Hi all, A customer asked me this and just wanted to confirm.Can I change the host of a TWX License?Example: If I install a customer license on server ABC and the customer wants to deactivate server ABC and move TWX to server FGH, I'll need to go to license manager and go into Move Assigned Product and put the new deviceID and associate with the license, correct?  TIA, Caio

Hi All,I am new to Mathcad. I have a table where the first column is the material name and the second to fouth columns are material properties. I would like to add the table to a worksheet. When I select one of the materials, the three properties of the material will then be used in subsequent calculations. This can be done easily in Mathcad Prime 9 or 10 using Combo Box, but Mathcad 15 does not have this feature. Could someone give some guidance as to how to archieve this in Mathcad 15? Hi,   I have a responsive mashup, It has three main Sub Containers... 1st Sub Container has Grid2nd Sub Container has Collection Widget 3rd Sub Container has another Grid widget My Screen resolution is 1920*1080, now I see all three Subcontainer are having Scroll bars, which the Customer doesn't want.   Is there a way, My Main Container has a vertical Scroll bar and sub-containers can expand as much as they can, without having any scroll bars?Thingworx version: 9.3.8   Thanks,

To all Pro/E WF4.0 and Creo5 gurus,Is there a way to use variables inside the paths in a config.pro file?Example: system_colors_file c:\pro\Garland\%USERNAME%\sf\syscol.sclThis does not work. Saved the syscol.scl from inside Pro/E to have old school background. Restarted Pro/E, no beuno.Weird thing is though, the one for trail file location works:trail_dir c:\pro\Garland\%USERNAME%\sfgo figureIf anyone has any insight on this I would appreciate it. I'm setting up an Atlas Copco IXB controller using the KEPServerEX release 6.9.572.0 and I'm having an issue activating the two Boolean values for “PVT Comp” and “PVT_MON”. They are reporting false (0) causing Kepware to report null values for these readings (See Below). However, in the web GUI on the Atlas Copco controller tool, I received an accurate Prevailing Torque Compensate reading. In the Kepware manual, these Boolean values are tied to the “LTR_STRAT_OPT” item, which falls under the last tightening results command set. Specifically, bits 3 (PVT_MON) and 4 (PVT_COMP) need to be turned on. Here is a screenshot from the Kepware manual (page 15): We believe these bits in Kepware are connected to the mid-values (0060-0063) for the last tightening results from the tool. Below is a screenshot of these mid values from the OP manual (page 5): Is there a quick fix for turning on these bits that we might have missed?

Hello Community, Using Creo View, I'm trying to insert a stamp into a model, specifically into a PVZ file, but I'm having trouble. The stamp tool button is always grayed out and can't seem to be enabled, see screenshot below. I am using Creo Parametric 7.0.  Background:I am producing a mdl/dwg for manufacturing which uses the final machining mdl as a merged part.  I am doing this to create a mdl/dwg template for automation which will be driven by the final machining mdl. Majority of the dimensions from the final machining mdl are needed for the manufacturing dwg. Question:Outside of manually recreating these dimensions in the manufacturing mdl, does anyone know if there is a way to display the dimensions from the merged final machining mdl in the manufacturing dwg? Thank you!

I have a matrix with three columns. I want to have an if-like statement that searches column 1 and 2 and if both are negative, the result is the maximum of column 3. In this example the result would be 0.0071.Working in Prime 7.

I have created Thingworx extension (Bar Code Generator) in eclipse. I have used external jar - https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/net.sf.barcode4j/barcode4j/2.1  I have added this jar in build path in eclipse. Also added this jar under the lib folder in eclipse. Then run the application as gradle build and created the build. After that while importing the extension in composer, extension is validating successfully but while importing, it is giving an error - Failed to install extension BarCodeGeneratorTwx:1.0.3 because org/krysalis/barcode4j/output/CanvasProvider. Can someone please help here, what exactly I am missing here or I am placing jar in wrong place. Thanks in advance. Attached screenshot of error. 

When the numeric values for the coefficients are substituted into the symbolic solution for an algebraic equation which was solved using the symbolic "Solve" function, the answer does not agree with a numeric solution obtained by using either a solve block or the symbolic engine when all the coefficients are first assigned their numeric values.   See the attached worksheet.  Worksheet was created in Mathcad version 10.0.1.0 Tom

Hi @Werner_E  Do you mind showing me how to change this program for the min distance to find the distance between the red point and all the green points come before it regardless the min distance      like ...In the previous topic we found the nearest to the red point ...I need now to change it to find the distance between the red points ana all the greens come before it and the calculation of the distance should be separet for each red point ..that means if we consider to the third red point the target greens will be the ones between the second and the third points only without involving the previous segments      Thanks in advance

Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: I want to run the Siemens NX part_utility command on everything in my workspace.Description: I want to run the Siemens NX part_utility command on everything in my workspace, specifically "part_utility -managed_mode=no -d -cleanup".  This will do a part cleanup on every .prt file in the workspace directory.  It won't run in the PTC Places folder, since it's not a real directory, but navigating to the actual .wfs folder will allow the utility to run.  The problem is, Windchill doesn't see the files as modified, to allow me to check them in, even though the file date/time has been updated. What is the proper way to run these utilities on Windchill data in the workspace?  or do I have to export all of the data out, run the utility, and then import it all back into workspace?

Does anyone know/have a downloadable Mathcad worksheet that calculates all the major, minor, pitch dimensions, thread shear areas, tensile area (root and effective), etc. for a METRIC thread?  I've found several metric thread calculators that are strictly web based.  One would think that surely someone has created a Mathcad version for Threads based on how integral threaded fasteners are engrained in engineering projects.  I hate working in Excel due to the difficulty it has in checking/tracking all the formulas.  Mathcad is the way to go, especially when outputs of the threads are typically inputs later on in the Mathcad design document. Many years ago in my engineering career, I created an Imperial thread worksheet/template which spits out all the dimensions, thread shear areas, root and effective tensile area, etc. taking into account thread class and everything else based on ASME B1.1 (?).  Served me well over the 2 decades.  Unfortunate
