At the moment I have 4 open cases. This is what I see in my support page. Is that correct? It has also been several months since I saw a recommendation at this link https://support.ptc.com/apps/csviewers/auth/ssl/recviewer or since I got an e mail with a recommendation (see also this discussion) https://community.ptc.com/t5/Performance-Advisor/I-have-not-received-any-recommendations-for-months/m-p/563929#M472 Any news about it?
Browse documentation returns only 3 documents for FlexPLM version 11.0. Same for 11.1. If I take the old refdoc.jsp, there are like 100 documents available for the version 11.0. Is it possible to update the web site to reflect the list of available documentation? Thanks
Portal has a case of "the Fridays". Specifically, takes forever to login. Ancillary links like "View Request History" time out with an error, or just spin forever. I've tried 3 different browsers with all history removed on Win7, also an iPad using Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Errors range from "There has been an error processing this request" to "Service Unavailable". Just me?

I'm sure there was a link (one of three) at the bottom right-hand side of the landing page. Can we have it back please!
I opened a case on Monday, Oct 15, sev 2. Wasn't sure where to put it based on the problem (problem being a subject for another post in a different group, maybe). The case showed as "open" once I completed the online form, and was assigned a number. I never got an email confirming the open, the one that instructs you to reply to the email as is. Figured it was queued up after a busy weekend, and didn't think much of it. Come to the end of the day. Still no email. Hmmmmm. I open up the case online, and there is now an owner and an instruction from the case owner from me. I never got an email on that. I updated the case to let the owner know I am not getting updates, and could he please respond directly to me via email. The owner then decides to transfer the case. No email. I noticed because I am now constantly checking the case online. The case is now with the new owner, who apparently has to c
Is anybody else having issues with their account being locked? It seems random for me and sensitive to which link I click on to enter the site. As an example, I clicked on the embedded link inside an email this morning and when logging in it says locked out. But when I went to my favorites shortcut to the support site, it accepted my user name and password. I've already reset my password a couple times and done cache and java clears.
Hi, Besides ptclearningexhange.com and Youtube, is there a Creo Parametric video tutorial site with a good range of tutorials? I work in Education and I am wanting to refer other people to the tutorials. Recommendations on the best sites / places? Thanks in advance Joe
Is there any way to disable these alerts in the eSupport portal. Even after closing them with the "X" the same alerts continue to come back each time the page is returned to (reloaded).
Hi, I have been calling PTC Technical Support for 3 hours today only to receive the message, "No operator available, please leave a message". I am shocked there is no one available to pick up a phone.
The short description box on the case details page is not wrapping correctly. Last week the text was just blowing past the box and continuing off the screen. This week it no longer does that, but it doesn't wrap correctly either.

Using the Technical Support Search with the term 'Application (UNNAMED): running public notification type 118, mode spawn' it returns 1 result: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS234144&language=en&posno=1&q=Application%20(UNNAMED)%3A%20running%20public%20notification%20type%20118%2C%20mode%20spawn&source=search When I click on this result it says.. Sorry. Article 234144 was not found. Here are some options: Does anyone know why CS234144 is missing? Is it a database issue or is the link incorrect?
Everyone learns differently, and some acquire knowledge faster than others. However, learning is everywhere and if you walk around with your ears, eyes, and your mind open, you will soak new wisdom in without noticing. There are a few habits you can cultivate to make things easier and support your learning process. Ask for clarification Don’t leave room for doubt! If you need clarification, never be shy to ask. Engaging in a conversation and digging deeper into a topic will help you digest the information and make it stick in your memory. Don’t be afraid of failure Despite working hard, errors and mistakes happen, and sometimes things just don’t work out the way you wanted them to. However, don’t let these situations discourage you, but instead, explore why things didn’t work and use this insight to do better next time. Be a thorough observer Keep your eyes and ears open! Don’t just focus on your immediate tasks but read about, listen to and engage in things
I have been given a PTC University introduction to Creo Parametric 3.0 training guide however i cant find anywhere to download the class files that go with the exercises
Hi, I am looking for a way to download all reference documentation for a product release, e.g. Windchill 11.1 M010 at once. In the old TS portal, every single reference documentation, for example Read this First, WGM User guides, was linked directly to the according PDF file. That way, one could easily crawl through each link and download the pdfs. The new TS portal new has an additional page in between where all available language versions of a document are listed. Crawling through the links is no longer possible and manually download needs double mouse clicks than before. It would be beneficial to have the possibility for download the reference documentation as a bundle again. Regards, Ruediger
