As I prepare to upgrade another Windchill system next week (2 of 3), This system has some users who are no longer here. I can get their username and set the password to allow me to log into their accounts. Once in, I can delete all files (and empty workspaces) that have been checked in. New files I will work with managers on getting them checked in. My concern is for those infrequent users who may have created a workspace, downloaded files and then did nothing. Is there a way to obtain the names of all workspaces and the users they are assigned to from an SQL query that someone can share with me? If not SQL, is there a report that can be run for listing what I need?

Hi Community,Anyone tried distributing Integrity Client without installation, i mean just copying over pre installed Integrity Client directory to end user machine and then adjusting environment variable and so and so?I know this works and there is no issue but i have only used this way for own machine or only for trial purpose but not in any customer environment where 1000 users are affected. 1.) Anyone is having such experience? or using this procedure to distribute Client on customer environment for long time? 2.) Any issues you can think of? I am working on project where AR and IOT integration is done in vuforia studio.In preview mode i can see the real time IOT data from shop floor machines. But once i m viewing experience through I pad label widgets which got binded from thingworx IOT data are not showing any data.has anyone faced this? how to resolve this. the image of preview mode is attached here, but i want to see the same data on ipad . 

 Dear community,I am trying to use a pfcCommand.DefaultUICommandBracketListener to catch a call of a user defined command (SESSION.UICreateCommand). This works fine as long as the user interactively clicks that command. But I need to launch the command in my code (by using the OnCommand method). But then the bracket listener is not working.Does anybody know if I have to trigger the command in a different way? Thank you and kind regardsMichael

Hi guys, I have a DLL Application that is launched when Creo starts, when I go to auxiliary application menu, and I stop it, it stops. No problem until here. But when I try to start it now, it crashes Creo. I have no idea why, nothing in the trail and traceback. Can you help me figure it out please? Thank you

As per this thread - same issueHi,I've the same issue and I tried this solution.It's very strange because with another normal use (on the same workstation) simulate works, with admin user Simulate works but with the firt normal user doesn't works. All other functions of Creo Parametric (6.0.6.0) work without issue.Is the only solution to format the PC?

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 5.0.6.0Message "Please confirm resetting Family Table values for given Instance to their previous values" while opening an assembly in Creo Parametric.Multple users working in the same project. After this message is shown to a user, the family table values are changed to be all the same, even if no one checked out the assembly whith the family table. I don't know the difference between clicking yes or no when this message shows.Here are the errors that I faced"Please confirm resetting Family Table values for given Instance to their previous values"

I've received a file named "sw_license_email_5559049.dat" from email ID "mathcadlicensing@ptc.com". Can you tell where should I copy paste the file and the following procedure? I cannot open .dat file saved in my PC but I can open it through email.

Hi everyone,I am converting Mathcad 15 files to Prime and I encounter an issue that I can't debug. Its about a division between two vectors where the divisor has zeros in it. Prime shows the following error: This expression is divided by zero. It cannot be computed. HI, I'm doing a drawing, and I want to show an assembly with a set of parts in the "closed" and "open" positions.  These parts are a dedicated assembly, and are assembled with the slider constraint.  (So I can happliy show others how this 'tray' moves in & out) How do I show a view, with it in place, and another view with it extended using the limits of the slider constraint?  I'm assuming a simple rep, but how do I pick / set the slider constraint in the simple rep?

Hi guys, Another #$%^& with Creo: GTOL placements. I have a dwg, and I had a GTOL attached to a surface with an arrow (someone else did this, so I don't know exactly what was done.) I’ve since made a change to the part (Revised a radius), and surprise! Creo has lost its reference to what it was attached to*. So, now I have a GTOL floating around on a dwg, and I cannot for the life of me, figure out how to bring the arrow back / reattach it... This shouldn’t be a time consuming, convoluted thing to do..  (but, sigh, this is Creo..) I can get eh GTOL refence dialog up, but it' says everything is complete.  Yet eth GTOL box is just floating around.  No leader / arrow..  and when I try to "reattachment" it comes up with a warning that doing so will break any association with the original placement.. Doubly frustrating is how you can't 'escape' out of a command.  in this case, I've been trying different things to get it to 'reattach', bu
