Hi All,   I'm Ilona from Hungary.  I've used ThigWorx 8.2.2 for 1 year, and now 3 weks ago the system was updated to 8.4.4 version. My problem is, earlier i have written some GoogleChart widget swith Extension SDK in Eclipse. It worked well. But after the upgrade they have been done.    In IDE environment I see the Timeline or another widget, but in runtime it is nowhere.   This is the Timeline code:  https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/timeline   I've the loader.js library, it works earlier well. I've written timeline.runtime.js, timeline.ide.js, timeline.ide.css, timeline.runtime.css.  I've used Extension SDK 8.2 and i can't download the newest version.  Error message:  Subscription already exists for this edition. Hello,   I have a problem with datachange event when i authantificate with w new created user. Explanation: I developed a thing worx application. Hello everybody,   I am having diffucult to create charts binding with tags from my PLC.   I am comunicating my foundation with my PLC tags throught of Industrial Connectivity. It is working well.   I want bind this tags to label chart, where the data refresh when my tag change in my PLC   I am using this guide to orientation: https://developer.thingworx.com/en/resources/guides/display-data-charts   But the value, in the guide, are inserted manual into infotable.   Does someone has a solution to this?   Regards,Leonardo.

Hello   I have a bunch of devices connected to Thingworx with the C SDK, each device connects to thingworx by using its serial number as an identfier so that they can be asigned to their associated thing on thingworx. I created a single appKey that all devices will use to connect to Thingworx. I'm creating a Widget Extension and would like for there to be a Style Definition that comes along when installing the Extension for use as a default style in the widget. How can I go about doing this?

Hello , I am able to upload a CSV file into the platform and able to make those values in CSV file to store in a infotable in thingworx platform.   But from there I should insert the values into a table that exists in the external database like postgres . Hi Everyone,    I have downloaded "MED-61283-CD-084_SP1_ThingWorx-Rockwell-FT-MES-8-4-1-Extension-Bundle" Extension and while i am trying to import it on 8.4 thingworx version. it showing me an below exception.  Also for this same  Extension there is no document present on site. could you  please help me on this.     

Hi, I got the error "Could not create a transaction for ThingworxPersistenceProvider" .    Referring to the article https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS229649  ,    the issue should only occurs in thingworx version lower than 7.0,  but I'm on Thingworx 8.4.2.    please check the attached trace_log.   I don't know how to reproduce it and don't know when it will occurs again.     Database: Postgresql 10.x   Regards, Sean

Hello I need to show a chart that works exactly like X-Y chart, but with the possibility to show at the X asix a date string (or a timestamp) and on Y a value". X-Y Chart does not allow to use string or timestamp on X ... this is the problem. This is what I get  Graphically it is OK, the problem is that X are "days" theoretically, but to get this "effect" I had to use a pure number, 1 to n (on picture X labels are hidden). Hi ,  I am trying to read data from CSV using ReadCSVFile from CSV Parser Extension snippets. I am getting below error while am trying to read data. Error executing service importUserNames. How do I purge any and all entries for a given datatable that are within a certain time range? I don't care what values may be contained within the time range - I will want to delete them, regardless.    I've tried these two out-of-the-box methods from PTC:   Things["MyDataTable"].PurgePropertyHistory({propertyName: undefined,endDate: myEndTimeStamp,immediate: true,startDate: myStartTimeStamp});   ...and......   Things["Ford.PFS.GM.Historian.Repository"].PurgeSelectedPropertyHistory({propertiesToPurge: eventFramesInfoTable /* I passed an empty infotable here that was the same shape as my data table */,endDate:myEndTimeStamp,startDate:myStartTimeStamp});

Hi I am  trying to Install Thingworx 8.3 in my Local PC without using Virtual machine But i am Getting Certain Errors   Then I installed the Apache Tomcat, ThingworxStorage and ThingworxBackupStorage are not created in Local disk C   While Opening PostgreSQL PgAdmin 3 It displays the Error that the Connecting to database failed   Can anyone guide me to installing Thingworx on my local PC?

Hi , ---Nested InfoTable I need to display multiple tables in the mashup with ONE server call .  So  I created a data shape and add the fields with data type "InfoTable".   In the mashup , I bind the field to advanced grid instead of "all data", so I call it nested InfoTable.    ---Dynamic columns I also need the columns of the advanced grid to be dynamic , so I don't set data shape for the InfoTable fields  .  Only advanced grid supports dynamic columns , grid doesn't support it.   But advanced grid does NOT  work  in the combination of Nested InfoTable + Dynamic columns.  It just display the data as Empty lines.  See the summary table and attached image below:    Is it a known issue ?        Dynamic Column Nest Table     Yes No Yes No Dynamic Column Yes / / Doesn't Work Works Well   No / / Works Well Works Well Nest Table Yes Doesn't Work Works Well / / &nbs

Hello, We are able to create communication with mobile devices & Thingworx with the help of thingworx web API.  1) I am willing to keep apk file on SystemRepository/FileRepoistory folder of thingworx server.  2) As a user, I can able to download apk on the mobile device once I clicked on any link/web API.   Is it possible to achieve this scenario?   Kindly share your inputs on the same.   Thanks in advance,  

Hello!   I'd like to know if it is possible to run a ThingsWorx service through an external application (like Unity). Ideally I'd want to keep the scripting of the service on ThingsWorx for various reasons, so it would really just be to do something like "MyThing.GetService("MyServiceName").Run();" (with the data returned by the service being re-routed to the external app obviously) or something along those lines.    Thanks!
