I can't install Mathcad Prime 8. I have alredy Prime 7 (with watermark) and it works good. I can download the installer but when i launch "pim_installmgr_mathcad.exe" the installation process just stops after "extracting" window reaches 100%, and there are no installer window open after that.I have tried it many times and as administrator, but always same problem.

I have Mathcad Prime 8.0, and I would like to install it on my new computer. I am okay with uninstalling it on the computer it is currently on. When I installed it on my new computer, I got a watermark across the page instead of just the footer. How can I proceed with installing it on my new computer without the watermark across the page?

I can't find the problem, everything else has been working except this one for some reason    

Upgrade to Windchill 12 and have 1 user who has the same licenses and profiles as 2 other users but he cannot activate workspaces from the customize menu on his home page. The Workspace name is greywd out and the check box cannot be selected. I have used both Chrome and Edge browsers and no difference. The other users are different too. One has workspaces greyed out and checked and the other user has workspaces not greyed out and checked.  

Is it possible to create sub-sets of restricted parameters, so that the first parameter selected from a restricted list defines the restricted list for a second parameter?An example is tolerance standards for different processes.  Rather than have one long list of ALL tolerance standards (including e.g. die-casting, injection-moulding, sheet metal etc), is it possible to have a restricted list of Processes first, which then defines the second restricted list containing tolerances for the selected process only?Example in other words:First parameter - choose 'Die Casting' from the list of processes.Second parameter - choose from a list of standards only applicable to Die Casting.

Hello,   I want to introduce a filter for an action which should restrict a certain set of users.   The solution I thought was to associate the set of users to a group, created under Organization context, and the filter will validate if the current user belongs to the said group and if so the action will be hidden.   I used the below mentioned API to find the group based on the user but it is not giving me any output i.e. enumeration is empty Enumeration enumeration = OrganizationServicesHelper.manager.parentGroups(validationCriteria.getUser().getPrincipal(),false);   Please provide an alternative way or an API I can implement.   Thanks and Regards, Hari R

Hello! Would anybody explain to me, please, how to plot a family of curves given in the attached file?Whenever I define the parameter "const" as a vector or a matrix, the plot fails to visualize. But when "const" has only one assigned value, only one curve (as expected) gets it plot. Best regards,Sergey

Hi Developers, I use gridadvanced widget to show and allow users to edit data like the below. the column highlight with red backgroud is editable.   we can see "editedtable" object has records after we edit records. I've expected the records in the "editedtable" object will be automaticaly cleared once we changed Data of the gridadvanced, however it still exists after the change. how can we clear "editedtable" object ?   here the below shows you our ThingWorx version. Hi, community, I am struggling to display multiple rows in my collection mashup widget. It seems that the rows are stacked on top of each other. I can only see another row once I've clicked on the currently displayed row. Does anyone know how I can fix this?Many thanks.

What function do I call to move a file from one repository to another. I have tried 'MoveFile', but that only seems to work when moving files from directory to another inside the same repository. I want to utilise the same functionality that can be accessed through the backend GUI in the repositories from within my service. Is this possible?

I am teaching a class and need the 30-day license. When trying to license Mathcad, I receive a screen message that says I have exceeded the maximum number of licenses for this product type.I must have had Mathcad long ago on a computer that no longer exists. Can I load and use it on this one?

We updated to Windchill 12 a while back and I haven't had to change any properties since then. Now when I launch Windchill Shell and type in an xconfmanager command, I get back the error of " xconfmanager is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.  I have looked at our site.xconf and it still appears to point out the correct windchillconfigurator.xconf file (which does exist)<ConfigurationRef xlink:href="utilities/wca/conf/windchill/windchillconfigurator.xconf"/> Can anyone give some guidance as to what else might cause this? I am using Creo Parametric Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.4.0We manufacture round tanks and need to use a feet-inch tape on the shop floor. Need a way to show the tank circumference in feet-inches on the drawing. We calculate the circumference using a relation formula and can only display the number in inches. How to display in feet-inches?

I cannot acquire a license for the 30 day trial with full functionality. I go through the PTC Mathcad Prime 8.0.0.0 License Wizard and on the "Acquire License" tab, the progress bar loads while saying "Verifying Eligibility..." until it freezes and after 20-30 seconds I get an error saying "License service appears to be busy. Please try again."I really need to try out the full functionality to see if this software is suitable for my needs.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The offset lines in the parts tree cover a lot of space in assemblies. It takes a lot of scrolling up and down. All other elements of the tree can be grouped. Is there a possiblity to hide or to group the offset lines?
