @ 20.47" and smaller the bend back fails.   I cannot find a reason why things are failing when they do. Please find the attached file in a .zip file.

Wondering if anyone else has seen a similar issue to this and knows the cause.An engineer shared a complex model with me today and said that when he saved out a STEP file, the STEP was empty. I was able to reproduce the same behavior on my machine. Not only for STEP files, but also for IGES and parasolid as well. For all of these, the "save as" runs instantly, and creates an file with no geometry in it.  I did find a workaround. We're using Creo 7.0.2.0, so I was able to save the single body in the model to a new part file. In that part file, I was able to save out a STEP file. Of note, the STEP file did have an error in the geometry, but at least it saved something out.  Any ideas as to why the original file couldn't be saved out, but a new part with essentially a copy geometry of the original part's body was able to?

i'm sorry for my bad english I have Mathcad Prime 1.0 on Windows 7 64(bit) Italian.I think that i have found a very fastidious bug.When i write expression and i use the keyboard shortcuts i have a problem for write exponents.If i use the keyboard and i press ( ^ ) ( ctrl+ì )....mathcad prime don't write for example "x^2" but write "x if ||"It's a very big problem for me because i'm so fast with keyboard shortcuts...and i dont' want to use a mouse command and found always manually the correct operator.I see that this problem presents only in math form and not in text form.I try to set english keyboard in windows and now Mathcad Prime work correctly both in math form and in text form....The problem is that i have an Italian keyboard and not an English keyboard.Can You help me??Please it's very important i must use Mathcad for some university project!Bye

PTC Creo has recommend using primarily NVIDIA Quadro graphics cards for years. My understanding is that this is due to OpenGL support and driver optimization. Is this still true in 2022? It seems that almost all graphics cards “certified” by PTC are still Quadro:https://prodart.pl/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/ptc_creo_hardware_notes.pdf For example, would it be better to buy a Quadro P4000 as opposed to a GeForce GTX 3070?
