When I try to update a stream entry I'm getting an error saying the id doesn't exist. But I logged that Id and checked the stream manually and could find it there. Anyone else faced this and what could be the reason for this?

We need to acquire a licence for an OPC UA Client driver. We have two Kepserver systems(licensed with SNMP Suite) and have set up OPC tunnelling between the two systems, but the feature OPC UA Client is time limited on one of the systems. What is the right software suite to purchase. We are looking at purchasing the OPC Connectivity Suite. will this be adequate for the Kepserver system setup with the OPC UA Client driver configuration.  

I have set an "identifier" for an existing thing. Can I access the thing name and its properties using the identifier instead of the thing name. If YES, how do we do this? 

Is there a way to change settings/configuration in Kepware which can allow us to remove duplicate data coming from devices? Its being fed into ADX and there we are getting lot of duplicate rows with same timestamp, telemetry value etc.

Is it possible to use external javascript libraries in thingworx. I would like to make use of the influxdb2 client specifically so that I do not have to re-invent the wheel on services and queries to our local influx data base.   

I have created an Organization, and tried to logging in but it giving me this error, though I'm a part of admin group with all access and even I have provided all the correct credentials.It is giving 405 http error.

Two buttons in mashup to show status message. On clicking first button one status message will appear. Without dismissing it if i clicked second button, another status message is coming along with first status message. But the first status message should get closed when another status message is coming. How to do this

In my mashup, I'm using the file upload widget to upload and display images, as illustrated below. I'm now focusing on the backend functionality, specifically the need to organize the uploaded images into a folder for later repository submission to wc, rather than as individual files.I've explored the repository services and found a service named "create folder," which seems relevant. However, I'm currently unsure about how to use it to create a folder and how to post the images uploaded by the file upload widget into this folder. I also need clarity on the binding structure required for this functionality.Any guidance or resources on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Hi,I have a solution where I have a structure that should be expandable/collapsable. It works great as long as I have only one open, but when I have one open and open another I will need double click.It works like this:1, A trigger button calles an expression which sets a session variable containing the id (string) of the clicked parent of the children being expanded (children lies in a container with visible false from the start).2, In the service getting the items there are logic to set an expanded flag which is then used to alter the visible property of the childrens container.3, I have a session variable to be able to know if the structure should be expanded or collapsed, 0 means that it is incremented, 1 means that it is set to 0. The session in (1) is then set to empty or the id of the item being expanded.So, how would you propose that this can be done? KindlyOskar Berntorp

Hi, I have a mashup which has a led widget, and gauge widget and date and time widget  also have a thing  A which has a two properties -temp and humidity. I m storing this properties value in database in value stream table.So now I want to show previous properties data on my mashup widgets led-temp, gauge-humidity by using date time widget. like when I select specified date and time in mashup  then that specified time date entry value want to show on widgets.how can we do this? Thanks

I'm trying to execute a batch of SQL insert queries with multiple data values. I've stored the values (to be inserted) in an Infotable, iterating over the infotable and building the INSERT query statements and then making a call to "RunDatabaseCommand" service of a DB thing.  Ideally, with different set of values the said service inserts the values into the DB. When one of the multiple values (at the time of iteration) has already exist, the service throws an error (DB error i.e., Primary key violation) - this is expected. However, the service execution stops at the existing entry and doesn't reach the remaining values.  For example - the Infotable values (v1, v2, v3, v4 etc., ) needs to be inserted. These values are iterated, over each iteration the values are being inserted into the DB. Suppose "v2" values already exist in the DB and v3 and v4 values doesn't exist in the DB. At the time iteration execution with v1 value gets inserted. Execution with v2 values

Hello devs, What would be the easiest way to change the icon size in the standard ptc-menubar widget in Thingworx? I couldn't find it in the list of configurable properties/style properties of the widget, and didn't have luck with changing it with css. The default size is very small, making the icons somewhat unreadable. I tested three different css lines like following, but couldn't even get these to appear in the browser dev tools. Kepserver scanning modbus devices, each channel has three devices preset, which all three have the same IP and ID. Port 502 is used. Setting 1 socket per each device on channel is set.I am getting big number of connection timeouts and random data collection disabled. All timeout/retires settings are already maxed out.Attached are event log from offshore live system, some screenshots to present config from demo/test system and a .csv export example of one device from three on one channel.

I have entry saved in Datatable and entry contains an infotable in it and i have two entries in it and i want to delete one of the version data from it which is on index 1. I have attached the screenshot also.  I have written a code which is removing the infotable value which is on index 1 but i am unable to update the datatable. I have a service which is giving me a string, but when I bringing it to the widget(Text Field) the html formatted of that string is showing up. Im using Thingworx 8.5.

I have only one entry in my datatable with 4 fields. One of the field is primary key for that datashape. Now my question is i want to update this entry but that primary key value would also be updated. Now the confusion is how can i do that? I have the service UpdateDataTableEntry and AddOrUpdateDataTableEntry but these both services creates a new entry because the value of the primary key changes too. what is the best solution in this regard should i delete the entry first and then add the new one or how you can see this problem?
