Hello.I'm trying to use the Tree Grid, within the Grid Widget.I have created two Infotables. Has anyone purchased/utilized PTC extended support? I'm looking for feed back on the experience and if the value is worth the cost. I'm hearing the cost is 10% of our currently list price and it applies for all Windchill products we own.Our current Windchill version goes out of support on June 30th of this year. We plan on migrating to Windchill 13.0.2 as soon as it becomes available in July. We are looking at being out of support for 2-3 months. I've heard if we submit any requests to PTC while out of support, there immediate response will be "you are on a system that isn't supported, migrate to a supported system and if the issue persists we will investigate."Our VAR indicates this is an option that is rarely utilized. Any thoughts?

I am trying to write a service that returns the local time offset from UTC. I simply create a new Date() object and run the getTimezoneOffset() on this object. I verified that the date object is indeed my local time, but the getTimezoneOffset() is returning 0. How can I get the offset from UTC?  var date = new Date(); // this is returning my local date/time var localOffset = date.getTimezoneOffset(); //this is returning 0 

Hi there, I am trying to set up some simulation tags to do some testing on software we are writing. I have a series of INT values that I need to write, (one every minute) but I need the simulation to start at midnight... so that is when I want the first value in the chain to be written. I have set up a USER (6000,......) tag, but the value starts when I created the tag, and I can't find any way to start it at a specific time. Is that possible?

Is it possible to be in the mashup screen and use a button or command that takes the user to a specific AMU or RTPPM screen?

Hi,I am using Creo 8 with PDM (windchill 12) I am putting a decal on a part that exists in my PDM. I revised the part (rev 04) and went to view -> appearances -> edit appearance -> decal, and selected an image file from my drive. When I look at the model and the drawing, the decal appears just fine. So I go to check in my model.  After check in and publish, I remove the part from my workspace and add it again from the commonspace.  Now when I open the part and the drawing, the decal is gone. Instead I see a grey color appearance where my decal was.  Any inputs on what is happening and how I can fix this? I need the decal to show up on my published PDF.  Thanks!

Creo wont allow me to change dimensions in sketcher, When I double click the dimension the action gets overidden and I am prevented from making any changes. It is almost like there are some relations active in the background. I have used dimensional relations before and have deleted them. The problem affects even new part creation, feels like it may even be a setting of some sort.   

I am using Creo Parametric 9.0 and I have an assembly with weld features and subcomponents that also have weld features. I am creating a drawing and I want to use the show model annotations function to place the weld symbols from the model on a drawing view. When I click on the view and then Show Model Annotations, the Dimension tab shows only the annotations relevant to the top level assembly. However, in the model symbols tab, all of the weld symbols show as optional to insert, including the ones in sub-components, not just the top level (see picture below). With only about 5 symbols needed on the top level assembly, sorting through all the weld symbols is a messy task. Is there any way to only list the top-level assembly symbols and not all symbols for selection? Is there a way to filter so only the top-level assembly symbols are listed in Show Model Annotations?

Hello, how can I setup the amount of flanks for a circle?Since I am using creo 9 that behaviour is "new". When I used 6 it wasn´t doing this - most probably the setup was correct. I am sure its an easy fix. thanks in advance.  P.S. Hello, in all the years of Windchill projects there is one problem-area that's always coming up:The (Creo) workspace and it's (annoying) limitations. Quite often there is a triple set of related objects: CAD Model, CAD drawing and a related item. (yes, that's somewhat simplified 😉 )Model, drawing and item have usually a different number - which results in the "problem" that in a table view it's hard to group those triple sets or pairs in the table view.A solution we sometimes use is to define an IBA on the EPM documents named "partno"  as well as on the WTParts. that attribute always contains the value of WTPart.number.result: in the workspace it's possible to sort by column "partno" and the objects are grouped together. my customers like that. But... while this is "ok" for smaller installations it's creating a lot of "duplicate" data in the database and especially in the StringValue table which is quite often already huge even without that attribute. Problems

Just starting to experiment with Creo+. By doing a "SaveAs" I found where my start in directory is. The question I have is where/how do I set this?   I am used to it being in the icon that is used to fire off the software, but when clicking on the control center to fire off Creo+, I do not anything like that.   Also, my config.pro is typically in my start directory, but I am not sure where to find it in Creo+. Is there a way to port over Creo Options over to Creo+ Options for all the setting?

Transferring a license from a development server to the production server, it looks like this can be done as long as you have access to the MyKepware account the license originally came from and it still has support? Must also use the same MyKepware credentials when transferring that were used for the original activation? What happens if the perpetual is out of support? Within Codebeamer suggestion ideas are it is not possible to search, therefore a field in the top for searching would be great. Otherwise I have to manual went through a lot of ideas.

I no longer receive support emails. The last one is from last Thursday.   In addition, Performance Advisor data has also not been updated since yesterday morning (CEST).   Does anyone else have the same problem?  

Mathcad Prime 9.0.0.0I'm doing a separation of variables equation, where I start with the equation at the top left in the screenshot. Using the solution that mathcad provides from the integrals, i get an output, that doesn't match up with the true answer (highlighted in blue). Am I using it wrong?
