I have added MQTT Extension 3-1-0 to Thingworx 9.3 platform, and trying to show in a little mashup the temp value from MQTT ESP8266 publisher. I receive a temperature value mapped ok to the MQTT Thing, I test that values transferred values are shown when refreshing as  My problem is that this value is not refreshed into a LED widget... The refresh only happens when I uptate manually the value from console, but not when values are changed from MQTT subscriber. Why values are not refreshed?   

I am using Creo Simulate Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.10.0I am trying to run a dynamic load analysis for a large cyclical imbalance on a shaped beam. I can get the modal results. I applied sinusoidal loads in two directions to simulate the rotational imbalance. Simulate runs through the time analysis but I get no results. It looks like the load is not being applied.

I'm looking for what used to be called "Start Point" in sketcher -- or some other way to tell Creo where to put the sketch on a trajectory.  I see the  Setup > Feature Tools > Start Point, but it's always grayed out, not available.  I want Creo to put the sweep sketch at the other end of the sketched trajectory. In a search, I found another post about this, but the answer is for a much older version, so doesn't seem to work with Creo 9.  Is it another silly hidden magic click?  Or a completely different process?  Thanks.

I have an issue that just recently started where when I have an open model I can not drag the green insert here bar, even when I have the item checked out.  This is happening in prt as well as asm model trees.

Our company was renamed. Therefore, it was also necessary to change the email address associated with my PTC user account.Previously, I was able to authenticate with my PTC user account credentials at https://my.kepware.com as well.However, the login fails since the change of the email address. I can successfully log in with my PTC account at https://support.ptc.com. However, I can no longer log in to https://my.kepware.com with the identical credentials.   Resetting the password of my PTC account did not help.To the PTC staff here: What do I need to do?    

Hi Users, Assemblies are not strong named from the installer Thingworx Edge .Net SDK. The installer file name is "MED-61061-CD-055_M070_DOTNET-SDK-5-8-4-971.msi".The file thingworx-dotnet-commin.dll which is available after the installing of the installer Thingworx Edge .Net SDK, I am facing errors with the thingworx-dotnet-commin.dll  as it is not strong named. It would be helpful if anyone can let me know how can I get the strong named thingworx-dotnet-common.dll or which type of installer can get me the strong named dll. Or else is there any way that the DLLs can be strong signed/named from thingworx organization.

I recently had to switch to Mathcad Prime when my renewed license would not work on Mathcad 15. But in prime the converter button is greyed out. I have multiple files I still need to access so that I dont have to recreate them. Is there a solution for this. My current will not open 15 at all.   

It would be possible to extend my Mathcad trial student license because I'm didn't get to use the first 30 days due to a personal issue, so, now I hope to get familiar with the software and the advantages that it could bring to my studing process.Thanks!

Hi All,   I have a service that will give the infotable output, This service will be called on 2 different button clicks like save and cancel,   Since we can bind single infotable to the grid in mashup it should be from a single service. I want to know if there is any way to identify clicked event of a button on click    for example : if I click cancel, I should get an input as cancel and similarly on save   I had used Trigger service widget previously for such scenario, but unable to find that widget now. If anyone knows about this widget could you please tell me where is it available to download ?   Thanks in Advance     

We were able to successfully connect between ThingWorx and the FT Historian Connector using an Industrial Connection inside of ThingWorx.  However, when we attempt to Discover Tags, the tag addresses are showing on the left hand side of the page, but no tag values are showing.  So far we can't find anything in the Logs that would point us to the issue.  Has anyone else run into this issue or have any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

In ThingWorx 9.3.4, it appears that session timeouts are finally now audited (audit.AuditCategory.Authorization category) but there is no localization token for the actual message.  I assume the token and value should be:name: com.thingworx.things.security.SecurityMonitorThing.SessionExpired.Auditvalue: Session timed out for user: __user__Can anyone confirm this?  Are there other fields available in the data shape to the audit message that can be used or just the user field?

Hi Guys,   I have a csv file with 15 columns out of it want to read only 10. I have a datashape with 10 columns and i need help to map the datashape columns with the csv columns.   columnMappings: 'dscolumn1;dscolumn2;dscolumn3;dscolumn4'              

Every time I boot up Creo Parametric, it reports error 0x06000012 and it shuts down. Something about being unable to run the quality agent. Any advice?
