Hi there Can you help to reach a graph merged to the classification I have I have this graph and I did a classification to the data in this graph ... what I need now is to merge the classification with the graph and make them obvious layers and then find the average in each layer like this By obvious layers I mean > a program wil be able to say from z1 to z50 >> it is a sand layer and the average Q in that layer is 10 MPa ( as an example) Is that possible ? Thank you in advance .. the sheet is attached

Hi everyone,I’m working in Creo Parametric 12 and I want to make hidden lines in my drawings more visible(you can see in photo 1 how it's now). Specifically, I want:Dashed segments to be longerLines to appear clearer for printing and on-screen viewingI think i have to add a line to my drawing settings but i don't know which one. Could you please advise how to achieve this?Thank you
I want to fit my experimental statistical data, which looks very close to a Gaussian distribution, by a perfect Gaussian distribution. I'd like the amplitude, mean/center, width/signa, and background/vertical_offset to all be adjusted for best fit. I know that this can be accomplished using the genfit function; but I suppose others have already done this so that I don't need to reinvent the wheel. I'm running Prime 9.0.0.0.
Hi, I am new to mathcad and trying to input result from a formula as attached. However, the error red that stating the value must be a scalar and vector. How I can fix that? Appreciated to your guys response and help Thanks, Kala
Creo is managed by our company with some standard settings. Every time we open Creo the config.pro and the mapkeys in the run directory are overwritten with our companies default settings. I have added in my user level config.pro and system colors, but am having trouble doing the same with the mapkeys. I followed the instruction in the support documentation, but when I click find in the config.pro and search for "load_mapkeys_run_dir" it doesn't exist so I cannot change the setting to pull from the designated location outside of the run directory.
hi wondering if anyone can give me any tips or help? I'm very new to mathcad and using it to create a compressible nozzle with multiphase gas-particle flow. I'm having trouble calculating the velocity of the droplets with an initial velocity of 1. when implementing with rkfixed the vd0 says 'unknown error-ODEtoofewinit'Any help would be appreciated if theres a better way to solve? thanks (g=gas, d=droplet)
I want to create a toolkit application that can integrate PowerPoint into Creo. Basically, I would like my application to generate a PowerPoint with information about the assembly and part views and parameter information. Is there any library that could do this integration?
I am using Creo Parametric Release N/A and DatecodeN/AHello we bought a new locked license for Creo Design Essentials but i cant find the program on the download PRODUCTSCan you please help me i send me a link to download the earlier versionregards
Mathcad Enhancement Proposal (MEP): Extend the Document Spacing functionality to minimise the vertical or horizontal spacing between regions The "Separate Regions" functionality is a useful tool for organising a Mathcad worksheet. However, quite often I find myself "wasting" time doing the opposite - removing spacing between regions. The usual scenario is that I write partial functions and/or evaluate them as I develop the final form of a function or set of functions. When I've got the function in its final form, I delete the regions that are no longer required, which leaves me with the task of closing up the gaps their deletion leaves. This is the kind of mindless activity best left to automation. An additional button in the Document Spacing group to minimise region spacing, either horizontally or vertically, would be a useful asset to aid in this and other use cases. Additional MEP: MEP - Auto-increment spacing b
The edges of this part change color between views: they are BLACK in the "Shading With Edges" view and become BLUE in the "No Hidden" view. The edges are also BLUE in the Hidden Line view (with the hidden line correctly displayed as light grey), and completely blue in the Wireframe view. I would like to keep the edges BLACK no matter what, and if that is not possible, at least I would like the edges to be BLACK in the "No Hidden" view and whatever in the other views.I have played with the color settings for two days now, and I could NOT find the culprit among them.In my config.pro file I have:color yesgraphics openglenable_fsaa 16spin_with_silhouettes yesdisplay_shilhouette_edges yestangent_edge_display solidedge_display_quality very_highshade_quality 50skip_small_surfaces noset antialiasing mode onsmooth_lines yesWhat can I do in this situation? Any ideas appreciated!
Is it possible to redefine default coordinate system Inability to redefine default coordinate system and change orientation
We just finished the Mathcad Virtual Conference 2022! Hooray! It was very nice seeing some of the PTC Community regulars in the Q&A. I promised many people in the Q&A that the Design of Experiments in Mathcad Prime (Anji Seberino's presentation) and Developer's Perspective on Prime 8's Engine Updates (Anna Novikova's presentation) worksheets will be available on the PTC Community. (As well as the conference replay page and via PTC rep follow-up.) This post has those worksheets attached. Also, please let me know what you thought of the conference! It was a massive effort to put together. The replays-on-demand for the conference should be up at the conference page on Mathcad.com (see link in first sentence) starting by Sept 15 if you missed it.The raffle worksheet will be available a bit later in a Mathcad.com blog article. I'm going to start reaching out to the 25 raffle T-shirt winners next week, since I'm going on a vacation for the rest of this week.I kno
Editor's note: This blog article has a companion PTC Mathcad Prime 8 worksheet that can be read in Prime 8 or versions released afterward. You can find it in this post's sidebar. Calculus is a branch of mathematics quantifying the change of a function. Calculus can be broken down into two main areas: derivative calculus and integral calculus. Derivatives measure the rate of change of a function. Integrals measure the area under the curve of a function. A partial derivative involves a function that is driven by multiple variables, and we find the rate of change of one variable while assuming all the other variables are held constant. If you have ever driven a car, then you can understand the basic concepts of derivatives and partial derivatives. Let’s look at a simple example. Derivatives and Your Car Let’s say you are going to drive your car from your home to work. It takes time to get from point A to point B. You can use a watch to measure time and an odometer to measure distance. Yo
Hi all, Can anyone suggest how to overcome the issue in the attached image. Currently using Mathcad Prime 10. Kind regards,Iain
I am using Creo Parametric Release 12.4 and Datecode12.4.0.0Hi,For an internal task I’m working on, I need to export an assembly from Creo and save it as a Wavefront (.obj) file. The assembly contains a reference part and multiple instances of that same part positioned differently. When exporting to .obj and opening the file, I’d like to rename these objects and have them appear in a specific order. However, I’m running into an issue where each part is saved with generic names like “Facet Feature id 41,” which prevents me from organizing them properly.Does Creo provide any way to assign custom names and control the export order when generating an .obj file? If not, once the .obj is exported, is it possible to edit the file afterward to apply the naming and ordering changes I need? Please let me know.
I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.0.0Hello,We had a computer to use PTC creo parametric to design some equipements that was spendign long time to open every project, we upgraded this pc whit new CPU, RAM and GPU, but the problem persist, at the moment after many checks the PC is not having any bottleneck from this side.Could you help us to fix this problem ?This computer at the moment has:windows 11Intel ultra 7 265k32GB DDR5Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5060 Aero OC 8GThanks you in advanceKind regards
Looking to provide a sequence number above both the ratio and check matrices, see attached image, to correspond with the check list above. I work with Mathcad Prime 10.
In any drawing which contains holes normally (written manually (2x) M12) How can i make the number of holes should be automatically generated ?
Hi everyone and happy new year, I've started the Simulation Live trial program and while following the introduction course, i'm running into a strange issue : results stays at zero for any restriction/load i might try. In the information message area, i'm getting this message : The material library is not available in the current working directory or the application data folder. I've commented my usual pro_material_dir option to make sure i'm using OOTB material library. I've also tried to copy the library or the applied material file in the working directory without success. Thanks for any help on that topic.
I need a new license
I have bought Mathcad premium version but the premium features don't work.
I have configured my model tree with some columns and sometimes it is hard to see if the part that I clicked is in the same line of the information displayed on a distant column, so it'd be nice to have an option to add horizontal lines between columns in Creo. I will put an image to clarify what I am saying.
