hi,I'm facing an issue while saving or viewing the mashup popping an error message "Unable to update mashup: property name homeMashup not found."27-10-2023 it was working normally, nothing was deleted and changed but on 30-10-2023 it was showing this popup screen. Can anyone help on this issue to resolve it please. Thingworxs version :9.1.2-b552     

How can this problem be fixed when a different input is entered into the drop-down widget label chart and the loading icon only appears for 1 second while the prior data continues to display and the loading icon is hidden, after  some time new data gets loaded.   

On clicking print button in Mashup1 of Thingworx, it should pass Mashup2 to print functionality of browser. For example on clicking one button, print popup should be opened automatically which contains different mashup in it.  How to do this ?

We are using ptcschipdatafilter for filtering grid. How to filter the rows in grid for which the column doesn't have value. example ColA=null/blank/empty.  

1. I am trying to change Grid Filter Icon, I tried to change for individual using filter-field icon  and it works but i want to change it for all the grid filter.2. Also want to change Data Filter (data-filter) background color using common css.

Hi, I am confused about what should i prefer to generate reports in thingworx, Javascript or SQL query(as i am using Database)? i have to generate reports based on  input like in below image..    if we choose javascript then how can i compare these inputs or how i can filter data based on input like month and year? i know there is Query param for query service but in query param where  can i put this month & year?    Thanks,

Azure IOT Device supports 1>sending Telemetry 2>upload file to blobStorage and notify IOT HUB 3>DeviceTwin updates(reported properties) 1> How can Azure IOT Device invoke a local service on my AzureIOTHubThing running on TWX platform 2> Does connector update the individual properties of AzureIOTHubThing when there is updateDeviceTwin event OR it just updates the reportedProperty ?

How many images can be uploaded to the Thingworx database .??any limitations on it?

Is possible using pg_auto_failover in a solution Postgres DB (TWX version: 9.3.7). New connection string is plane as: postgresql://{primary server name}:port,{primary server name}:port/{nameDB}?target_session_attrs=primary&sslmode=require Do you know somebody then this solutions is possible/ impossible?     

Value is updating correctly same as in  kepware to thingworx inside current property value, but different if we call it through abvove service.          

We have implemented a webframe widget to load an external application with a softphone. To make the call the softphone connects through SIP over websocket and calls over WebRTC, but these communications are not established because apparently thingworx is cutting them (when making or receiving a call from the webframe). We have recently configured the ClickjackFilterAllowList options in the web.xml file but we still have the same problem, and calls from the softphone embedded in the thingworx webframe keep getting cut off. We are working with a thingworx 8.5 on an EC2 instance of AWS.  

Hi,   I look forward to doing a minimal Connection Server installation due to high traffic to the Thingworx Platform.   Present Scenario: 1 Thingworx Instance with 1 Postgres DB & 1 Influx DB Required Scenario: 1 Connection Server with 2 Thingworx Platforms with 1 Postgres DB & 1 Influx DB   Can the required Scenario be achievable with 1 Postgres DB and 1 Influx DB for both Thingworx Instances? and is it a best practise?   Thanks,    

Hi, Could you please guide me on how to include the "Database log" under the Logs in Monitoring menu of ThingWorx composer. By default, other logs such as Application Log, Communication Log, Configuration Log, Script Log, etc., are available. To see the Database log, I need to connect to the ThingWorx server.It would be more helpful if this log could be made available in the Monitoring menu. Kindly guide me with the steps. Thanks  

Hello,  Two items missed on several SON of ThingWorx SCO license. Caused many ThingWorx product servers down two times in the past several months. Raised PTC cases to technical support team, licensing team, even contacted with local sales manager but no conclusion. Kindly advise on any possible ways to solve this, really appreciate any inputs, thanks.

Hi Developers, I'm trying to create a mashup to capture and display images.as the first step, I put a fuleupload widget. Browse button works when I click with mouse but not work when I use finger or apple pencil. Could anyone help me to solve this ?   our ThingWorx version is ThingWorx 9.3.6-b1323.

Hi,When adding the repository for the extension Eclipse plugin I receive the error in the attached pictures.From what I understand, there are jar files in the plugin zip.What is going on?I have tried the current and former thingworx specific versions of the plugin without success.Look in the attached pictures for version of the IDE, as well as the error messages. Kind RegardsOskar Berntorp

Hi , I am working on the same use case and found that we have session expired event that is fired even the browser tab is closed, but here is also one problem that is  how we can update the logout time when we have multiple session for one user.   Considering the user access the application multiple time and sometimes he left the browser idle and re-login in other browser.   I have one thing that is we can keep multiple entries of user login and logout in infotable  but when the browser is idle then on what basis we can update logout time as we have multiple active  session. do we have session id for each session , then surely we can updated basis on that ?   please let us know. How to get  global session values on login/logout/sessionexpired event of Security Monitor in Thinworx.i have written a subscription that executes on login/logout/sessionexpired event and in that i am trying to get session values but the session is null here.
