Hi Experts, I am just wondering is there any data inside the GOLF_CART product?I have installed the WC 13 successfully with demo and all other data load conditions are checked during the installation. Installation was successful but I haven't check GOLF_CART product.Now I can see it doesn't show up any demo data?No CAD documents and No WC parts etc   Can someone confirm it the GOLF_CART is having any data when we load a demo Data during the installation. or If I have missed anything or any sort of issue which can cause this?  It will be great help if get any suggestions on this as we are bit stuck here ... Feel free to leave comment if I have missed anything... Thanks in Advance.   

I'm encountering an issue when creating a new Manufacturing (MFG) part that has an equivalent part with an Image or Contributing Image link. According to the Help Center [link], this capability is intended to be used when creating a New Downstream Branch/Part. However, instead of retrieving the image-linked representation, the system is pulling the owner representation, which leads to incorrect positioning in the resulting structure.The main point I’d like to clarify is:Is it possible to create a new manufacturing branch/part without mispositioning, assuming the upstream part has an image link to the CAD Document?Is there a supported or recommended approach to ensure the image-linked representation is used correctly during transformation?Any guidance or best practices to avoid this behavior would be greatly appreciated. Note: build the mBOM from the Design Part works as expected. The issue only occurs when a new MFG Part is created.

Nothing too critical but documenting this for future. This is me after this week battling Windchill configuration: The latest saga is with SSO. I have my notes from last year which is pretty straight forward except now I am running RHEL 9.2, SELinux (we'll get to you later), Windchill 13.0.2.4, Shibboleth 3.5. When I went to configure Apache to load the Shibboleth modules, it failed to start with this error: 00-1mod_shib.conf: Cannot load /usr/lib64/shibboleth/mod_shib_24.so into server: /lib64/libldap.so.2: undefined symbol: EVP_md2, version OPENSSL_3.0.0 Jun 13 14:53:47 systemd[1]: windchill-httpd.service: Control process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE Now, I've seen this type of thing before on my 12.0.2 server. I seem to remember that installing Thingworx also installed additional API functionality but I can't find any information on this on the PTC site, so I'm asking the community.We are running Windchill 13 and have external tools accessing Windchill via the odata API. We are wondering if installing Thingworx just for the sake of getting additional/better API capability could be worth the effort and what would be the benefit (for example more complex calls or better performance?). Or was this additional API a thing from previous versions and is currently everything already in the Windchill API? Any links to documentation would be appreviated.  Kind regards,\/\/outer...

Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: - User is in AD license group X1234 which is part of the Advance license in Windchill. User has advanced license profile in participant administration. - User is removed from group X1234 and put in group X4321 which is part of the Base license in Windchill. - After 5-20 minutes user is part of the new license group in Windchill but his user profile remains Advanced - Clearing the user from the partipant cache (or restarting Windchill) changes the profile to the expected Base profile.Description: We have Active Directory synchronization and the license groups in AD are linked to the license groups in Windchill. Now when I move a user from one AD license group (e.g. Advanced) to another (e.g. Base) the license group gets reflected after a while in the participant administration (when user connects again) BUT the license profile of the user does not update, hence causing very strange UI behavior (e.g. search tab disappearing, menu items disappearing)

Version: Windchill 12.1 Use Case: I want to open parts from Windchill in Creo View for Unix.Description: I have installed Creo View for Unix on my work laptop, but I still cannot use "Open in Creo View" from Windchill in a web browser. I see the browser trying to open a URI of the formcreoview://?wcparams=<base64-encoded JSON with Windchill + session details>but even when I try to manually pass this as an argument to pviewcreoview_unix/bin/pview 'creoview://?wcparams=eyJh...'I get the following errorMost parts in Windchill are not available for download, so my only option is using the "Open in Creo View" menu item from Windchill.

Version: Windchill 12.1 Use Case: I have a Creo assembly and want to associate it with an article using the 'Owner Link' type, but this option is not shown.Description: Cant activate Owner-Association.

We are using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 CPS M020-CPS08 and we want to migrate to new windchill  13.1.0 version.The current windchill environemnt is clustered with 1 master and 2 slaves server (slave 1 and slave2) running on RHEL, one software loadbalancer (apache server )and one DB which is running on Oracle and fileserver for physhical storage. Kindly guide in Finalization of upgrade path and procedure, or even this migration is possible and supported. i see below two options can be tried.1. Migration - Shall we install new OOTB "Windchill 13.1" in Azure VM server, create simmilar clustered environment , use Azure SQL in place of oracle and then migrate the data using export /import tools. complete resetup, coniguration, customization and user and data import from previous environment. 2. Upgrade - Shall we take backup of application configurations, backup of DB and Vaults folder and then store it in the AZURE cloud in newly created VM, DB and vault f

When I'm selecting ALL it should display all data from the specific folder, instead its showing blank neither folders nor Part or Documents

Therefore we would like to release the Variant Baseline itself, by meaning adding it to a Change Notice and drive the change workflow to state "Released".Description: It is not possible to add wt.lotbaseline.LotBaseline to the ChangeRecord because it is not selectable in the relationship contraints of the ChangeRecord. Does someone know why or is someone experienced in Variant Baselines?

I am using custom CAPA Evaluation workflow which has nested Workflow getting triggered on conditional routing.
