Mathcad

I have been trying to embed a Madcath Prime document in Access 2016, but it has been impossible.I have the Mathcad 14 version and it does recognise the OLE Objet type, but with the mathcad prime version it does not let me the option to insert it in the Access 2016 form.    I have created a new object of type "MathcadPrime.Application". but then I had to assign an external address with the file, I can't get it embedded in the Access 2016 form. There are any option wich i dont need to give the external address to the file? (as in Mathcad 14 wich was embeed as an OLE Objet type)     Thanks!!    (This is the VBA code using the "MathcadPrime.Application")   (This image is with Matchad 14)   

Hello Folks, I have prepared the 45 pages sheet in Mathcad Prime 10 while the person who wants to access the sheet has prime 9, and Mathcad is not backward compatible. So the solution I found was to install the Prime 9 and 10 in the same system and copy from 10 and paste it in 9, now when i'm trying to paste the message is popping up saying "Unable to paste the specified object due to : PrimeObject Log file is located at C:\Program Data\PTC\Mathcad Prime\Logs\MathcadPrime_Exception_20240706_124750.log". Does anyone has the solution on how we can resolve this ?

I am trying to simplify the following:However, it leaves the absolute value symbol around cos(t), even though I limited it to only when those functions are positive. It's even weirder that it removes the absolute value symbols from sin(t). It's not a problem for something small like this, but it becomes a problem when I do something more complicated or want to use that calculated expression for something else. How can I get it to simplify it better?I'm using Mathcad Prime 10.0.0.0

Hello, I am working on an assignment that asks me to "plot the function (y(x)) and the first derivative of the function." Now my function is (2x^3-x^2+3) and its first derivative (6x^2-2x). For some reason, I cannot get the plot to show up like I know it should, It just doesn't look right. How would you all go about plotting this? (PTC Mathcad Prime)

HiI'm trying to remake an old template for solving a differential equation on a free falling hatch in Mathcad Prime 9. Attached is the old version of the file from Mathcad 15. When I try to set up the rkfixed command after giving all the same info, I get an error code that the function D, doesn't converge. I've tried a few different ways of doing the substitution in D, but I've never gotten the solver to actually solve anything. It either says that D doesn't converge, that t is undefined, or unexpected error, this is a red underline on D. Is there a way to make this work? Any help is much appreciated!

Hello,I'm having a problem finding the solution for a set of equations. Using MathCad Prime 10The usual method for solving this exercise is to due a iterative process assuming values for L4 and verifying for which value one of the equations is the closest to 0.I can do it manually inside of mathcad but have not made the solve block do it for me.Is this because the solution is approximate?I am attaching the mathcad file. 

Dears, The error appears when I changed the boundary from 10^3 to 10^5 in Odesolve block. May you help to fix this issue please.I am using Prime 9.0 Thanks in advance BR

I have a list of data. Some do not give a solution within the tolerance. What is the best way to ignore and move onto the next set of data? Is there a way to set a more coarse tolerance value? Prime 10 attached.

Any Mathcad 6.0+ fans out there?I've been using it since 1995. I got the Mathcad 7 and 8 upgrades and hated them. So, I've been using 6.0+ ever since. Mathcad 6.0+ ran fine on Win 95, Win NT, Win 98, Win 2000, and Win XP. Win 2000 and XP were a little trickier to install. I just took a good install from a Win 95 machine, copied the whole WINMAD directory and transferred it to the 2000 or XP machine. Then I tweaked the Windows file associations manually. Now I have Windows 7. I tried the same procedure. Most everything works fine, except when I Save or Save As... Mathcad 6.0+ shuts down abruptly. I’ve fiddled with the Compatibility mode and settings, but I get the same results. Any suggestions?

Hello,i am currently making a calculation with Mathcad Prime 9.0, where i got 3 different load cases and i want them all in 1  sheet. i made a few formulas at the beginning, and will later calculate my loadcases with them. For that i wanted some variables to be empty, so that they will just shown as their variable name, so i can later change this variable in every load case to a different number. When i just use a non defined variable, the whole formula cant used furtherWhen i give the variable a value and change it later, it will not recalculate the formula with the updated variable. Is there a Solution for this? Or is this just how Mathcad works?

I'm a mathCAD prime 10 user. I'd like to make my own function which refers a lot of parameters. Among them, here "kinematic viscosity of temperature" is below. The problem here is that TB0 already has a unit, .However, during the process of obtaining detailed variables with "units", it's hard to ignore "existing units" and put "new units". Since parameter A and B both have complex units, I don't want to put complex units to both A and B. I wonder how I could get TB0, with their own units from my program. I already searched on the board and learned that deleting all the units used here and put new units to last values but there're more parameters aside from the attatched files so I don't want it. Please help me out of here!  Plus, I wonder how to set an input variable in a function, lub_app. Please refer to method1 and 2 below.

Hello! I'm Y.J. Kim. mathCAD prime 10 user.  I'm trying to solve a 3D thermal conduction equation in cylinderical coordinate. Does the mathCAD provide 3D PDE solver? Plus, can I get a provided manual how to use it easily? Can I also notice what specific solver  is used in PDE solver? Lastly, I'm wondering how you guys solve 3D PDE by mathCAD. Does anybody solve the equation by FEM with their own script for it? I wonder if it provides so that I could start my work either from mathCAD or python. I always appreciate you.

Hello. I stumbled randomly on the following:It seems that Mathcad defines atan and tan^-1 differently. Look at the attached picture. I thought that atan is the same as the inverse tan but it seems that it is not the case. Please, clarify this for me. Shouldn't atan and inverse tangens be the same definition?
