Hi, I want to change the standard frames which are shown in the sheet setup/format. I know I can load my own frames but I would like to have them shown in the drop down menu.Where can I change that setting? 

I sill have boxed edges in PDF prints despite these settings in the config.pro Why does the settings not work?

Hi, I am currently planning the transition to the latest Creo version for our NC programmers. With that we need to update our client hardware. Since I am not that familiar with Creo I was hoping somebody could give me some insights on the recommended hardware for our clients. e.g.- Intel i5 or Intel i7 CPU?- How much RAM is enough RAM (32GB)?- Do I need a dedicated GPU, if so is a T600 4GB sufficient or should I go for T1000 8GB? Thank you very much for your help.

I am using IFX in Creo 8.0.4.0 for my fasteners. The models are working fine but is there a way I could set the PTC common name of the fasteners to reflect some string that I would like? At the moment the generated fasteners have a common name which is the same as the part name. My BoM table is set to read the asm.mbr.PTC_COMMON_NAME as the description. Is there a way the generated IFX components have some user defined PTC_COMMON_NAME? Alternatively, is there a way to edit my BoM table which reads asm.mbr.PTC_COMMON_NAME and displays in the description column, to show a custom parameter only for IFX items. Could some relation make this happen-display a custom parameter only for an IFX components and display the asm.mbr.PTC_COMMON_NAME value for any other parts in the same column for the assembly?

Hello everyone, I'm having some big problems trying to solve a finite element method problem for my class. I am trying to determine a stiffness matrix for a problem I was assigned and this requires me to double integrate an 8x3 matrix, a 3x3 matrix, and a 3x8 matrix. I get mathcad to perform the matrix multiplication to give me an 8x8 matrix, even though it says the symbolic value is too large to display. However the issue is, I cannot assign a variable to the result that I am got, I do not understand how to get this to work, when I know mathCAD should be able to do the computation. Below attached is the exact solution to what I am talking about. Please help!

I have a weird issue with the AFX application. Hello,I have an error when I open some files on the network with a very long path in Schematic 8, the same error as follows print Schematic_2, in Schematic 4 the same file opens normally. Then when I open the file in Schematic 4 Schematic 8 stops working is there any solution for this?

I am using Mathcad Release 15.0 and DatecodeM050After MS Office migrated from 32Bit to 64Bit (on a 64Bit machine) a visual studio object script embedded into the MathCAD sheets is not available anymore. As a consequence MathCAD15 outputs an error message "Cannot launch server application". This omits scrolling and other work in the sheet so that in the end it is unusable.

Hi, When using the symbolic substitution of an expression for a variable in an equation, the order of the variables is getting switched by mathcad 15, which is only version of mathcad I use.  How do I prevent this from happening? for example y=x-az=y+bwhen I copy expression x-a and select y in the 2nd equation & use the symbolic substitution from the pull down menu off the tool bar, the new equation for becomesz=a-x+bwhy is the expression x-a getting multiplied by -1 when it’s symbolically substituted for y in the2nd equation? thanks in advance  for the helpful!

Radius is same for all circles.Is there any way in which first we can define the coordinate axes then based on the centre co-ordinate and radius plot the circles. how to install

All,   After generating reports and adding them to the design sheets. We keep getting unable tor read table data file errors after making minor changes to the schematic design. Has any one had this issue before and what is the best way to prevent it from happening?    Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I'm using using Generative design and sometimes, when generating the solid part(Generate design), something happens at step 6 causing Creo to exit. Unfortunatelly no log file is written so I have no means of diagnosing why it happens. I've had similar exist on a few other detatils. Not many but still critical. Is this someone else has seen and know of a resolution to it?Running Creo 9.0.1.0 and Windchill 12.0.2

Hi, using Creo 7.I am creating a number of user-defined features, but have discovered that small details such as a round R0.1 will not import over... Any work around or what might I missing? Happens with both stand alone and subordinate. Happens using round or as part of the hole design.  Some kind of tolerance or accuracy setting maybe? The UDF subordinate part is just fine, but as soon as I want to use the UDF it gives me a failure on regeneration on the rounding part.  Thanks,Julian.
