Hi All, What is the formula to stack the zcal into a vector and rearrange the vector up to the zcal value. Can anyone please advice?  

Dear All, Found the solution to stack and filter the vector to calculated value. I am looking for a loop or formula which I can calculate area under each section of the vector and then cummulate them.  

Hello, I have been having problems with saving/printing the file to pdf. Some pages come out blank (only header and footer is visible but not the content of the page) in pdf without specific reason. It does not happen in every worksheet, just some.Let me know what I can do with it.

HelloI have two issues:1. The system will not accept my product code so i cannot raise a support case.2. My laptop just got a new motherboard. I cannot get Mathcad to activate and i cant download a new licence as it says i have had too many.Is there another way to raise a support case?Thanks

I used to use Mathcad on other computer. I use free Mathcad version only. Now I have new computer and want to install Mathacad again, but I cannot acquire new licence. Can you help me use the old one? How can I get it again?

I am a student and want to purchase the Mathcad Prime 10 Student version (the one for $63/year), but when I click on the link that says "Order Now", it just brings me to the "Mathcad Express Free Download", which is not what I want. I already have Mathcad Express, and I wish to purchase the student version for $63/year, because I am a student who needs Mathcad Prime. In other words, I have found no way to actually purchase/buy the student version of Mathcad Prime. Is there any fix to this to allow me to buy the student version?

Could not install because it would not accept my password or redo a new password to get a PTC.COM account.   Would not install MATHCAD PRIME 30-DAY TRAIL.   too many hoops and hurdles....

As per the original post.    I am encountering the vectorization error that is common when converting old mathcad files to Mathcad Prime 10.  Has anyone updated this sheet for use in Mathcad Prime 10?

using Prime 10 and 8 and getting the same result.  when using the floor command and getting the incorrect output.  did some checking and found Mathcad is rounding out to 21 decimals places. is this something where we should add a step to round a previous set of calculations before adding the Floor command? or am I doing this incorrectly?  See attached file.

Hi Mathcad Team, Last week I got a message from our Custommers, he has old version of mathcad which mean Mathcad 15, and he has a license issue. We tried to solve the issue, but we got stucked. The new license mathcad Prime can't be installed on their mathcad installer setup So,here is my question, is mathcad 15 is not available anymore in 2025? do you have any information about it anyway he has a locked license

My computer was attacked and all my files coded with aamv ransomware virus.My Mathcad Prime 6 (MP6) was in part damaged.I can write comments between the mathamatical  formulas, but, if I come back later and I want correct the written text my MP6 chrases down immediately. I must write text in Word, copy here and paste in MP6 worksheet. How can I repair this problem?Under windows I have only Modify and Uninstall possibility. My Windows 11 Pro was heavier damaged!Pls support me asap.

I am trying to get the answers using the minerr in solveblock but somehow minerr seems to be doing nothing. Can somebody provide any insights on this what I am doing wrong ?

Hello Mathcad community, I ran into an error while using the root() function on a linfit() polynomial in Prime 10.0.1.0.I approximated a function by using the linfit() function on two vectors for the x- and y-coordinates respectively. The resulting coefficient vector for a cubic polynomial approximation is shown below.The approximating function can now be written as below (as a dot-product):  I need to find the z-coordinate for a given value of s(z), so I want to use the root() function to do this. When entering the function as specified above, the root() function gives me the error "these matrices must have compatible units".  However, when I use the individual polynomial coefficients from c_cub to specify the s(z) function directly by expanding the dot-product, everything works fine.  Any idea why this behaves differently? What am I missing? Thanks for any insights on this.Joost

Hello, Sorry I know this issue has been raised before and I have searched but the proposed solution to that specific problem was beyond my knowledge of mathematical languages.  I have defined a range (via step range) to give me a list of values to input into an equation to allow me to graph the result. This worked fine in previous versions but since upgrading to 10 it has become broken. I understand that its something to do with how Mathcad Prime defines vectors now or something but I can't seem to get this to now work. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Mathcad Prime 9.0.0.0 works fantastic on my laptop screen. When I drag the window over to my 2nd monitor it will no longer allow me to move the text or equations around and it shows a not allowed symbol. Does anyone have a solution for this issue where I can use the software on the other monitor?
