I solved the problem of a pendulum with a elastic link in a Cartesian coordinate system. But I can not solve this problem in the polar coordinate system. I ask for help from the community! Mathcad 15 in Attach!

Hi everyone, I'm trying to solve a sistem of two coupled differential equations on Mathcad Prime using Odesolve, but I'm not getting sucess. Anyonde can help me? (I guess that the error is on the term highlighted in second equation)   

Can someone help me please?   I'm trying to solve this sistem of tho couple differential equations using the comand Odesolve but I'm not getting sucess. (I guess that the error is in the red highleghted in the second equation).p.s. I'm using the Mathcad Prime 5.0  

I cant figure out how to get the maximum amplification of this bandpass. It keeps showing this error and i dont know why? Id be thankfull for any help since im quite new to this programm.

My university computers only have Mathcad prime 5 and I wrote my document in Mathcad prime 6. How can I create a file that I can open in Mathcad 6. when I try to open it there always comes an Error that this file is not compatible, because it is from a newer version.  

Hello, Newly introduced to MathCAD Prime 6.0 here and I want to put the following image as a matrix. Then, write a program where, at any given roof angle, between 0-30, and 1) if solidity ratio is 0 or 1, then interpolate to get  corresponding Cp value. 2) if solidity ratio is between 0 and 1, then do bi-linear interpolation to get a corresponding Cp value. 3) if solidity ratio is greater than 1, then extrapolate to get a corresponding Cp value. Would really appreciate some help on how I could go about this. Thank you!   *EDIT* I have now been able to convert this data as a matrix. I used another thread as an example to be able to extract the roof angle matrix, Solidity ratio = [0  1] and the Cp values matrix. After this I am stuck on how to program the conditions stated above. Please refer to the mdcx file attached. Also familiar with the linterp, and interp functions. But unsure on how to use them for my requirements.

Hello,   I am having trouble finding the maximum value of the functions x(t) y(t) and theta(t). I have attached my workbook I assumed this would be easy but I am unable to find a simple way to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.     

The formula of the corr function is given in Mathcad help. But correl is not given. I know corr is pearson coeffcient but what is correl ? What does it represent?

Hello I would like to convert a given set of data to a segment of straight lines, rather than a perfect curve. For example, in  the attached picture, I would like to convert the data for the sine curve into a set of straight line. Two examples are illustrated in the attachment. One is an approximation connecting the peaks and zeros and the other is more refined approximation. If I use the regression (least square method) on the sine curve, I get a horizontal line. Question: how to convert the given sine curve data into a set of lines and make them more refined, i.e., with the help of some refining variable. 

Hello everyone,   I have lots of datasets with different embankment profiles, see picture for example. Each embankment contains 1 or 2 slopes.    Is it possible to calculate the slope (in this case 2) within the profile. How do I select my boundaries for each slope on the x axis. I can connect my data trough excel as import or make x-y tables/matrixes in mathcad.   I use mathcad prime version 3.     Thanks in advance   Gerwin   ps seems I posted in wrong forum section. Hello.  I have a problem with the units see .mcdx. The first one is calculated with units. The second one is calculted WITHOUT units. The second one is correct, is it impossible to make the same answer with the first one just with units?  Thx.

Can anyone explain why some equations do not work with the solver command and how can I work around this error?   Here's an example of one of these errors ... isolating speed is simple in this example but still gives error.   thanks in advance
