How do I purge data in the PostGreSQL database using retention, how do I calculate the number of tuples in the PostgreSQL database. In Thingworx version 8.5, the OA_OpertorAdviso-extension existed, which provided the PurgeOldProperties service and the GetVSTuples() service. Does something similar exist in Thingworx Version 9.6? Where can I find it?BRDimitri

Reading through this article: How to create an admin user in ThingWorx Navigate when there is no Administrator user in Windchill  In my case, I already had configured to authenticate to Windchill and one of my accounts had an alternate uid of Administrator. Login was fine, no issues. I am switching to SSO on Windchill side so my assumption would be I need a matching id of Administrator which I am hesitant to do. I have added two additional accounts to the Administrators group in Thingworx so I can use those to get into Composer and administer the system. The question is, if I make Administrator in able to be used, will I lose anything or not be able to do functions in Composer? If I need to, I could reconfigure authentication back to get back in but I prefer not to use this account if I do not have to. 

In the file attached (and photos below) I am trying to do the routine of finding ϕ using eigenvector and eigenvalue functions to do the same thing I did manually with A1. A2, A3 and the other matrices. Is this possible and if so can someone please help me out in doing so? Thank you!  

I can't find how to set the colour of tangent edges in the drawing. Say I have a a simple extrude with fillets (rounds) on the corners: The tangent edges (from the Round feature) appear to be green in the drawing: The tangent edges are dimmed. If i set them to be Solid instead of dimmed, then the tangent edges become black: When I print the drawing (save as PDF) it gomes through with black lines (not green). But I think i have some config.pro setting to ignore pen tables, but i can't remember exactly what exactly it can be. Anyway, it seems to be only a visual thing at the moment, but it is still doesn't look right. I looked through Creo settings, drawing settings, pen table and I seem to be unable to find anything that changes this colour. Can somebody guide me into the right direction? 

I find that the default cut list generated in a drawing on the Framework tab is very unsatisfactory; it creates a new line for each item even when many are identical, it displays the length in the same column as the part name which is not very readable, it does not display angles for mitered ends.Is there a way to customize the standard cut list or generate a satisfactory cut list in a table? I would like to display a table that does the following:1) Collapse identical members and display the quantity of each2) provide cut lengths in a separate column in fractional measurements3) provide columns with the miter angles if necessary 4) Ideally I would not display the part names at all, only the type of structural section in use. (e.g. 2x2x1/4 Tube Sq) I have not been able to locate the source of the default cut list table to see if it can be modified, and I have tried to use a repeat region table but I haven't found the syntax to use to find this information. Thanks very mu

Hi PTC Community,I'm currently facing a peculiar issue in KepserverEX 6.15 while working with a specific .opf configuration file that includes a datalogger setup.Every time I open this .opf file, the "regenerate column mapping rules" area, under the Advanced Log Group settings, gets altered. The Yes/No choices are changed seemingly randomly.The rest of the configuration stays intact.The project itself is offline and being used to migrate settings from an older Kepware server to a new one.Has anyone encountered a similar issue?Is there a specific setting or migration step that could be causing this?Any troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, Like in title, in cB 2.1.0.3 we have encountered a problem with Test Steps table - it is not possible to edit permissions on this table. All options are greyed out like on screenshot: Has anyone encountered such a problem and have a solution for that?

When I try and open creo it says my license has expired and brings me to a page that says I don't have the privilege's for. I'm trying to do school work but I cant because I cant open creo.

Hello,   When i'm filtering the things using the like filter which contains special characters, it's not returning any results. I have tried using escape characters still no result. Did anyone face this issue? Hi All,I am trying to use a While Loop with two conditions, something like below:while (x > 10) ^ (y < 100)...but Mathcad 15 only goes through the loop once and does not execute the iterations. If I use only one condition check, it works fine. Could someone let me know if it is correct to do what I show above?Thank you.

I'm a brand new Windchill user, so I'm still figuring out a lot of things. In particular, is there a way to still save files to my computer instead of to my workspace? I have an assembly saved to my computer, and I edited it a bit today, and now it won't update the file on my computer, it only saves the revision to my workspace.

I am trying to connect the new omni 7000 flow computers to the Kepware omniflow driver, but these computers have a different and larger modbus map than the omni 6000 computers. Some of the registers are kept but there are others that when I try to enter them to the kepserver, I get an error message indicating that the number of registers cannot be added because it is out of range.How can I add the new registers from the omni 7000 to the omni flow driver?

Currently I am using the Torque Tool Ethernet driver, in KEPServerEX 6.The device I am testing for, is a PowerFocus 6000 that is communicating via Revision 2.0 of OpenProtocol. There are a number of things I need to test and simulate, and this means I need to also set ReadOnly values. This is so that I can bug test my code, and confirm it can retrieve correct values at the correct time. For example, when LTR_NEWDATA is set to 1 by the device, or when LTR_TORQUE_STATUS outputs a NG status value.  The problem is as follows:  LTR_TORQUE_STATUS is a ReadOnly tag. So I am under the impression that I cannot manually set the value for testing. This appears to be the same for other TORQUE tags like LTR_TORQUE_VALUE.I tried to set the data address to something like "901.00001" or "1202.00001", while keeping the tag name the same. My program only looks for tag names. So I was hoping that I could set a different address for testing. (I understand both 901 and 1202 are int

Version: Windchill 13.0   Use Case: There are probably several use cases for this, however mine is pretty specific. I would like to find out if there is an ability to limit the number of people in a group. Description: I work at a multi-location organization where each location has their own budget/allocation of resources. We are looking at consolidating Windchill into a single instance, however the locations need to independently manage their allocation of licenses. My thought would be to have a group assigned to each location for each license, and limit the number of people that can be added to the group based on the number of licenses allocated to that location.   Thoguhts?
