If you add an entry with the same timestamp, it will overwrite the previous timestamp (upsert). To avoid overwriting, specify milliseconds for the timestamp." - same source

Hi all,   I have a collection widget with selection enabled. Whenever I expand the side container, the selected row gets refreshed (Refer GIF)     During this event, we are not able to select anything in mashup. Is there any way to solve this issue TWX Version : 9.0   /VR

I want to automatically set all components in an assembly named with a certain prefix to "REF" for QTY on a drawing BOM. In the drawing BOM repeat region, is there a way to extract the first part of a part's DESCRIPTION parameter value and use it to change its entry in the QTY column? Here is the PTC command line I am using to extract: extract(string, position, length) For example:If param = abcdef, then parameter new will be set to equal bcd by this line: new = extract(param,2,3) Here are the code I am using currently, it doesn't give an error, but it doesn't change the QTY column to "REF" like I need it to:QTY1=rpt_qtyMEM_PRE=extract(asm_mbr_description,1,4)IF MEM_PRE=="mem-"QTY1="REF"ELSEQTY1=rpt_qtyENDIF Thanks in advance!

Hi,  ThingWorx use Rhino as its JavaScript engine , but Rhino is too slow ,  comparing to V8 its 10 times slower ,  why not use J2V8 (the Java integration of V8) instead ?    Regards, Sean

I have a matrix and i need to assign the first column as a second column in another matrix , can this be done without identifying each individual element? In the example above id like to be able to create matrix D without having to specify every element from matricies A and B . to all, Attached is a 1st test of using mcad15 inverse Laplace. While I get something, is there a way of getting a “neater” response out of mcad15? For example mcad15 returns sqrt(wf^2) – why not wf ? I think one can end up getting imaginary numbers if one uses specific values ! I know some of the regular users are very handy at using Laplace operations so maybe I might get a few tips and/or tricks Thanks [correction: a square was missing!]

Hey Guys!  I am facing another problem. I want to scan different QR-Codes with the Hololens 2. Depending on which QR-Code is scanned I want to make videos visible in order to build up a learning platform with Vuforia Studio.  I guess I need a Java Script code to do so as the scanning function is not able to to it directly. Can anybody help me with that? I am really struggling with the Code or to find a solution. Thank you in advance! Marius 

I'm installing the PTC student edition.  The installation of the licence fails every time no matter what I try.   I've cleared the license directory and tried again.Over wifi (normal operation) I get the attached error.If I disable the wifi and  install it over fixed cable connections it gives me a succes but when I run it it,says that there are no licenses. 

Hi everyone, Would appreciate your help. I'm doing a 2d drawing from a 3D model. In the 2D drawing (.drw), I have two combined states, i.e. A and B.Now I have some annotations in my 3D model which I was able to pull into my 2D drawing for state A. Issue is once I have the annotations in state A, I cannot get the same annotation in State B (unless I do manual annotation). Either the annotation is in state A or B, not in both.Question: Is it possible to have the same annotations in state A and B at the same time? ThxsSandy 

Hello, new Creo user here.  I have a drawing that has a couple of family table generated models in it, including the generic.  How can I tell which model a particular view is associated with? Similarly, There are a few tables, including a BOM.  How do I see which instance the BOM is associated with? Can I change this associated on the BOM (or any table) without recreating it? Thanks,Greg

Hello to all,I am using Windchill 11.2.1.2 with Creo Modeling 20.3.2.0 (via wgm 11.2.1.7) and Creo Parametric 7.0.5.0.In both cases I am experiencing a notable slowness, both of the WGM and of Windchill within Creo, of the Workspace update.Example:When I modify a WT part or a Cad Document (the check-out is already done), by changing a simple attribute and saving, the workspace remains to update itself for a few minutes.I did the test on multiple PCs and the result is the same.Even check-in operations with few components are very slow.From a browser, on the other hand, everything works correctly.Among other things, if I go to check in the browser, I find the change already made, while in the wgm the workspace page is still updating.Another thing: changing server and passing in the test environment (as you can see at the end of the attached video) the same operation is ok.What can it depend on?Do you have any ideas or experience on this?Matteo.

ok,ok -- I know this has been asked many times before, but for the life of me I can't find a summary of postings. Just single emails asking the same thing and no responses... (I will post a summary with all responses once the dust clears)Using WF4 M050 -- I cannot add balloons to a view with a supposedly assigned repeat region. I get the Invalid View for BOM Balloons error. No matter what I've tried I can't get this to work. I understand ( I ~think~) how repeat regions are tied to models/reps. I have narrowed the problem down to trying to place 2 views.Here's how I'm setup... ASM1.ASM REP1 REP2REP2 also shows some parts in REP1Create a drawing. Drop in View1 with REP1 on sheet 1. Create Table with Repeat Region and show balloons = ok. Drop View2 with REP2 on sheet 2. Create Table with Repeat Region -- note: table displays correctly with only parts from REP2 -- Show balloons and I get the Invalid View error. huh?Further testing... So maybe it's the format/template? If I go to Table >

Has anyone tried the config setting drawing_name_sameas_model_name?  The documentation I found for it says "yes" will auto select the check box for Use drawing model file name.   I found it today and set it to yes.  When I tried making a new drawing for a part, the checkbox on the New window was not checked for me.  Using 7.7.5.0  

Hi, When projecting a circle it only projects half of it.  1. Can it be set to project it all.2. ideally just project the centre point.
