Hi community,i have two Products Prod A and Prod B. Prod A is the Parent so it will be the TopLevelOptionSet Product B is the subassembly and is the LowLevelOptionSet. I`ve tried the https://support.ptc.com/help/windchill/r13.1.0.0/en/index.html#page/Windchill_Help_Center/options/OptionsMergeChoicesRules.html# and this https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS367055I used the shell command: xconfmanager –s ato.optionset.merge.delegate=com.ptc.windchill.option.service.DefaultOptionSetMergeDelegate -t "codebase/wt.properties" -pwhich should enable in the detail tab when i go to Actions and Merge Option sets but it is not available for me, have i done something wrong?1.on the site.xconf it looks like this 2.even it is on the site.xconf available i cannot see it in the Action menu3.  4. how it should look

How can I create an attribute as an alias in the Cad data for the IPE parameter found in the part data and map it? In my attempt related to this topic, the mapping code "builtBy@wt.epm.build.EPMBuildHistory~built^wt.part.WTPart~IPE" works for data with the same version and iteration. However, I only need the parameter value for that specific version; how can I achieve this?

In the OIR i set for a user Revise NOT possibile in only Released stase in epmdocument. For other states, for example draft, revise should be possible. But is already obscured

Whenever an alternate link is created between 2 parts, a pop/warning message should appear saying "You are adding this as a global alternative. Consequently this Alternate part and will be introduced into all BOMs where the previous part is used"     How to achieve this?

Hello,With Windchill PTC I need to identify all slaves CavityAssignement under a MasterCavityAssignment.

Leadership is wanting to swap from a alphanumerical revisioning system to a purely numerical system. They understand that the changes can not be retroactive to existing components but still want to make the change to future components. Is it possible to setup windchills versioning and iteration system to reflect this desired change? This change would also need to effective for new parts that are created (instead of being A.1 they would be 01.1). Ex:Part A.1 once revised under the new system would be 02.1 (B.1)Part C.5 once revised under the new system would be 04.1 (D.1)

Hi, With reference to your response in this topic. We are following same approach on WTPart create Page from classification node taking description as value and using it to a update name of that part. But here thing is our custom function when we are calling in ootb .js then it works fine but as per article we should create a .jsfrag and then run the combine command to combine all javascript code in single.js file which is windchill-all.js. But in our case after running that command windchill debug.js file getting updated correctly but EMPTY windchill-all.ja file got created and that's why our Functionality is not working as expected and we don't want to touch ootb .js file. Please suggest the solution on the same where we are doing wrong thing.

Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: WC 13 PSI installation stuck, a pop up the " Authorization Request" window for user details.Description: Hello expert.I am installing the WC 13 with Directory server as OpenDJ. Installation fails at the Loading data into Database. (I am using Windows server 2019 and oracle RDS service).  PSI installation stuck and waiting for authorization request pop up.  It was expecting the username and password. I tried to enter wcadmin but it's not authorizing it. Not sure what's the issue with Authorization.? Can someone quick guide. If this issue is related to OPENDJ then can someone guide me what i have missed. There is not much info available related OpenDJ ...like how to add etc.

"I can retrieve a parameter from the cadDocument and add it to the name of the published PDF using the publish.afterloadermethod as shown in the link below. For example, the stock number parameter. However, this parameter is empty for drawings. For Upgrading Windchill 10.1 to Windchill 12.0, we are following hop upgrades from 10.1 -> 11.0 -> 12.1As from Windchill 11.1 onwards, the Licenses usage have changes for Windchill, we would need to understand what kind of licenses we would need when the Upgrade is complete. As per article : https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS307145 , this CDs should have been available in the Downloads under Windchill 10.1 in PTC portal. But they are not. We tried to follow steps written in article: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/enablement/windchill-licensing/process/understand-windchill-licensing?source=search , but the utility when run gives us error. (unsupportedclassversionerror major.minor version 52.0) Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

Version: Windchill 12.1 Use Case: OpenDJ Control Panel issue.Description: Hi, I'm very much feeling like a noobie with everything related to Windchill DS and now OpenDJ (ver. 4.6.5 on Win Server 2022)... In Control Panel I started encountering issues with accessing the lowest levels of the branches. If I click on them the entries are not shown and the GUI starts asking about Unsaved Changes. When I clicked the save option there's "Error: The entry is not correct. Details: the DN is not valid." I've read the Control Panel may have issues with ldif file encoding, characters etc. Could this be it? Looking at the file contents it seems ok compared to similar from WindchillDS on another server. What to do?
